I went in because this is less than a mile from my house. I'm very glad I did. Bill took excellent care of me. His passion is shown when he's talking about his products and it was super helpful. I knew, still lacking, little to nothing about vaping. I had gone inside just to pickup a tank for some equipment I had purchased. He did not miss a beat asking me about my current equipment, what I was looking for, and offering some good advise. The on point customer service will definitely ensure my return for all my vaping needs. Added bonus is he has a beautiful Alaskan Malamute that is behind the counter. After moving from out of state, my husband and I were searching for our LVP. The owner of Evaporation is knowledgeable without being pushy, and very friendly. He even found me a substitute for my favorite national brand of juice, which no one in Denver seems to carry. After a couple of visits we bought entirely new set-ups, and he talked us through all of the options, gave us multiple discounts, and just generally acted like an awesome human being.
