Other lady comes in 15 min later to work on me but super rushed. It was not relaxing at all. We were waiting so long on the tables. Then checking out it, the menu shows one hour is $60. I said why did I pay $70, and both ladies looked at each other and said yea like they played dumb. I said where on this menu shows $70 each? They couldn't answer me. I was upset waiting for the longest time. Massage sucked. Then over charge me when clearly the menu had pricing on the wall. I will never come back. Don't go here- go somewhere else. They were able to accommodate me right away and the woman behind the desk was very friendly. They never took my name, never did any intake or had me fill out a form. The only reason they might now have my name is because I paid by credit card at the end. This is not how a professional place operates. No one ever told me my therapist's name so I don't know who worked on me. She worked within a routine and never really focused on anything for very long. I tried vocalizing mmmmm or saying "good" to let her know when something felt good but she didn't really stop and get into the tissue. The first part of the massage was compression through the sheet and when she finally applied oil it was too much to do connected deep tissue. I enjoyed the hot stones bc I never choose that option so it was a nice surprise. Some of her techniques felt good but it definitely wasn't the kind of bodywork I enjoy or needed.
