Sunday 6/1/26: I called and asked if they could do 2x massages at 12:30pm. They said yes and put us both into a room. I then asked how much for one hour, she stuttered and said $70. We waited on the massage tables and it was nearly 30 min later no one has come by yet. One lady comes in super apologetic and works on him. Other lady comes in 15 min later to work on me but super rushed. It was not relaxing at all. We were waiting so long on the tables. Then checking out it, the menu shows one hour is $60. I said why did I pay $70, and both ladies looked at each other and said yea like they played dumb. I said where on this menu shows $70 each? They couldn't answer me. I was upset waiting for the longest time. Massage sucked. Then over charge me when clearly the menu had pricing on the wall. I will never come back. Don't go here- go somewhere else. I used to go here regularly up until Covid and the best therapist was Eva. She used to be great, this last time I went I've noticed she has turned into a clock watcher. The hour I paid for which was $60 up from $45-50/hr, was shorted by at least 15 minutes. I had made appointment for around 6 or 6:30. I got there a little after 6. By the time I got on the table it was 6:15. She was done by 7. That includes her leaving the room twice. I know once was getting a towel and another was to go talk to another client. Her flow is not there and she seemed disinterested now, mid conversation just leaves the room. read more

Stayed away from places I did not want touched (neck) but worked on lower back issues. I can stand tall. Walk. Sit. Without pain. I feel amazing (other than having to pay for car repairs! ) Wish I lived closer. This place was CLEAN!! Cleaner than other day spas I ha e been to. Room was private. Definitely would not go back. They basically demanded me to leave a $10 tip. I did not get the service that I made the appointment for I wanted a foot massage that's what I was paying for it was $40. I went in and he rubbed my legs the whole time it was very uncomfortable. So I decided to leave 45 and they told me I needed to leave a $10 tip not a five dollar tip. How dare they demand that. Amazing is not the word I would use for my experience here. I was excited to get a last minute appointment on a Sunday evening when a friend was in town and had a neck ache. I asked for a chair massage... But we were taken to a room with 2 beds and told an hour was $50 but if we just wanted the half hour I asked for originally it was $40. We just decided to go for the hour but both masseuses left the room on several occasions during the session as well as talking to each other in a foreign language and giggling the Entire time. I go to this spa and another nearby the Target and McDonald's(that one is better) I go to this one more often because it's closer to my house, foot massage is fantastic value, which is what I usually stick to now but the three stars are because their body massages are hit or miss, sometimes they'll have someone Who will climb on your back find all of your knots knock them out which is incredible but more often I usually get somebody who just wants to give me more of a relaxing massage instead of a deep tissue even though that's what I ask for every time I get a body massage. I don't like to give bad reviews, but the massage I received was horrible. I have fibromyalgia, and massages help ease the pain. This massage was nothing but painful. The masseuse continued to massage the tender points of my neck, making me wanting to cry in pain. I did ask her to ease ease up, but it did not help. I finally had to ask her to stop and just focus on my shoulders and back. When she did finally focus on the right areas, it was mostly on my left side. By that time, I just gave up. The masseuse also kept leaving the room, which means cutting my massage time and distracting me from relaxation. And then the last straw: I asked for only $6 tip and they charged my card $10 tip. Pros- I called and was able to come in half an hour later. The lady did a good job. I just wanted a foot massage. Her massage felt really good and relaxing. Cons- 1- there was hair on the towel that I laid on. 2- There was some major price discrepancy. I called and asked how much for a half an hour foot massage. I was told $15. When I called before I headed over I was told $20. When I got there she asked if I wanted to do an hour for $40. I asked if I could do 45 minutes for $30. She said okay. When I was done and went to pay saw their price board, it said one hour foot massage for $25. I ended up paying $20. The pricing didn't make sense at all. All in all it was a good experience. I have been coming here 1 time per month for +1 year. I just had my first bad experience. I arrived at 7:50 pm tonight as requested. I confirmed a 1 hour massage face to face with the female massage therapist. We started promptly at 8:00 pm because I was watching the clock since she was new to me and I wanted to see if I would be taken advantage of. She left the room 5 times during the session without a single word of explanation. 1 Out of the 5 mysterious disappearances, she came back with a couple of warm towels. She was inconsistent with her technique such as pressure and equal attention on either side. I received compliments on my tattoos and figure which was flattering, but, that gets you no where with me. The worse part was she ended the session at 8:48 pm. I did not get a full hour that I paid for. So, I barely tipped her and hopefully she learns that she needs to provide accurate and fair treatment if she wants to be tipped more. read more

My wife and I prefer this (Amazing Day Spa) than the one infront (Regruv'n Massage Spa). We are both in out late 20s and early 30s. We have muscle pains from our professions int the medical field. We have been here 3 times. They work on our backs very well especially the shoulder where have alot of tangles and knots. Tonight my wife had a stiffer shoulder than usual. I told them about it and gave my wife extra attention on her shoulder and scapula. She was very relieved. They only charged a very small fee for extra. I recommend Eva, Lina, and even the lady manager. Here is my tip: If you want a very effective muscle massage, come here!!!! The extra $10 is worth it. Just make sure to explain you muscle aches insimple english for there is a bit of a language barrier. If you want fancy and aroma therapy, go to the other one (Regruv'n Massage Spa). My massage was OK but as I was paying at the end she asked if I wanted to pay tip on card I said yes so I told her the amount for tip she said No!!! That my tip had to be more ... This place is hidden behind Sherwin Williams paint store off LIvermore Ave and Las Positas. I didn't know about them until I dropped my son off at music class in the building next door. Not sure why they don't market much because I was really happy to find them. They offer $25 1 hour foot massage but it is more like a regular massage since they work on your back, neck, and arms.. Every time I have been there I get my own room...not a shared room like all those other $25 foot massage places that cram in 10 people in a room. The staff is very sweet and kind which is another plus and I always feel so refreshed afterwards. Plus they close late around 9pm 7 days a week! I am able to call them in a moments notice and they can fit me in usually withing an hour. I hope they gain more business so they can succeed! read more

However, I've been dealing with a extremely sore neck and right shoulder. After going to the chiropractor, I knew I needed something for the tightness. Went to Amazing Day Spa after the other massage spay in the next building was booked. Amazing Day Spa is a little bit more money but I had a good experience. The masseuse was attentive to my specific requests and gave me options to choose from. I opted for the back walking and face massage when given the choice. It was my first back walking experience and given the need for a forceful massage, it was quite enjoyable. Give it a shot if you are in the mood for a deep tissue/hard pressure massage. I went to Amazing day spa yesterday with my girlfriend for full body massages. I was happy with my massage, however, after the massages I tipped the girls over 25% of the cost. I was informed that that was not enough tip, then asked me what I did for a living. I was made to feel uncomfortable and told that she has been doing massages for ten years and expects twice as much tip. She said next time MORE TIP ! Frankly, there will be NO next time there. I am the kind of person who is not intimidated, or guilt-ed into over tipping. Tipping, girls, is at MY discretion not yours... period. Intimidation is not except-able. I work a lot of 60+ hour weeks doing a physical job and I'm not a spring chicken. I have been on a hunt for a good massage place and decided to stop in here. Walked in with no appointment and was greeted by momma-san and told her I wanted the hour massage and she told me the price and said she wanted me to pay first which I thought was odd but what ever I am ready to relax and get a good massage. She took me to the room and pointed to the table and shut the door, I got into my birthday suit and under the sheets I went and with a knock she came in. I told her I wanted a medium pressure massage and she started ..... I soon realized she was related to Conan the barbarian ... She had her elbow in my spine and was bringing me to tears like fat tommy did to me in the fifth grade. I asked her to go softer and she kina did... Fast forward and I'm told to roll over, she raises the sheets .... I thought blocking her view but noooooo there she is staring at my twig and berries ((standard gringo issue) and I was nothing to say wow about because I got beat up by this lady who could crush rocks in her hand. I put my hands up like a kid.... Give me my blankly !!!! She did a decent job on the front side and it felt good and then it was over. She left the room and I was in the process of putting on my racing striped man panties when she walked in unannounced with a cup of water and once again was checking out my twig and berries....I shoulda bust out into some disco move but I was kinda out of it from the kungfu beating I got. I thanked her for the water and got dressed and was headed for the exit when she blocked me and simply said " tip " ... I gave her ten bucks and beat feet outa there feeling a little better than I went in and ready to go to work and tell my boss to kiss my now tenderized ass. I called and a woman who barely speaks English answer. I think she may have been my masseuse because she also could barely speak English. It's located in a weird place. There are signs pointing to it. It doesn't give a relaxing feel when you walk in. It's a very basic looking place. I was asked if I wanted a full body massage for 50 bucks. I thought it was a good deal so I said yes. That full body massage was actually just my neck,back and legs. She was rough on my back and neck. She told me she had to because it was tight. I don't know if this masseuse had any training at all because her massage and professionalism sucked. I didn't even get a full hour. She kept leaving and coming back.
