AVOID!!! Really terrible experience with this sketchy company. I accidentally bought tickets here after clicking the first link in a Google search. They make themselves appear legitimate and hack the system to appear first. Realized I could buy better seats for much less money directly from axs. I immediately contacted Events Ticket Center seconds after purchasing and asked to cancel the order. They said no. Fast forward 2 weeks to the day before the concert and the tickets still hadn't arrived. I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes. They said they would arrive the next day. I made sure to be home as a signature was required. The tickets arrived but they were not as advertised. What I paid $148 for 2 "orchestra" seats were actually way in the back worth $35 each. In addition, had already purchased other tickets because I didn't trust that these would I arrive in time (and they most likely wouldn't have if I didn't call). I contacted Events Ticket Center multiple times asking for a refund. They know what they're doing and have a script for every complaint. I purchased concert tickets on 6/7/19. Credit card was charged and got an email confirmation. Fast forward 4 1/2 months and the DAY OF THE EVENT - 30 MINUTES PRIOR to doors opening I get an email saying a refund was processed. Of course I called right away and was told "sorry, no longer available". Why wasn't I notified sooner? Purchased tickets to a sold out Wallflowers show at the Belly Up in Aspen, was advised they would transfer the tickets within 24 hours of the show, twice chatted with them online the day before the concert for status, and at 10:30 am day of they email me "congratulations, your refund has been processed!" I'm a fan club member of the artist's tickets I bought so I had early access to ticket purchasing but all the good tickets were not available, forcing me to go to a resale site. The ONLY POSITIVES about Eventticketscenter.com is that it is easy to use and layout is decent. They have an option to "Show prices with estimated fees" yet the total was over $30 more than the estimate!! The fees include a "Service Fee" and though the tickets I bought are MOBILE TICKETS they tacked on a "Delivery Fee" of $10!! The "Service Fee" plus the nonsense "Delivery Fee" and "Taxes" made up 25% of my total payment!!!!! I mean, 25%?!! That's highway robbery in my book. I would suggest going to another resale site but they are probably the same... This company is a scam. They are unethical and take advantage of innocent people trying to buy tickets. Do not buy anything from them before checking the venue site and other sites first. They grossly overcharge for Tickets you can find much cheaper directly on the venue site. My husband purchased tickets from them for 4X the price and then when we spoke to the venue they said they do not accept any tickets purchased by 3rd party and we would NOT be allowed into the venue With these tickets. The venue was very sad to hear this was happening and was willing to put this in writing just for us (and directed us to where it written on their website). When we told event tickets center that they refused to refund us. Don't use EventTickets!! I had purchased 9 Eagles tickets back in November 2019 (pre Covid). The concert was understandably postponed due to the lockdowns. Once the venue finally had a firm date in (March 21, 2021) the ticket issuers (Ticket Masters) offered full refunds due to Covid restrictions, testing, vaccination, etc.... I had several in my group unable to attend due to health concerns and the fact 22 months had passed since we Purchased. I completed the refund via TicketMasters and then contacted EventTickets to ensure I would recover my refund. They simply stated all sales are final regardless if the ticket are refundable. Purchased three tickets in the seats we wanted. two days before show I got a call that those seats were not availabl. I was offered other seats and $50. Al though not happy about it we had dinner reservations already arranged around the event so accepted offer. it is 4 hours before the event and still do not have ticket. when the I contact EventTickets I get a boiler plate response that the venue/performers are holding up the release of my tickets. Do not recommend this company. At 5:00 pm (show at 7:30 pm) they just changed my seats again to even worse seats. I declined the offer and now I have not received a response that I will get a refund. BEWARE OF ETC! I bought tickets in a hurry online with eventticketscenter and didn't realize until I purchased another ticket from the venue site that something was wrong. (Venue price was $25 as opposed to $124 I paid to ETC for ea ticket). It raised a red flag so I called the venue and they told me the online tickets from eventticketscenter were NOT legit. Even after I selected Woodstock Illinois, I was shown other options all over Illinois and out of the state. Didn't get to know exactly what seats party of 3 would have until after I bought and paid for, and all the charges are too high. Event ticket center lied about my getting tickets to a concert. The ticket broker was My Ticket Tracker which is the same location as Event Ticket Center. When I demanded they provide a refund for the tickets I never got, they offered a 50% credit. They claimed they sent me the email to claim my tickets ($500+) and they never did.
