We had the opportunity to give our Granddaughter the memory of a lifetime, her favorite band is Twenty One Pilots so we found they were going to be a Sasquatch Festival, we didn't want all three days and were excited that we could get one day pass, when we arrived we found our VIP box seats were obstructed so Dan moved us to a awesome box seat, he also helped us upgrade two of our tickets to Super so our Granddaughter and her boyfriend had awesome access, it was her first concert and bonus her favorite band too, my wife my Daughter and I escorted her, and we didn't really know the band and after this concert have become fans of Twenty One Pilots also, these two young gentlemen are extraordinary performers and musicians they impressed us immensely, truly a memorable show, I'd happily go see them again, our favorite band is AC/DC and they put on a heck of a show, and Twenty One Pilots equally are awesome. The entire staff at the Gorge were amazing, no one was cross nor impolite, they all were fantastic even in the heat with so many people, we thank everyone that helped make this a wonderful gift to our Granddaughter a lifelong good memory, thank you so much, please have Twenty One Pilots again, we will be the first to buy box seats again and our youngest Granddaughter will be old enough to also experience this fantastic event. You guys did awesome and I can't believe the courtesy of everyone working the event even when we witnessed clearly some concert goers misbehaving towards them, very impressive, great folks, big time kudos to all the staff, thank you for making this a most memorable concert, you guys are awesome! read more

Edit after receiving a response from the owner: If I google "Charleston Music Hall" their ad appears at the top and says "Charleston Music Hall Tickets". They in no way through their ad state they are a reseller marketplace. Why do customers, when seeing an ad representing themselves as the venue they are searching for, need to now be on guard on the website that they are taken to. Your business already has hundreds of reviews from customers who feel like their interaction with you was underhanded and duplicitous. Maybe, Kelly, you are the issue with the online ticketing industry. You know that your ads are not clear about who you are and rely on customers not reading the fine print when they land on your site. I hope you feel good keeping my $300 as a one-time only customer. Shame on you. Scammy business model. They place ads on google to show above the actual venues, then use pressure tactics all through the checkout process. After I purchased I realized it wasn't with the venue, and they had charged me way more for my tickets than the venue had for the same location. Customer service was less than helpful, and they hid behind their all sales final policy. A company that relies on tricking customers to stay afloat shouldn't be allowed. Do not purchase tickets from them. Their owner loves to hide behind the tiny disclaimer at the top of the page, which disappears if you scroll at all on mobile. Never mind their google ad listing on mobile was just the name of the venue. They rely on underhanded tactics to make a buck. read more

Deceptive Advertising: The website gave the impression that it was an official or primary ticket source when, in reality, it operated as a high-markup third-party reseller. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly with Event Ticket Center, I have been unable to secure a refund or a satisfactory response. I rather give a negative than one star. We purchased tickets last year for a concert at Cheyenne Frontier Days. Was told our tickets were guaranteed for the next year since the concert was postponed do to COVID. Stayed in contact with the company for over a year about our tickets and to make sure we still had them. Tickets went on sale again on April 15th, 2021 at a higher price so, I contacted the company to see if my seats were reserved. They said I was guaranteed to have my same seats for the concert. Didn't receive a new conformation about my tickets so, I contacted the company again on May 3rd, 2021 because the tickets were sold out and the company was still saying I had my tickets. May 7th, 2021 received an email stating I was receiving a refund and I contacted them again. To be told by them that the tickets were not available do to social distancing. I contacted Cheyenne Frontier Days and was told it was a lie. There are no restrictions. Now being told another story. They are lyres and they kept my money for over a year, (6 tickets). I'm sure Blake Shelton would not appreciate his fans being treated this way. So now, I see tickets available for triple the price. (SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!) read more

This show was incredible!!! Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers were just awesome, and made this "bucket list" event very special. He was sincerely humble and thanked the audience numerous times for our appreciation of his performance, and also introduced each band member with much affection, even the "new guy, who's only been with him for 24 years" The audio and video production were phenomenal!!!!! They lost the main/front speakers for a short time, but they played their complete show even though the elapsed time was just over two hours. And did a two song encore. My ONLY issue with this show, as with several others the last 4-5 years, is, why do many shows BLIND THE AUDIENCE WITH INTENSE LIGHTS IN OUR EYES? This trend is absolutely annoying, and they are so intense we can't see the stage and have to cover our eyes until they turn them off. Who's idea was THIS???? That completes my rant. Never ever again!!!! Deceiving site. didn't get tickets I ordered, or thought I did. let's say very unclear. Got a call very soon after the purchase and was told the section and row were going to be changed. my seats were in the middle, the substitution he offered me was section to the left. I declined. They considered this an upgrade because it was one row closer. But again they weren't in the middle where I wanted to sit. I was told I would then be eligible for an upgrade. The next day I texted again, because some information was unclear and the new customer service agent was very very argumentative. I have never had a customer service person speak to me in that manner. He said that the upgrade will be based on market value. That what I was offered was an upgrade. The market value I'm sure will change by the time I get the tickets. I'm not going to get my tickets now , or know where I'm sitting, until two days before the event. read more

bought tickets to see Quinn xcii on Saturday. the day before I got an email from these guys saying the show was canceled. I read through all the fine print and it clearly stated a 100% refund if this happened. so I'm sure you can imagine my surprise when the full amount wasn't refunded. so I called customer service and the guy says it was a non refundable delivery fee. no where in the fine print did it say all your money except a delivery fee. So basically talk got 10$ from every single person that bought a ticket to a concert that never even happened. I talked to Henry at customer support and when I was reading to him the refund policy he was basically left speechless with no answer. I'd love 100% of my money refunded as it stated. It was a spectacular show the Zac Brown band was amazing the venue was perfect easy in and out access with the pit passes. However I would say with this economy and the way things have gone lately more security at the checkpoints . I myself went with me and my three children none of us had bags or blankets because we had pit tickets so the security at the entrance didn't bother to check us or our belongings that we did have meaning pockets and stuff like that. My daughters didn't carry a purse so they were not check to either . Which was amazing because it got us right in and write to the show unfortunately with this world and what happened I think at least metal detectors should be put in at the entrance and anyone who physically beeps should be checked . The stars from Nashville TV Show were absolutely wonderful!!! Even though Clara Bowen was ill and could not perform with them, the three Nashville stars and band went above and beyond!!! This was our first time at Red Hat Amphitheater and the setting was beautiful! And even with the train going by and the horn blowing, Charles Estan, instantly went into a jiving Johnny Cash song about trains!! We did sit in Section 6 and had concert goers who would stop in front of us and block our view, but the security people made them nicely move on which was great!!! We were disappointed that there were no large tv screeens on the side so we could see the stars better, but next time, we will just make sure our seats are in Section 2. Again, it was a great evening with the cast of Nashville!!!!! read more
