I asked what it was and it was this heavenly Jasmine fragrance. I tried the spray and then the oil and she sent us on our way and told us to come back only if I couldn't stop thinking about it. Walking around town I felt like a cartoon character where the scent is glowing as they pass by. It was amazing. Long story short, I went back and bought the oil. We decided to do some extensive research and found that the owner of the business is named Krystale Kaneakua who was arrested and charged for arson last year as she was responsible for starting the 6 Maui fires to try and prevent police from arresting her boyfriend. She's a criminal and has been scamming people for their money for atleast the last 4 years as we also confirmed through the better business bureau that she is not an actual accredited business. I cannot stress you guys enough, please save your money and buy from someone who WONT take advantage of you and scam you. We understand with the current situation with the economy money is tight. We have no idea why she doesn't have more reviews, the service was impeccable. The flowers look just as imaged, and she even gave us a call to ask if it would be alright to deliver the flowers same-day, as she had them ready and wanted to preserve them while fresh, and we thought that was a lovely offer. We asked if the delivery address looked familiar to her, and she shared that it appears to be a newly built area but that her standard practice is always to give a call to them before delivering. There was so much care apparent in her work and customer service, and we're so glad that we ultimately found her. We're in California and didn't realize it would be so hard to get flowers to someone we care about in Makawao. No idea if it's much easier for the rest of Maui County, but we strongly recommend By His Grace Flowers to anyone else looking for flowers.
