I first connected with Riley for a consultation, and she clearly explained the planning process, arrangements, their services, and the packages they offer. She was able to create an affordable package for me and even added an arch for the proposal. One of the main pieces I really wanted. From there, I was teamed up with my planner, Tatum, and she and I planned and coordinated the proposal over the next few weeks. Tatum truly went above and beyond. She provided many location options in Malibu and other parts of LA until we eventually found a beautiful, minimal, and modern interior space that was perfect for the proposal. For the planning, she really kept us on track especially when we got sidetracked which happened a lot (we had our baby four months prior to the wedding date). On the wedding day, she made sure that we were able to relax and not have to worry about anything! Even with the hiccups that happened with the rental company (broken glass chargers, missing items, etc.) she handled them appropriately and was able to adjust some of the tables settings where we had no clue anything happened and that it wasn't noticeable to the guests. She even continued after the wedding day was over to contact the rental company to get us a refund for the items. When I had issues with the valet not letting my makeup artist to valet (said they were too full and valet was for hotel guests only - Laguna Beach street parking is horrendous), all I had to do was make a quick call to Wendi and she handled the situation and my makeup artist was able to come up right away. I really can't say enough about her and her team. Her professionalism and the way she handled us, our wedding party (12 people), the vendors, how she coordinated with the dj, photographer and videographer was top notch.
