    Jenny is such a sweet, lovely and detail oriented planner. I can't say enough amazing things about her. We hired her as our "day of planner" but she worked with us months ahead of our wedding. She was so helpful and thoughtful with all of the small wedding details and was very attuned to the cultural aspects of our viet/korean/american wedding. I highly recommend getting her on your team for the big day!

    I hired Jenny as my baby shower event planner. In short, She brought my vision to life! Everything down to the small details were so cute and exactly how i wanted. She listened to me and guided me since i didn't really know what theme i wanted to go for. It was definitely a great experience working with her.     If you want a stress-free day of wedding planner this is your girl! We hired Jenny and her team for our day-of wedding coordination and to do our dessert table. First of all, her communication and availability was always amazing. She made the months leading up to the event as smooth as possible, communicating with my other vendors and going the extra mile to execute our vision. On the day of our wedding she was on top of everything and even made our dessert table look better than I imagined! Multiple guests told me afterwards that she was an excellent coordinator and that everything went smoothly. I was actually able to enjoy my wedding knowing that I was in good hands with Jenny!

    Our family recently celebrated our son's HS graduation party at XO Lounge. We had a wonderful…read morebeginning-to-end experience that included incredibly responsive, thorough, and professional communication with Jamie--the main contact in charge of booking, planning, and operational oversight. On the day of the event, Hope, Hai, Lola (bartender) and the remaining staff were unbelievably helpful, accommodating--and integral to our efficient set-up and smooth execution of a successful celebration. XO Lounge is a very posh venue with modern décor. The nightclub vibe and setup provided the core foundation--that minimized decorative needs for our graduation-themed event. Our event hosted approximately 150 guests--that we comfortably housed in the smaller nightclub event area. Despite opting out of seated dining, our area easily accommodated our guests with the use of the booths and lounge-style sofa set-up for central-space seating. We still had surplus space leftover--that was allocated for the dance floor and bar area. The nightclub further opens into an enclosed courtyard--allowing for additional cocktail tables, bar stools, and lounge-roaming for our guests. Our party featured a standard photo-booth setup with an 8-ft props table--as well as a 360-spinning video-booth in the front entryway lobby area (just to the left of entrance). Our 360-video-booth included an inflatable enclosure--that successfully fit in the entryway alcove. Our rented XO Lounge space features a stage with a floor-to-ceiling TV-grid. This large multi-screen TV--along with dozens of TVs lining the entire room-walls--cycled a slideshow of our graduate's photos throughout the evening. XO Lounge further features a full PA system, DJ plug-ins for surround sound (you must provide your own DJ/music/equipment), full nightclub equipment (e.g. spinning disco-ball light machines, fog machines, laser strobing, etc.), full bar & bartender staff, etc. I LOOVED that XO included all the needed tables of various lengths and sizes--with fitted fabric *tablecloths* included. Fabric tablecloths may seem like a minimal feature, but fitted cloth coverings elevate a sophisticated aesthetic while alleviating the patron from the added costs for these supplies. Hope oversaw our function and was so attentive--always offering to help with literally *anything*--to reduce stress for the hosts (I really appreciated that!). The venue was surprisingly affordable--with a nominal outside-catering fee; the staff were professional and delightful; and the party space and outdoor-courtyard areas fit our guests, photo/video-booths, food vendors, Welcome table, Sweets table, and largescale Balloon Arch. XO Lounge features one-stop-shop booking and planning services for all party needs, (i.e. catering, decoration, DJ, photo-booth vendors, etc.)--though we did not partake of these additional offerings. Hosting an event on this scale is stressful (IYKYK), but this venue and staff minimized the stress and streamlined our experience for a fantastic celebration. Our family would definitely book with XO lounge again for future event planning needs--and would highly recommend to our friends, family, and others. Our guests had the BEST time; and we had a GREAT PARTY celebrating our newest grad!

She was to talk to, which made the whole process of planning a wedding less stressful. The florist industry was and is still going through a flower shortage, but they did their magic to get me the exact color and flower choices we wanted. We're very thankful and appreciative of their work, so we gave them gratuity to hopefully make up for some inflation. I highly highly recommend these ladies for your wedding flowers. I know I will going back to her for all of my flower needs in the future.

I'm sure being in the business for so long she's dealt with a ton of bridezillas but she remained professional throughout the whole process and only wanted the best for me and my husband. For my florals, I really wanted white dried leaves and knew they were limited and hard to get but she went out of her way to make sure I got them for my floral arrangements! Ven was just so very easy to work with and was always available to us when we had questions. Our wedding wouldn't have looked beautiful the way it was without her stunning work. We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

From the very beginning, Ann was incredibly organized and detail-oriented. She held planning meetings with us weeks out to review and refine our timeline, kept every vendor in the loop with tentative and final timelines, coordinated certificates of insurance, venue layouts, and vendor agreements across our entire team, which included our photographer, content creator, florist, DJ, photo booth, hair and makeup, Korean paebaek ceremony team, and more. She even caught a last-minute detail in our paebaek timeline and proactively followed up with the paebaek vendor to make sure the ceremony flow and music were perfectly aligned. No detail slipped through the cracks. On the day of, Ann and her team handled all the setup and kept everything moving. This was especially impressive because our venue had a couple of hiccups, including being delayed on the venue turn and falling behind on meal service, but Ann calmly and quickly made the necessary adjustments to keep us on schedule. We barely noticed any of these issues as they were happening, which speaks volumes about how proactively she managed things behind the scenes. She truly absorbed those stressors so we didn't have to. Ann always kept us in the loop while simultaneously shielding us from the chaos that inevitably comes with a big wedding day. She was a steady, calming presence, and her communication throughout the entire planning process gave us so much peace of mind. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is thorough, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about your day going beautifully even when things don't go perfectly, look no further than Ann. Let me tell you... planning a wedding is no small feat, especially when you don't want to bother family and friends. Ann was able to step in and help us through the planning process. I provided Ann with a very vague idea of what my desired aesthetic was. I am so indecisive and totally not creative/artistic but she stood by us with the utmost patience and supported the vision. She pitched ideas and different variations of vendors or styles we could go with. I was always trying to respect her business hours but would text her random questions whenever I'd think of them just so I don't forget... and even during her off hours she would get back to me. I cannot recall one second of the wedding where I was needed for anything which really goes to show she was able to handle everything seamlessly.
