I was surprised to find that other florist in the city were not open on Saturdays and would not deliver on a Saturday, but Brea florist took care of everything for us The arrangements were beautiful, fairly priced, and most of all took the stress off of our family very quickly We actually use the large arrangement to place flowers at the gravesites of other family members later in the week! Nonetheless, he had plenty of digital pictures of his past work and was patient in explaining what was used and listened as we tried our best to describe our vision (we only had colors in mind at the time). He actually had a mock up centerpiece ready at the start of our appointment based on our initial email and kindly gifted it to us! Throughout the planning process, Bernie was very considerate in following our budget and gave thoughtful feedback as we exchanged emails about other details such as the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and sweetheart table. On wedding day, he and his team were early to deliver and were efficient with set up. He also went above and beyond by offering help to pin the boutonnieres and corsages on wedding party members, which we all appreciated. Same day delivery with gorgeous FRESH flowers delivered last minute. Not only did they execute, Bella sent me pictures of how fresh their flowers were and even added peonies that were so fresh and still closed. Not one pedal was bruised on the inventory that she sent me pictures of to assure me that my hard to please sister was going to like her birthday bouquet. We wanted 100 roses of red, but then I was told that my sister's favorite color was white. All they had were three dozen so we said yes to all 3. And ofc she sent me the pics of the roses before making the bouquet. Not only did she send me videos and pictures throughout the entirety of the bouquet making process to ensure that it was what I wanted, every little detail I requested was catered to such as size and color of the ribbon, size and shape of the vase. I mentioned my sister is a real diva and one of those hard to please customers due to needing it to look high end and everything had to be perfection and Bella executed! Not only that, her driver already went home because I asked her to incorporate more fluffiness into the bouquet and make additional changes and she stayed almost an hour later to do that and she delivered it herself and took videos and pictures. But the bouquet selection is gorgeous and really unique. I've never seen a lavender rose and yellow sunflower combo before. And what really inspired this review was how beautiful the flowers look nearly a week after delivery! It's definitely pricy especially if you can't pick up and deliver the flowers yourself, but the actual flowers and presentation of the bouquet are outstanding!
