Erin recently did the flowers for my February wedding and everything came out PERFECT. I had gone to a wedding back in October that Erin did the flowers for and was instantly impressed with the execution, specifically the green garland runners for the dining tables. I saved a TON with using Events Taylor Made for flowers. I had gotten a couple other quotes for similar greenery runners and personals and these other quotes are so ridiculous. Once a florist hears you're having a wedding they instantly hike up the prices and pick other weddings with a bigger budget if you're competing for the same day. I really considered going to the LA flower market or getting my flowers delivered from Sams Club and DIYing my flowers, but I'm so glad I didn't. Erin takes away the stress and time it would've taken to DIY and basically the same price. Erin has a basic wedding flower package that included all of the personals (bouquets, corsages, bouts) plus the flowers for the reception at a very reasonable price. You honestly can't beat the price and quality anywhere else. She also has some great pieces you can rent for your wedding that I didn't get a chance to use since I had already bought everything I needed. read more

Wow, I am sooo not surprised I am not the only bride who got screwed over by Erin. My wedding was 9/17/11. I found Erin through an ad on craigslist (first mistake) in July. She was super nice and helpful in all of our email correspondence up until I was ready to pick up my rentals (second mistake!). I live over an hour away from her facility so I had to pick everything up. But I thought I was getting a really good deal as her prices are competitive compared to big named rental companies. My Mom, sister and I went to pick everything up 4 days before the wedding. We didn't even think about how much room we were going to need, and not everything fit in the car (our fault). So Erin was nice enough to offer to bring everything else down to my parents house later that night. So she came that night and dropped everything off as planned. Great. Well, here it is the day before the wedding. Its time to set up the reception with the help of my family. And lo and behold, the glasses were DISGUSTING! I mean FILTHY! Water spots, lipstick stains, leftover food (gag!). I had wine, champagne and water goblets. And think everything with the exception of the water goblets were filthy. Oh and NOTHING matched, the glasses were all different. So they all had to be hand washed and it took forever. I also rented 160 sets of flatware (spoon, butter knife, salad fork & desert fork) and we were short by more than 100+ of each fork! Not to mention short on butter knifes and spoons by a few too. Well needless to say, some settings had just a salad fork or just a desert fork. And here's the real kicker: we were still short so my Mom brought her own damn silverware from home! And it still didn't cut it because everything still needed an extra fork for the cake. And we had to go buy disposable forks later that day. Ridiculous. So by this point, I'm mad as hell. So I call this woman up and she doesn't answer of course. I leave a voicemail and try texting her. She finally texts me back and says she's shocked because she "pays big bucks for those glasses to be spotless." So I immediately call her back after she texts me that and she has the nerve to not answer. Wow, really? I take it this happens a lot Erin? So anyways, we finish setting up the reception and everything looks beautiful and we ended having an amazing wedding. My new husband and I leave for Maui the next day. And my parents were scheduled to drop everything off on Monday. Ha! Think that ever happened?? Hell no! They made her come pick everything up herself. And she did. Never apologized for the inconvenience or anything. Totally rude and unprofessional. She gave me a 50% refund of just the glassware. Now if I was actually there to deal with her myself, I would have held everything hostage until she agreed to give me a bigger refund. But I wasn't, and I just wanted my parents to be done with all this bs. So brides, you have been forewarned.... read more

I am a fan of Erin! We were doing the wedding ourselves, with no family help, and were on a tight budget. She wove her wand and did so many wonderful things for us. From a tiara in my hair to kissing balls down the aisle, she saved us hundreds of dollars. Not to mention she connected me with Hair Comes the Bride who did an amazing day making me feel beautiful that day. I gave only 4 stars because I only had the pleasure working with her for partial planning as I did most of it myself. I am still thinking of something special I can do to thank Erin for helping me with the last minute details, rehearsal, and the day of planning. I was one of the bridesmaids for the wedding reception in the review below(Cherice) and I will have to agree with everything that she has written. I was very shocked to say the least at the unprofessional events that occured with this company. I did not know how anything would get done unless we were going to do it ourselves. We arrived at 3 to help set up and the reception was at 6. When we arrived they were setting up the tables and still had to set up all of the lights, dinnerware, banquet tables, linens, glassware, and table settings. There were about a total of 4 people who were in the crew, and only 2 of which seemed healthy enough to be unloading heavy equipment. It was very unorganized and seemed like they did not know what they were doing, but unload the equipment. I along with the other bridesmaid and the bride and a couple other family members set up all of the place settings and glasses. We were seriously running to just get anything on the tables. It was VERY stressful and unprofessional. There were numerous times that they were told of how worried we were about the situation and they didn't seem to have any answers for us. They did forget the banquet table linens and argued with the bride about that and she had to show the vendor her own invoice. Otherwise they probably would not have brought them. I was very displeased with this company and would not suggest that anyone hire them. The wedding party left at 5:30 to go get ready for the event and did push back the reception by an hour. Also the string of lights that were set up did not match all of the other strings that were hung. I would not disagree at all that the bride be reimbursed for the contract. It is sad that companies would do this to anyone especially on their wedding reception day, which is one of the most important days of your life. I am not one to complain and write reviews along these lines, but I do believe that if it's in the benefit of anyone else that is thinking of hiring this company, I would have to say please save your money and look elsewhere. read more

Update: I've continued to hire Erin and refer friends to her for flowers, events, weddings and rentals. She never ceases to amaze me with her super power abilities to be helpful, affordable, flexible and willing to work so hard to make sure everything is exactly what the client needs. On Oct 8th she provided rentals and flowers for a memorial service for me and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL and better than expected. She went above and beyond once again. It was also very affordable. I'm so lucky to have found her!! 2013 review: Events Taylor Made planned a wedding for my very good friend Aimee in March of 2009. She came in, helped with all of the planning and then her staff came in and made magic. They decorated the church and the reception venue and turned plain spaces into wedding wonderfulness. I came to the wedding early to help out with decorating, it was and set my gear up (I'm a photographer). Erin and her staff were so polite and professional. She stayed through the wedding to help direct traffic (if you will) and I was very impressed by her as a person and a professional. While I was browsing online for gold chiavari chairs to rent for my wedding reception I came across Events TaylorMade. They assured me they had everything I needed and offered the best price, so I decided to set up an appointment to meet them and look at an arranged table for my reception. We signed the contract right there and then, almost 7 months before my the big day, everything was going according to plan and paid in full the cost of the rentals two weeks before just like she asked me to do. Even a couple of days before my wedding we set up a time for the chairs and linen to be delivered that saturday. My big day was here and I put my friend in charge of making sure everything was going the way it was suppossed to. The church ceremony was at 1pm and the reception was suppossed to start at 5pm. As I was putting on my dress at around 11am to go to church, my friend called me telling me that the chairs had not been delivered yet, they were 2 hours late!!! I was in so much stress just thinking about how my reception was going to be ruined by not having any chairs for my guests. At that moment I tried calling Erin and her phone was off, my friend and the person in charge of the hall were calling her leaving messages and emailing her but she never replied. We came out of church and while we were in the limo on our way to take our pictures my friend called again saying there were still no chairs. We kept calling Erin and it was already 3:30pm, but we were never able to reach Erin and the chairs no where to be seen. A little bit after 4pm guests were already arriving to the reception and the person in charge of the hall made the decision to set up their own white plastic chairs with black chair covers. Eventhough our guests never noticed the chairs and had an awesome time, in my mind the set up and the atmosphere of my wedding reception was ruined, not what I dreamed of, not what I had in mind, not what I pictured during all the year of planning my wedding, my dream wedding became a nightmare all thanks to Erin and Events TaylorMade! Next day I expected an explanation call from Erin, but never got it. Monday morning before getting ready to pack for our honeymoon I decided to call her and demand an explanation. When she finally called me back after the third message I left her, she said she didn't know anything about the chairs not being delivered, that she was up in the mountains or in some canyon and therefore she had no reception. She said she'd call the chair company and ask about what had happened, she relies on third party companies to supply the equipment!!! How can one is suppossed to trust someone that relies on a third party to do the work? She never specified this in the contract or said that she doesn't own any of the equipment she offers on her website. I told her I wanted my money back plus the money I paid the hall for the white plastic chairs and black chair covers. She kept giving me the run around and not until I told her that I was going to take her to court she decided to make monthly payments and almost 5 months after I was able to get my money back. I first found Events TaylorMade on Craig's list last January as I was researching rentals on chairs, linens, flat water & glass ware. Their prices on rentals were the best I had found. As months went on and I was trying to create a reasonable budget, I kept finding myself going back to email Erin for her pricing on rentals, flowers, etc. Then as I was frustrated trying to find a Venue, she offered up suggestions and I hadn't even hired her for anything yet. She's just really good person who genuinely has a passion for advising brides who are planning for their big day. I hired Erin for DAY-Of coordination which included unlimited phone, emails and correspondence for my wedding planning. I planned each detail, bounced ideas off of Erin and made every final decision. Erin was extremely helpful and always accessible when I needed advice or her professional opinion. I did as much crafting and creating as HUMANLY POSSIBLE and the rest of the items I needed, I rented from Erin. I rented all my glassware, plates, flatware, linens (which she special ordered for me), vases for centerpieces, Chairs for our outside ceremony on the sand, a carpet runner for the sand, columns for our "alter." Before I chose these items, she invited me to come see her inventory so that I could pick & choose the styles I wanted. Her husband Cliff was very kind as well as he offered suggestions and ideas for beautiful ways he had seen weddings set up. The months leading to the wedding she was always very confident that my big day would be perfect- especially when I was very stressed. She knew she would make it go off without a hitch and I was very happy to have her as head of my team. She brought staff at an extremely reasonable price. The wedding planning was all my responsibility and I created a very long packet with all the details of the wedding a week ahead of time and revised it many times, so that a few days before the wedding I could email it to her and she would have ALL the information for set up, and what went where. She had glassware for my Candy Buffet, which was a HUGE hit! She basically brought anything I remembered needing for the wedding even up to 2 days before when my mother in law requested a padded chair for my husband's grandmother who has bladder cancer and traveled in from out of state. My wedding was in San Diego and she came to my wedding rehearsal and was back there the next morning promptly setting up for my wedding at the venue at 10am with her staff. I am absolutely positive that setting up the day of the wedding was chaotic! The set up for the tables that I planned was very specific and in addition to the regular guest book table and gift table we also had remembrance candles for 2 grandparents that passed- which she set up perfectly. My mother and relatives were all there arranging my flower centerpieces and Erin directed them with some of my specifications and had them make additional small vase arrangements for the head table (a small detail I had not planned for but remembered at the last minute). My fiance hung chinese lanterns, crate paper flowers and glass ball tea lite holders all around the venue and she oversaw everything. Although it was alot of work, I was relaxing getting my hair and makeup done and everything was taken care of. She scattered flower petals down the isle and made executive decisions like that on details that tied everything together. Our entire wedding weekend: Thursday through Sunday was relaxing and calm for me knowing that she was overseeing every detail. Everything came out exactly as I had planned and I could not be more happy with the results. I want to re-emphasize that she was only a DAY OF coordinator for me, so I did everything up until the rehearsal; at which point she took over. I did not ask her to come to appointments with me, or for her to run errands or pick things up. I DID however, plan each teeny tiny detail & she honored every request I laid out, as well as carrying out my timeline that I typed up. I was very picky about every detail, it was all in my typed out packet and she carried it all out perfectly. Erin was very nice and accommodating with everything. I have 2 girl friends' weddings I attended last year and both did NOT have a Day-Of Coordinator and planned their own weddings like me. Both wished they would have paid the extra money to have had someone running the event, allowing them to relax and ENJOY their expensive, special day. NO ONE realizes how much work weddings are until they have their own, and it is A TON OF WORK. We couldn't be happier with the way our wedding day unfolded and turned out. I had a pretty good experience with Erin personally based her contact up until my actual event, my wedding reception, and then it was just a disaster and was the most stressful experience I had, and mind you, I had alot of things that didn't go according to "plan" between our wedding in Kona, Hawaii, and then our reception here in California which Erin was hired for. This was by far the only thing that actually really upset me and caused me actual "oh my gosh I cant belive this" kind of stress throughout my entire wedding/reception events. I tried my best to resolve the issues personally with Erin before writing this review and sharing all of the information but she unfortunately chose to lie and tell us she was processing a refund for a certain amount we agreed to for all of the issues and things that were not done or went wrong but the refund never came, and has been avoiding my attempts to contact her since. Yes, she is cheap, but not that cheap, and honestly it was not worth all of the stress it caused me, my wedding party and my family and friends that all ended up setting up the entire event ourselves. Erin herself had another event on that day so she told me she was sending her "best crew", turns out she just sent over some family members that all acted like they didnt want to be there and had no idea what was going on. Yes, it is a "family" business and that is great in theory, however it isn't great when you send people to set up your wedding event that #1 are too old or not in good enough health to be lifting and carrying boxes around, #2 have no experience in setting up what they were sent to set up, such as lights, #3 give you attitude when you ask them about things THEY forgot to bring or were supposed to do. They were not professional or friendly at all. Oh and Erin herself was unreachable the day of my event when I tried to call her about the issues and she didn't return my call, she emailed me 2 days later. Honestely the whole crew she sent worked about as hard as just 1 of my family or friends who came to help. If we had not stepped in I am confident that they would have never finsished setting up the tables and linens or it wouldnt have been done until around 9pm, and our event started at 6pm. Another major issue was that they forgot all of our banquet linenes and had to send one of the crew back to their "office" to go get them, delaying us from having the banquet/food areas set up by over an hour. Also, the linens and overlays they did send for the actual guest tables were SO wrinkly, Once they finally arrived with the banquet linens they forgot, which were all mismatched and huge and wrinkly, they STILL forgot to bring some of the ones that were missing in the first place, AND there werent enough silverware settings, so some of the tables we couldnt even put the right amount of forks, knives or spoons on. Also, one of the guest tables didnt have linens even though it said right on my invoice that I would have 14 tables. It was sad. Also, the glasseware did not match, and many of them looked dirty with waterspots and I didnt even want to put them out. Since most her crew could barley walk back and forth and the others just didnt care. My, my mom, my mother in law, my bridal party, friends, and even our other vendors stepped in and were literally running around the tables setting up the place settings, linens, glasses, chairs, and everything else her "Crew" wasnt doing. At a few different times during the event, her parents or elderly family members were just sitting in the truck or hanging out while we were running around sweating trying to set up. I was supposed to leave the venue no later than 430 to go get ready before our 6:00 reception but due to all of the problems and her crew not doing their job my entire wedding party stayed with everyone to finish the set up until 5:30pm, delaying everything by almost an hour that night. I have only posted positive reviews from all other vendors on wedding wire, and plan to on this site as well. And I am not a mean, picky person by any means, but I feel like I was scammed, all of my family and friends there were asking what kind of company I hired and telling me to get a full refund. In actuality I did not want a full refund, I truly did not want Erin to "lose" money on the event, I just wanted to be compensated for what was not done, the items I paid for that were not brought or were brought in an unusable condition and the set up fee for the things that her crew didnt set up. read more

Event TaylorMade has helped my daughter's preschool for the last three years (that I know of-maybe longer) and the owner Erin is absolutely wonderful. I've been involved with the annual fundraisers at my daughter's preschool and every year Erin has donated so much of her time and materials to ensure our event looks beautiful. She has always been so generous. Just when you think that people are not willing to give, you run into a person like Erin who is so giving that she restores your hope in humanity. This year we again had a small (by small I mean tiny) budget to work with and she was able to get all the materials we needed to decorate our venue. She then invited us to her house (we were there til midnight) to teach us how to assemble the fresh flower centerpieces. Her kids helped us pack all 20 plus items into our cars and trucks and she did not ask for anything in return. I would definitely recommend this company for any future events anyone I know may be planning. Not only is she a giving and kind person, she works with ANY budget and her decor ideas are so creative and modern. Plain and simple, I thought Erin was great. I found her at a wedding expo and immediately fell in love with both her and her husband. I am all about using mom and pop vendors so it was great that I found a mom and pop rental company! What people need to understand is that the downside of anything mom and pop is that since they are not a corporate enterprise, it won't necessarily be as organized or as detailed. That is not to say that I thought Events Taylormade was not organized or detailed for my event. But from the sound of it, others have not been as happy. With that being said, I did not use Erin as a coordinator because money was pretty tight. Instead, I had a friend coordinate my wedding. But up until the day of, Erin was nothing short of amazing. I am a very detailed and somewhat controlling individual. Before I said yes to anything I needed to know exactly what the items looked like - and Erin promptly sent pictures. She was very accommodating, despite the fact that I was asking about things up until the day before the wedding. She always responded calls or emails quickly. In fact, of all my vendors - Erin was the most reliable. My wedding turned out beautifully. She offered help when she didn't have to and was very reasonable with everything. She was honest and thorough. Honesty is really big for me and so that made me even happier. Additionally, Events taylormade was extraordinarily fast for setup. I have been a part of set ups for weddings and I don't have any idea how they managed to move so quickly! They definitely helped my wedding look marvelous, spectacular and awesome. And! They even told me not to stress or think about anything the day of, and thats exactly what happened. I am very happy with my experience with Erin. My advice to other brides is to be thorough and double check with anything and everything. Also, be kind and considerate. Erin is willing to help with whatever you need so long as you are reasonable. HORRIBLE SERVICES to say the least. My wedding was a few weeks ago & we are still getting extremely disappointing comments and complaints from our guests. My wife and I are beyond embarrassed and will forever be apologetic to our family & friends who shared this terrible experience with us. What can I say, Erin sold herself well & the prices were unbeatable. So as a bride looking for the best deals, we unfortunately fell for her scam. We hired Erin & all of her "services" which included; all decor, wedding coordinator(5 hours) 3 servers/bussers, set up crews, clean up crew, bar tender, literally everything. All we actually received was the decor & set up. NOTHING ELSE WAS PROVIDED. On top of everything, Erin & her "crew" weren't slightly friendly or dressed for the occasion. It was seriously disgusting & I can't help but to feel humiliated. We weren't able to enjoy our wedding at all. Erin didn't coordinate anything, didn't even introduce herself to the other venders. My wife and I had to personally coordinate the entire event from beginning to end. Erin was just seen picking up trash & chatting in the kitchen with her so called "staff" the entire time. The "bartender" was some random person that wasn't licensed & didn't even know what Jack & coke was made of.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! There was absolutely no services on the floor for our guest. Which makes me the most upset because our family & friends were not taken care of at all. The entire "crew" as well as Erin, ran out the door at 11:00pm when the event was still going on. They were hired for clean up services until 1am.. Me & my wife, along with the security from the venue and one maid of honor were forced to stay & clean up the entire venue after our guest left!! Thanks a lot ERIN!! After the disaster was said and done, we reached out to Erin to inform her of our concerns & she was the most disgustingly rude & insensitive person. She didn't care at all nor did she even care to apologize. She said we would here from during regular "business hours" but of course we didn't.. we tried reaching out to her again & her response was "My attorney suggested that I don't engage in any conversation with you"??????? Are you fucken serious??!!! Erin is a bitch and trust me it isn't worth it!! Spend a couple thousand more & save yourself the stress on your DAY OF because she won't show her true colors till then. I found Erin's company on Craiglist, and rented all of my tables, chairs, linens and flat ware through her. She was amazing, she threw in a ton of extras at the last minute and drove to Sherman oaks to deliver everything herself. I was able to get anything that I forgot to rent or buy through her (and believe me I forgot stuff LOL) I also waited until the last minute to figure out flowers. (Of course I thought I would be able to do those myself, and then came to realize I didn't have time for that) she was able to get the flowers I wanted and the best price possible, a week before the wedding! She had all of the bouquets and everything else made for me and she also delivered those as well. (I was married on a Friday so she made two trips one Thrusday and one Friday so the flowers would be as fresh as possible) I loved loved loved my flowers and I couldn't beat the price. I believe she make 7 bouquets, 10 boutoniere, 6 corsages, 2 large aisle pieces, and provided all of the flowers for the centerpieces for under $700.00. They were perfect, my day was perfect and so affordable. I actually booked tent and heaters (not through her) and come to find out it was the same company that she uses for the tables and chairs, so could have booked it all through her for cheaper, but I didn't remember she had those connections when I booked the tent. Every time I have called, texted or emailed Erin responded right away. I had some issues with getting the tables and chairs delivered when I wanted them and she fought with the rental company to make it happen, and it did. Everything seemed like it was going well until the day of my wedding. My wedding was on 3/10/13 and we had decided to go with Erin because she had great prices. I now know she has great prices because she is a thief. I had spoken to Erin the day before my wedding asking how we were going to get back our 15!!! extra vases, extra unused ribbon (we bought 100yd length ribbon in LA in 3 different colors in 3 different sizes), and our nice tub containers we lent to her to transport the items. She assured me that they would be left at the venue underneath one of our gift tables. Nine months later, we still have yet to see any of those things even after we double checked with our venue to check for the items--which they did so twice and never found anything. Then Erin told us she would replace them but is now ignoring all of our phone calls and texts. Our other major issue was that we had paid for extra boutonnieres and corsages. The day of our wedding we were missing a total of 6!!! My husband's 2 nephews were missing one, both of our grandfathers, and 2 of our grandmothers. The florist had used the old order instead of the updated order which we discussed months before and Erin never reimbursed my mother-in-law for the extra flowers we had ordered but had not received. Erin also had not completed the floral arrangements as expected. They were supposed to be mostly pink with a hint of green and orange; and the only arrangement with white flowers was supposed to be my bouquet. However, our arrangements had tons of orange flowers with only a little pink and green, and our centerpieces had white flowers in them which was not to our specifications. I gave Erin 9 months to right her wrongs before deciding to write this review but she did NOT. So don't let this happen to you--use someone else. read more

Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience as the other two reviews. Erin didn't appear to coordinate my wedding. I was told by her assistant Crystal that she was at another wedding but a month later was told by Erin she was home ill. So her daughters and husband were my coordinators. There were a several errors on the floorplan design ...they forgot to place my favors at each table, they forgot the ailse runner for the ceremony. My family told me they were left to wait outside in 90 degree weather because they weren't finished setting up the reception. The venue was opened at 8am and my reception didn't start til 5:30 however she said that I requested not to have anyone let in before 5:30 which I don't recall but if you see a 85 year old woman complaining of thirst and hunger who was my grandmother there should have been an exception. We took a few pictures in from of our venue cause we weren't able to go where I had originally wanted to do our photos and once we were ready to enter her daughter asked me if we could wait for more guests to arrive before our entrance. It was really hot that day and me and my bridal party had no food or drink so we asked her if should could bring us something to eat and drink. She agreed to do so but we didn't see her again....Her daughter returns with no food or drinks but because of the heat she let us into the side entrance of the venue where our candy station was to cool off. She said she would make sure no one could see us and still offered to brink back drinks for us. They hadn't opened the cocktail hour yet and I didn't understand why which meant our friends and family were sitting there also with no food or drinks. I advised her to start the cocktail hour and let us do our entrance and if she could make sure there were drinks for us at our table when we walked in. Her daughter didn't have the briday party name list so I had to write it down quickly for us to be announced but in the end we weren't announced into the reception. She said it was because the DJ declined to do it and argued with her daughter but I did ask the DJ if that is what happened and he said no. My place card holders were not used properly. Instead of being on the place card table, they were placed at each dinner table and the placecards were laid flat on the place card table. There were little topiary trees, that was the one thing I couldn't wait to see when I walked in and it was ruined. Erin said the place cards were too thin but I tested them to make sure they would fit and they worked fine for me. I am STILL missing some of my own personal items I bought for the wedding that was and was not used. I advised Erin that we need to coordinate a time for me to pick up my property and she still has not responded to a date, place or time and it has been 3 months now. ..just horrible. Her husband was however very nice and accomodating to the things we needed, he was always willing to help but I couldn't enjoy my day cause of being asked so many questions on what to do next. Both me, my husband and my maid of honor were in the first meeting with Erin and I informed Erin that the most important thing for me is to not have to worry about anything nor be bothered by questions. Her response is that is what i am here for but did ask if situations get out of line who should she go to and I told her my maid of honor would be the one. But nevertheless her family kept coming to me asking what to do next! I told them when to do the first dance, the cake cutting, the garter and bouqet tosses....we went over the schedule days before my wedding, but Erin claims this happened cause dinner started an hour late. My dinner started an hour late because her daughter asked me if we should wait for more guests before our entrance so with that in mind as a wedding planner you plan for the unexpected you don't blame the bride for the time change. Her price was great and she offered a lot of things for free that you would normally have to rent but if I had to do it all over again. Throughout the months prior to my wedding day it was very difficult to get her to respond to calls, emails or text messages. During the meetings with my other vendors she seemed disconnected and had no energy. When I addressed these issues with Erin, she blamed it on us changing the wedding date, starting an hour late for our reception, the DJ being rude to her daughter, etc...etc.. . Erin did provide resources, she helped me find the venu, caterer, cake designer(who was wonderful) and the rental for our chairs and tables. However I would have invested into a more reputable and professional planner even if it meant it more money to have a seamless reception than what I was given. Because I haven't received my property from Erin after 3 months I have been forced to file a BBB complaint and look into small claims court. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Erin to plan any wedding. My wife and I weren't to sure about having someone else plan our wedding but I'm sure glad that Erin did. She has lots of energy and is very creative which I think are 2 important quality's to have when it comes to planning a wedding or any event. She made everything so personal when it came to the things that my wife and I wanted to have, heck she's an ordained minister so she even married us! I found Erin through a friend of mine that used her for her wedding just a few months before. I could not have been happier with Erin's services. My husband and I were on a tight budget, and her prices fit righ into it. In the weeks preceding my wedding, I was having trouble getting a hold of my dressmaker, Erin stepped right in to save the day. She provided me with 2 of her rental dresses (at no cost) in case my dress didn't make it in time. She also got us a great deal on flowers for our tables at a very reasonable price! I just told Erin what type of decor I was going for and Erin kept coming up with ideas and things to add for my ceremony and reception space. Kitty's Catering also referred us to Events TaylorMade and we are equally as thankful as the last reviewer. Our wedding reception was on July 8, 2011, at Cabrillo Marina Plaza. Erin's staff (and this is a true family affair), especially her daughter Crystal and husband Cliff, totally transformed our room into a magical showplace. Erin sent along several helpful suggestions, including a room set-up map, prior to our event. Every detail was perfect, including the clean-up, which we SO appreciated after the long day. In addition, her prices were far better than the competition, and the linens, plates, glasses, silver, etc., were of exceptional quality. When it was discovered that the crew had not brought the festival lighting (which Erin had thrown in for free), she drove the hour north to deliver it, and it transformed the outside of our venue as well.
