    I cannot say enough good things about this venue! From communicating to see the venue, to booking, to our event day...everything was so seamless and easy! The owners are so kind and communication is excellent. We used the venue for my baby shower and I am so glad we found it! We will be back and we will be sure to tell all of our family friends about your adorable venue! Thank you ladies for making my day so special!

    Staff communication was great, they were very accessible when needed. Cleanliness through out venue, they were accommodating for our set up we were very satisfied that everything was perfect. Only downfall for me was taking hours from reservation to set up, then having to add additional hours at end of the night.

    This review is long overdue! We went to a wedding reception at this awesome venue a couple of weeks ago, it was PERFECT!! Great atmosphere, great vibe.. and the owners Heidi & Leilani are both amazing! It's a great spot for any type of gathering!

    We hosted our son's first bday at the warehouse. Kara was nice & answered all our questions. She gave us just half an hour to set up (which we were hoping for more time) but we understand it's a business and we totally respect that. We enjoyed the space and got plenty of compliments about it. It's great for hosting an event! I would definitely book it again if I had to. Thanks Kara!

    I was so grateful to have found this place just in time for my mother in law's surprise 70th birthday this past week. My in-laws asked me to decorate so I was set on finding a venue that would be perfect for the dinner setup. I also was traveling from out of state so I didn't have a lot to go off of except the website for the venue space ( since I wasn't able to fly down and see it in person.)The fact that she had a personal website with a photo gallery helped so much. From what I saw, everything looked good. We were looking for a space big enough to host 25-35 people. I found this place on Yelp and immediately contacted Kara through my husband's email since his family would be paying to rent the space. She was quick to respond and answer all my questions. There were no extra fees and no extra hidden costs. She was professional and flexible to work with. I enjoyed working with her and appreciate her willingness to work with us. Everything was smooth sailing even the day of the event. The day of the event, she allowed my vendor to go in and set up chairs and tables before our scheduled setup time. She even allowed us to come in and she gave us a rundown of the place. She had these huge rugs already on the floor that covered the concrete (which I really appreciated.) the rugs came in handy because it helped fill the negative space in the room and didn't make it seem bare. She also had speaker and WiFi which was very useful and she gave me instructions before leaving regarding using both. Because I was setting up everything inside with just myself and my husband, we were stressed we weren't gonna be able to finish setting up in time. With Kara allowing us to go in, we were able to accomplish everything and get everything set up before our dinner started. The venue was clean and nice. I loved the bathrooms and the entrance room. I am so happy I booked with Kara ! My in-laws loved it and everything turned out so beautiful, especially for a party that happened last minute in the middle of the pandemic!! The outside patio was perfect. We set up a dinner table outside as well and when the sun went down she had market lights up. The only negative thing I would have to say would be that the market lights kept flickering on and off the entire night. Not sure if they need to be replaced or if there was a loose bulb but that can be fixed easily...overall good vibes, beautiful place, awesome customer service. Definitely would recommend!

    I booked this awesome spot for my birthday party with friends/family and let me tell you it was nothing short of an amazing venue! It was spacious enough to hold two caterers and all 40+ of my family and friends. The hosts kindly helped set up the tables, chairs, and table cloths for us. The venue was very clean, aesthetically pleasing and spacious. We didn't have one problem with the venue! They have so much to offer for rent we had to get the donut wall, the photo backdrop, as well as the cocktail tables and a dessert wall. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you book this place for your next event!

    I came to the open house and can say it's a hidden gem! Has the possibility of creating whatever space you need it to be while including its own charming touches! Large indoor space, high ceiling and a big door that opens to an outdoor area! Covid friendly allowing everyone to spread out as needed and airflow from the large door as well as still having a close intimate setting- I look forward to my future planned event here!

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

From start to finish, the whole process was absolutely seamless. Mike and Robyn are SO organized and top of things, and made the process so simple for us! All of the vendors were provided to us and were all incredible! The florist, DJ, catering company, decorations, videographer, Photo Booth,, all of it! Both Mike and Robyn are extremely personable, very responsive and easy to talk to. The whole planning process went extremely smoothly and we were so excited for the outcome and to see it all come together. We were absolutely blown away the day of our wedding!!!! Their team is absolutely incredible as well. By the time we showed up to the venue, most everything was put together already and everyone was working so hard and so well together to make our day exactly the way we envisioned it. She recommended amazing vendors and remembered every detail we shared -- down to specific photos on my shot list. I mentioned wanting veil shots once, and on the wedding day she made sure to remind our photo and video team so nothing was missed. She genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. We had quite the wedding weekend -- including an atmospheric storm that forced us to move our outdoor ceremony indoors. We were heartbroken, but Ann handled everything with so much grace and positivity. She and her team resolved issues behind the scenes before we even had the chance to worry about them. We didn't learn about half of it until our debrief a week later LOL. Because of her, we were able to stay fully present and completely stress-free. Ann's thoughtfulness showed up in big and small moments. One standout was how she coordinated our In-N-Out stop -- by the time our bridal party and photo/video team arrived, she already had us seated and eating, which was everything after a long morning with barely a break. When we realized we were missing centerpieces for a few tables because we forgot to update our florist on the final count, Ann handled it immediately before we even had a chance to stress. Her team was also so gracious in setting up all our welcome-area décor and bathroom amenity baskets. Ann truly thinks of everything. On the wedding day, she kept everything running smoothly and exactly on schedule -- something incredibly important to us. She kept the energy flowing, checked in on guests, and ensured every detail was executed exactly as planned. We genuinely could not have done this without Ann and her team. Having a wedding at Saddlerock Ranch is a bit more complicated because you have to bring everything yourself, including rentals, power, catering, etc. Throughout the entire planning process, Melissa was extremely responsive, organized, and made you feel like your wedding was the only one she was working on or cared about. She is one of the kindest women and has a positive attitude to make you always feel at ease. I have to say I didn't once feel stressed about planning because I knew everything was in good hands. I don't understand how Melissa and her team do it, but honestly, my whole wedding day felt like magic. The timeline was always on time or even ahead of schedule and if an issue arose her team would handle it in a calm manner with a smile on their face (something I could never do!). For example, I left my veil at the hotel room (30 minute drive roundtrip) and Hailey delivered it to me 5 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle. All my guests, including myself, groom, and family were all out of there at the end time @ 12 a.m. and her team stayed until at least 2 a.m. breaking down. Melissa and her team were worth every penny and if I ever have to plan a large event in the future they are at the top of my list!
