She answers the phone very rudely stating (a million miles an hour) that she was with a client. I told her (very quickly) what I needed. First, I thought I was a client as well? So, needless to say, I immediately cancelled with Groupon, I didn't want anything to do with a person that could be THAT rude! She proceeds to call me 3 times while I'm cancelling the appointment. I couldn't answer her call. Then she texted me. I text her back letting her know that clearly I annoyed her and wouldn't be keeping the appt. Her reply was , "WOW". By now I'm so shocked at everything that is coming out of her mouth. I sat there for 20 minutes or so trying to get another appt somewhere else due to me leaving on a trip early the next morning. She text back and apologized for being rude and she should have not answered the phone. I text back saying it's all good and that I was still sitting there. Thinking maybe she would try to make all this better and wax my brows real fast even though it was 6pm. She texts back 10/15 min later and said she left already. Last thing, I left a review on Google and not only did she respond back to my review, she felt the need to text me as well. Again, she was clearly annoyed and wanted to make sure I knew it!!! Here's why: 7 years ago I wanted to go a little thicker for my liner. Jackie did what I asked and that was perfect at the time. However as time passes, so does your style and opinion. Makeup tattoo should always be temporary and only last 3-5 years. Mine has never faded. Not even a little. I'm now having to go through a painful process of getting this removed and have gone through 4 treatments so far. I barely see any lightening so I'm not even sure about the product that Jackie used at the time. This is very frustrating, and expensive! Jackie also tattooed right up to my tear ducts, which is extremely dangerous and can cause permanent damage. Be cautious.
