My daughter's nails look like she has legit dirt sealed underneath her clear acrylic. For some reason, the technician that she had refused to use a colored or tinted acrylic. It is very disappointing and I just cannot believe they sent her off like this. This was the last attempt. I I really dislike leaving reviews, but this one is very warranted.

Our pedicures were started as soon as the nail techs were available and they turned out great. Took about 35 minutes, which is average to me. Then our manicures began, my friend chose a regular manicure and I chose a no chip. These seemed rushed as the salon was getting busier and there was no on else working. My friends regular manicure looked great except for some uneven strokes across the nails. My no chip wasn't done with much care or consideration. The nail polish was applied in uneven coats, thin layers, rushed curing under the lights, and very rough work around the cuticles. I would not return back to the salon based on my experience with the no chip. I am used to the no chips lasting at least 2 weeks, this has already begun to chip. Pictures included are my right and left hand, 4 days after nails were completed.

Instead, another technician took over and attempted to do the French style. She even pointed out to another technician the poor job, and told me she would fix it- BUT SHE DIDN'T. Worse, I left with white smudging that I had to remove myself when I got home that she neglected to fix from her own work. So, so disappointed. The tips are thick, the fill is sloppy, and I'm out 60.00, because I know these won't last. And I thought there was a discount for paying cash: NOPE! So, the sign they have on their counter is false.

It was extremely crowded for a weekday morning, but I decided to wait. A male nail tech greeted me and said the wait would be about 25 minutes. I picked the colors I preferred and took a seat. The wait was about 30 minutes, just like I was told. The front area of the salon felt cramped because it was so crowded, but it was reasonably comfortable and quiet. Most of the customers appeared to be middle-aged housewife types and/or college-aged kids. All the nail techs were polite, but most of them didn't seem eager to engage with customers, which is fine. Anyway, the male tech that initially greeted me eventually told me I could go to the back. A sweet young lady ended up working with me. I don't recall her name, but she appeared to be younger. She did a nice job on my nails. She did my pedicure first, and when it was time to do my manicure, we couldn't find the color I'd selected. Someone had picked it up and walked off with it, so I ended up having to pick another color. The nail tools that were used were sterilized, and the salon appeared to be clean. The manicure and pedicure cost $55, which is fairly reasonable. I didn't have any cash on me, so I was able to tip my nail tech via Zelle. I tip generously when the service is good, so I sent her $20. The young lady took her time, and the service didn't feel rushed, which was appreciated. I'd definitely return to TLC Nails in the future.

ok i've been to other nail places but i was in the area so i tried this place out. the pedicure was horrible. it was too fast and quick. theres a guy name jimmy who took care for me and he literally did my pedicure in 10 mins. i just cant believe it ... too add oil to the flame the owner i think her name is emerald i believe ..... she sat me down on the pedicure and i asked her how long can they take me. she said we can take you now. literally she sat me in the pedicure and told me it will be a couple mins but it took 35 mins before someone started me. at this point who ever is reading this dont come to this shop! i know i won't! service is terrible, waiting time is too long. if there was a wait time i wouldnt mind waiting if she would of told me theres a wait time but she told me it would be a couple of mins. im usually melo and easy going but if a nail tech keeps on pushing you to do additional service on your pedicure is really desperate to make that money. if a customer doesnt want it then dont push me to get it unless your paying for it. if i say no that means no. i cant under a word that jimmy says. highly recommend to people dont come to this shop. read more

i love this place since the new management (i think they took over since the end of sept.2014) they have over 200 no-chip color.over 300 lovely OPI, china-glaze nail polishes to pick from, staffs are very very friendly, the shop looks so so so much nicer and very clean. i thought i walked in to a wrong shop after they did remodeling. they really changed the whole salon. i used to come to Soleil Nails for long time but i stopped coming because the shop was dirty, people were angry and rude all the time. I'm glad that i tried the new owner! love love the way the shop looks and people that work there!!!! comfortable, clean, and cozy!!!!!! :) read more

I love coming here. I do quite often and plan on coming back. One of the guys that did my nails last time did amazing and I loved them. The shape and color was right on point with my request and they were consistent. They lasted a long time too! He was very attentive to what I wanted and I really felt important there. Do NOT recommend. Currently been here almost 4 hours. The pedi was excellent. Ombré acrylics do not look anything like my reference photo, the male tech seemed aggravated, the shape is inconsistent, and they were pricey! (which I would not have minded if the work was any good) read more

I walked in as a walk-in and should've walked right back out. The person who did my nails looked like they had just come off the street--completely unprofessional appearance, not dressed appropriately for working in a business at all. I went in for a basic mani-pedi, and it turned into a complete nightmare. She started cutting my cuticles with no care at all--I was bleeding everywhere. It was painful and unsanitary. I'm honestly shocked I didn't end up with an infection. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. I talked to the owner about it, and she told me to come back and they'd fix it. So I made another appointment and came back out of my way--and then she says, "Oh no, we're just going to change the color, not actually fix anything." I was like, are you serious? I asked for a refund and she flat-out refused. No apology, no accountability. The owner is a rude, nasty woman with no respect for customers. This place is a total joke--dirty, careless, and completely unprofessional from top to bottom. Boycott this place. There are plenty of nail salons in the area that actually know what they're doing. Do not go here. Ever. This place should not even be in business.

I assumed another person was going to come over and start hers; right? Nope. Didn't happen. The gentleman started my deluxe pedicure with a very quick massage with the extra stuff they give you for a DELUXE pedicure. He continues on and before you know it; he was trimming my nails. I thought, okay that seemed fast. AGAIN, MY SISTER IS WAITING THIS ENTIRE TIME. He then starts painting my nails and before you know it, he goes "okay now dry." He walks away and I tell my sister um, that was only 25min. She goes, no way, was it?! We sat down at 12:15 and HE WAS DONE BY 12:39. A deluxe pedicure that is supposed to last 45MIN! My sister received the SAME TREATMENT and hers was EVEN SHORTER. I understand if you are short on staff, but please DON'T CONFIRM AND ACCEPT YOUR APPTS ONLINE if you know you do not have proper staffing to fulfill your customers wants. So, now we arrive home; just to notice and realize he did a very poor paint job. There are parts of our nails that were not even painted! And before you say "you should have spoken up" how am I am supposed to see what he has painted without completely leaning over and moving his hands? Overall, terrible service and will not be returning.
