Made an appt for my sister and myself for pedis and no chip/full set. They started our appt 10 minutes late. The lady rushed through my pedicure, in less than 15 minutes she was done. No massage, no resting hot towel. Then I sat for another 15 for someone to come Paint my toes while she went to someone else. In the meantime my sister waited til I was done for her pedi to even get hers started. They accepted three more walk ins and still had no one to complete our services. We are still waiting for nails and we are 45 min into the appt. GO ELSEWHERE. Service sucks. I voiced that it was way too short and not even consistent with servicing us with an appt and they just looked at each other and said whatever in their language to each other and moved to the next. read more

Very nice nail salon. Reasonable prices, clean, comfy, nice vibe. Only whine: specifically asked for more "foot rub" than "leg rub", even explained why. But...didn't happen. We went on a Friday and called ahead and they were able to get us in at the time we wanted without any problems. Very clean and professional! We had to wash our hands before we were able to look at any of the colors and all of the nail techs wore gloves and masks. The pedicure was done in about an hour and looks great! Highly recommend for a quality and quick pedicure. read more

I liked that I was able to walk in for a manicure, but that was about the only good thing... the guy who did my manicure rushed through it. And then the color I chose ended up coming out completely clear. So I kindly asked another girl if I could pick another color and have it redone and she said yes. Then I had to wait 25 minutes to have the guy just straight up put the 2nd color over my original choice. And he didn't wash his hands and got the person he had done before me's nail polish on my hand (ew) Not only that, but my nails chipped a day later. Will not be back. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. The service was extremely rushed, I had to ask for my toenail polish to be cleaned up since it was on the skin, and overall messy job. We were not put under actual dryers and the lady ripped the dividers off our feet when it was time to go. The customers next to us were rushed even faster. In addition, there is no plastic covering the bowls you put your feet on. I did not witness any tools being taken out of sterile packaging, and anyone in the beauty industry knows the blue liquid is not good enough. It's sad that this place has been so great and we used to go often - I will never go back and would not recommend to anyone. There are plenty of great salons in new Lenox. read more

I'm new to the area and this was my first time here. Went in to have my gel full set taken off & do the dip powder on my natural nails. They were quick to get me in. Tan was super detail oriented and took his time doing my nails. I loved it so much I had to ask for his name so I can request him for next time. Overall good first time experience! It was a frustrating experience two days before my son's wedding when it was supposed to be relaxing. My mani pedi turned out great but they obviously are not concerned about the value of my time. I had gone here for a few times and had a great experience until one time I went to get my nails done and the girl doing my nails had taken three of my nails off due to lifting or something I'm guessing which was fine until I got to pay and it was normally 35$ and then I would pay with cash to get the discount but my total ended up being 41$. She said that it was 3$ for every nail she took off AFTER she had already done it. I have never had this happen to me and I have been getting my nails done for a long time. If a client is going to have to pay extra they should be informed before they perform that service not while the client is paying. Would give less than 1 star if I could. Went in for a pedicure which was mediocre at best. Placed my iPad on the counter while I was paying and accidentally left it there, realized by the time I got home 10 minutes later what I had done so I called them. Claimed none of them had seen it and had the nerve to say maybe another customer picked it up...I was the only customer in the place! Fast forward a few months and one of them calls me on a cell phone claiming he lives in Vegas and just bought it on Craigslist for $200 and found the message that it was stolen when he tried to set it up. I offered to pay the shipping charges thinking he was on the up and up, good thing I waited...return address was the UPS store in Naperville, IL. You came in from Vegas to Mail it to me from Naperville? Thieves! Have 2 gift cards for them that I will never use! read more

Went to soleil nail with a couple girlfriends for a pedicure. It was by far the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The place had about ten different pedicure options, all close in price, so I chose one that had some type of orange scrub. There was nothing special about it-it seemed like any other mediocre pedicure I've ever had! I chose a minty color for my toes (see posted picture) and when the lady finished my pedicure there was pink polish on one of my toes. She seemed to have no idea how it got there. News flash! My girlfriend sitting next to me had her toes painted bright pink so when the lady painted my toes with the same top coat the polish got on my toes. Gross! I asked her to fix the polish on more than one of my toes! I left with none of my toenails being shaped the same and with polish all over my toes. A child could have done a better job painting my toes! Needless to say I will never go back to this place and I will not recommend it to anyone! read more
