I scheduled back in July for an appointment for late August (so a month in advance!) because I like planning ahead. A few weeks later (beginning August), I message Natasha confirming our appointment. She says yes. So I'm all set and not worried. FIVE DAYS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT (which was scheduled a few days ago), I get a notification that my appointment was CANCELLED. And then shortly afterwards, a text from her saying that Groupon cancelled their Groupon with the Bearded Lady so they will not be using it anymore. Yes, I understand that since I bought a Groupon and the voucher may no longer be valid, I MIGHT not want my appointment anymore. What made me really upset? I WASNT EVEN ASKED IF I STILL WANTED TO KEEP MY APPOINTMENT. It was just cancelled. I became so furious because I scheduled this appointment a month in advance and five days before it's cancelled. I WOULD HAVE PAID FULL PRICE. It caused so much stress trying to find a last minute place to get all my waxing done before we (my boyfriend and I) left for our trip. TLDR: pretty much, I'm angry that after planning a month ahead in advance, I wasn't even GIVEN the option of keeping my appointment and paying full price. It made me feel like it was just assumed that I couldn't afford it or didn't want the appointment anymore.

Her bed was the most comfortable bed that I've ever laid on while getting a wax, my usual experience is a hard bed with a plastic or paper lining. She worked in smaller sections than what I'm used to but it made the overall pain way less. She held good conversation the whole time and she never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable.
