I've been to fountain and silky nails places and they are OK but not thorough. Very rushed. Quan was detailed and announced everything she was going to do. She was also friendly and funny. I stopped by for my nail appointment on Tuesday. Owner Thuy did a Hard Gel Manicure with DND Gel Dutch Orange and Mermaid Flakes. The most gentle manicure I've ever had with a nice massage and lotion! She said my nails were damaged, so she only hand-filed them. Thuy has been in the nail business for 8 years! The most important thing she said is keeping your nails healthy. Incorrect application or over grinding can weaken and lift the nail. And she makes sure to focus on the client without distractions, which you don't always see at salons! She also makes sure you are hydrated and offers drinks during your service. I had a really fantastic first experience here. I booked online which was great. I love being able to browse through the services and book a time with either a specific person or anyone thats available. When I arrived I was greeted right away by Quan. The place was empty which was very surprising but later I learned that most of their business os appointment only which to me seems less chaotic and less rushed for the person receiving the treatment. Quan started my pedicure right away. She asked what scent I would like for the pedicure package I chose (I picked thr bliss and watermelon scent). She was very considerate about the water temperature and the pressure of her hands when she was massaging my calves and feet. She took really great care of my toes. I can honestly say that this was the least painful pedicure Ive ever had and she got my ingrown out and really cleaned up my toes. They look fantastic. For my fingers I chose the builder gel full set because I want to keep my natural nails and I like them short since I do a lot of typing and yard work. I picked a color an Thuy did a great job matching up my longer nails with my broken shorter nails so they looked more uniform. We had great conversation and I felt really comfortable. I left feeling really satisfied with my experience and knowing that I just found my new nail spot. I just have to say that my faith has been restored in the nail salon industry with Nail and Beauty Haven. I initially scheduled an appt for the occasional pedicure and builder gel (I was so happy to find a place that does it) I prefer my natural nails but they need protection because I'm hard on them. I am so please with the service, I've now been coming here for nearly a year. The service is exceptional! Thuy is amazing at bringing my nails back to life and each time I show her what I want, she somehow makes it even better! 20/10 experience the first time and I have to say it's now 50/10 experience. I appreciate May and Quan so very much! My last nail salon had been giving me "builder gel" that wasn't actually builder gel. The previous salon absolutely demolished my sisters nails. May and Quan are helping build the strength back on her nails and gave her a lot of advice on taking care of her nails. They were able to salvage my nails and in the meantime gave me hard gel to build the strength of my nails. I am very happy with the results as someone with already thin and brittle nails. I never knew hard gel was a thing. Both women were funny and very cool to talk to. They offered us drinks and the ambiance was great. I will being going to this salon from now on. Came here for a pedicure and I loved the way my nails came out. Service was incredible. I did not have an appointment so I was a walk-in. They were able to see me within 15 minutes. Waiting area was really clean and comfortable so you do not mind staying there. Price point was really good like I said the pedicure was incredible. Their service is the best as they advised my wife of what would work best for that was cheaper and met her needs. They are engaging and family friendly. More than 5 stars if I could give it! From the moment I walked in, they got me seated within 10 minutes. The salon was spotless, calm, and welcoming. Quan did my pedicure and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time -- even asking how I prefer my water temperature (warm or hot!), which I've honestly never been asked before. It's the little details like that that make such a difference. The massage during the pedicure was incredible and they didn't rush it -- I got the full time, which is rare these days. WOW! It's my birthday in a couple weeks and we are leaving for a trip on Sunday. After some pretty bad experiences getting my nails done, it had been almost 2 years since my last pedicure! I looked up reviews and found this place. I walked in and they took me right away. It was super quiet. The owner and one other nail tech were there. They spoke perfect english! It was really to be able to hold a conversation with them. It's a very clean place and nice that they do not do acrylics so you don't hear the dremel and see all the dust in the air. It seems like she is very much into nail health and I really like that. I'll be back on Friday to get my nails done! So excited to find such an awesome place. read more

It's difficult for me to get my toes done because of my painful ingrowns that I've had for quite a while. Not long after they opened, I called and spoke to the owner, Thuy, and asked if they had a nail tech that knew how to really take care of ingrown toenails. She advised me to come in that day so they could take a look and I'm so glad I did. The salon is very clean, pretty and spacious. Also, Quan is amazing! She is very hospitable and offered me a drink (they have water, juice, wine). She made sure I knew what she was doing every step of the way and assured me that she would take extra care around my painful area. I was on the hunt for a really good pedicure and I found it! Let me just start by saying the staff here are so nice and polite! The salon is super clean which I think is really important and all the tools were sanitized and sealed before using on me which I cannot tell you how much I appreciate. Their basic $40 pedicure is anything but basic! Clay mask, callus remover, foot massage...awww. I ended up also trying the "hard gel" manicure while I was there. I usually get dip but wanted to give it a try after discussing it with the owner. I am hopeful they will last as long as the dip did. (I actually cancelled my dip manicure at another salon while I was getting my pedicure.) The manicure was nice also, included a hand massage!! All of this and a complimentary beverage...so many choices including beer and wine! I highly recommend Nail &Beauty Haven. I've already sent the info to all the girls in my family! On Mothers Day, My daughter and I went to Nail and Beauty Haven. We came for our first appointment. We were seated at a couch and it was so comfortable. While we were sitting on couch, Quan let us look at their menu to see what scent for my pedicure and then we were set up pedicure chairs. My daughter and I picked the Heavenly package and add on Jelly soak. We both love the heavenly package because it smooth out your feet and make it soft like a baby's butt. Quan take care of me and Thuy take care of my daughter. They offered us non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks complimentary. Quan was super nice and friendly. I originally reached out looking into good options for my almost 11 year old, she bites and picks at her nails, and we are working at breaking that habit. Thuy was, and continues to be, super helpful. She takes the time to explain options and next steps to me and my daughter understands making sure she understands. As soon as we walked in for our appointment we were welcomed and offered something to drink and shown where to sit. We have been very happy with the overall experience. My nails look amazing and lasted 3 weeks before getting them done again. I had no lifting, chips, or discoloration and they still looked great aside from the grow out. Thuy does an amazing job and pays attention to the details. Quan did a great pedicure for my daughter, she has not stopped talking about how amazing it was and how she can't wait to go back. The chairs are some of the best I've used and the entire salon is one of the cleanest I've seen. It is truly a relaxing environment. I sent my mother-in-law to Thuy for a pedicure, she recently became allergic to a couple of ingredients and was having a hard time finding somewhere for a pedicure. She was able to talk to Thuy about things and get an unscented pedicure knowing what was being used and it didn't trigger her fragrance induced asthma. We are so glad that Nail & Beauty Haven opened down the street from us and look forward to many more visits. read more
