I ordered a Passion Fruit Tea 25% sweet with Passion fruit Pop. The drink was fine but the 25% was still too sweet for me. The ambiance is small and quaint takeout space with just a few booths and tables. Everything was very warm and delicious. The portions are more than filling and could be shared between two. Kids had chicken miso ramen and I had the chicken rice bowl with medium spice. I would have preferred grilled chicken, instead of breaded, and full spice to even get some kick. I think they took it easy on me and didn't give spice at all. The boba is typical and tasty, recommend coconut milk or strawberry flavors. Cup of hot oolong tea was big and more than enough without needing a 2nd. We also had the veggie spring rolls and calamari appetizers. This was all a bit pricey for lunch, but given everything we ordered, quality was still worth it. We'll be back on special occasions. read more

We've been here many times and have always had excellent service. The owner and his family are so friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious. Somehow I don't believe I have posted a review though. The dining area is on the smaller side but still very inviting. In the colder part of the year, it can be a little chilly in there but that makes it perfect for Ramen. This time we ordered the takoyaki which is ball shaped dumplings with an octopus filling. They are covered with a sauce that is like teriyaki sauce. We also ordered some pork egg rolls, fried calamari, some hot lemon pepper wings and of course some Ramen. I've been to Tasty Oishi twice the last few times I've gotten to visit Brownsburg and every visit that I had was extremely pleasant. The food was not only delicious but the owner and workers are SO friendly and accommodating (I think it's family owned). If I was a local I would go here all the time! The tonkotsu ramen had the most flavorful broth with the perfect egg. The honey lemon pepper wings were PERFECT. If I had a bigger stomach I would've cleared the entire table. I ordered a calamari earlier (I forgot to take a pic) but they forgot to add it to my bill and when I asked for it they gave me an order on the house which was so sweet of them. Of course I had to give them a tip to compensate and the worker refused. (I still added it to the tip box) hahaha. We also went on a day where I think the owner's kids were at the restaurant and they had gone over and asked us if the food was okay and I thought that was so cute! It's a very mom and pop type restaurant so it has a very cozy vibe and you will feel welcomed and accommodated when you come in. I thought it was also very sweet when we left the restaurant and the owner ran out to say goodbye and thank us for dropping by at the parking lot. I love this place. We think it's owned by a cute family and run like a small family restaurant. For some gyoza and ramen including the beef rib ramen. Overall amazing experience. We had the most adorable waiter and she made sure we always had napkins, water and anything else. I had such a craving for ramen and decided to go to Tasty Oishi. I ordered online this time and it was easy maneuvering around. I ordered the Beef Ramen with Shoyu Soup. The service here is amazing! It is a true family-run business. The son, Brayden, running the cash register is in 4th grade and is better than most adults in the food service industry. He is a true delight. The inside is very clean and tastefully decorated. We got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and the mango green tea with boba and they were both delicious and fresh. We also got a miso chicken ramen bowl (DELICIOUS!!!), crab Rangoon (highly recommend), and lemon pepper wings (crispy, well seasoned, and tasty)! All in all, this was such a great experience. There are several appetizers to choose from including crab rangoons, spring rolls, goyza among others. The ramen is a large portion good for a few meals. Meat, shrimp, tofu and vegetable choices. There are rice bowls and a variety of wing flavors if ramen isn't your thing. We read all the glowing reviews for this spot and decided to give it a try. It is a family run business, with several of the young children working in the restaurant. The place is rather small with only about 8 tables, but is nice inside. Ordered some egg rolls, which were really good, except that they gave us chicken instead of pork. Not a big deal, the chicken ones were good. I ordered the pork ramen with spicy miso broth and substituted Udon noodles in place of Ramen. The spicy miso broth was really good, but the pork was just 4 VERY THINLY sliced pieces which were basically tasteless. Would rather they would offer one or 2 thicker pieces. I would not order the pork again due to this. Wife had the chicken ramen with rice noodles, which she enjoyed. Both of the ramen dishes could have used a bit more broth, but otherwise were very tasty. Besides the food, we wished the music volume was a bit lower. We plan to return and try some of the other dishes, but will avoid the pork. read more

The beef bowl is priced a bit high at $13 and reminds me of a Yoshinoya Bowl in California but you get a less for a higher price here. Other than that it's still a good 8/10 yummy. The fried sesame balls are priced decent enough, they are $1 - $1.25 ea in Cali for double the size but still again taste amazing 9/10 The skewers are fire! Priced right and 9/10 on all of them I'd say this is the best and closest thing you'll get to Asian cuisine sold in Los Angeles here in Brownsburg and Avon area. This will be my go to spot over anything else from now on. Overall 4/5 stars because some things I just compare to Los Angeles where we are from and expect Los Angeles to be high cost vs here. Best Boba in Indiana. I've been to the listed as the top 5 boba places in Indiana and the brown sugar boba here is like no other. There Brown sugar boba taste very authentic and not artificial like most places here in the state of Indiana. The ramen is really good too. I do prefer the tonkotsu as the flavor is really flavorful.
