I've been to Everbright with Dr. Guerrero a few times now. Today they really went out of their way to accommodate me to fix me for a new crown. Seems like Dr. Guerrero priority is for you to feel no pain at all. She listens and care. They always tell you what they're doing as they're working on you, step by step. Very patience explaining the whats and hows. Marcos, Jakie, the new hygienist (can't remember her name), they're all great and always have a smile on their face. Very important too, they break down your costs and insurance and will go out of their way to make sure you get the best deal possible. Me and my wife love them. Office Experience horrible! I called for the second time to sign my family and I up for annual exams and possible cosmetic work. The receptionist seems like she does not want to accept new clients the first excuse was there are scheduled out until February of next year. Second excuse my insurance that I have I will most likely have to pay 100% of the co- payment. I live here in stevenson ranch so thought this would be a closer. Oh well! read more

Treated rudely when I refused an X-ray while pregnant. When I showed up for a cleaning I said that I wanted to refuse getting X-rays done because I was several months pregnant. The receptionist and x ray technician said the Dr wouldn't see me unless I said yes to the x ray and that it wasn't optional, even if I was pregnant. The receptionist was also condescending and said "when you find out it's safe you can come back". Other dentists I told this to said this was absolutely outrageous. That day, they lost the business of five people in my family. read more

Dr. Guerrero is fantastic. My whole family went to her for nearly 10 years while we lived in SCV. She always made us feel so welcome, and of course took great care of our teeth. Her office is fair with pricing, doesn't push unnecessary procedures, and her employees are all quite nice as well. Having to look for a new dentist now that we just moved is super disappointing. I always forget to write reviews, but my experience with Dr Guerrero and her staff was so pleasant that I had to share! Since as long as I can remember, I have had a severe fear of the dentist. One of my goals for 2021 was to conquer that fear and finally go back to a dentist. Instead of acting tough, I let Dr. Guerrero know about my anxiety, and she walked me through every step. She was quick, thorough, extremely gentle and patient, and her assistant was just as amazing. To be fair, I never made it into the office due to the unprofessional attitude of the female receptionist that answered my call about an appt. What happened was... I had an appt set for weeks. I haven't been to the dentist in awhile (fear, plus the fact I have 3 kids so finding the time is difficult), plus I was in pain and planned on having quite a bit of work done. My appt was at 3pm, my husband was coming home to watch the kids so I could leave. Well, he got stuck in traffic. I called to say I'd be about 10 minutes late. The rude receptionist said, "Uhh well, we can't wait very long. We have patients waiting." I tried to explain that my husband is almost here, I'm only 5 mins away... and she again, with an unkind attitude, says they won't be able to wait. In tears, I told her to just forget it, I'll find another dentist. Seriously, Dr. G, find someone else to handle your calls. This woman (I don't know her name, she sounded young) was unnecessarily rude and never even called back to apologize. I hate that now, I have to find someone and wait all over again. Everyone knows you wait 10 minutes at least in a dental office anyways! read more

Dr. Guerrero is a ROCK STAR! I was referred to her by a friend who I trust COMPLETELY. Everything my friend said was true! Everbright has state of the art equipment, the office is immaculate, the staff is professional and lovely and attentive, without being overly so. I came to Dr. Guerrero after the Dentist who I had been seeing for years told me that I needed 2 Crowns and a possible Root Canal. I wanted another opinion. Guess what? I did not need any of the above and it has been years. Dr. G. said my old fillings would need replacing eventually, but not now. I don't have Dental Insurance. I have been taking my two teenage son's to a local pediatric dentist who has an office filled with the best toy collection from Disney. Every time I took my kids there, the bill was $500-$600 for the both of them. I brought my kids to Dr. G. - they thought she was great....and now I am paying for great Dental care and at way less cost. I am no longer paying to enhance the other Dentist's toy collection. I have referred two friends to Dr. Guerrero. Both friends now have declared that Dr. G. is; "My New Dentist!" I cannot say enough great things about her and her office! GO THERE! read more

We were forced to change dentists recently due to insurance reasons and I am so glad we did. Dr Guerrero is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Her patient care and bedside manner is superb and the entire staff is top notch. Dr Guerrero referred me to a periodontist for a condition she was concerned about. My previous dentist wanted to shave a tooth down thinking it was a bite problem. Low and behold I have a serious condition called resorption of one of my front teeth. Without Dr Guerrero's concern and attention to patient care I may have lost the tooth altogether. Can't thank her enough. Definitely 5+ stars for everything. read more

I love this dentist. It is a family run and operated. She is super knowledgeable and super nice. Her husband is so helpful with the billing process. I loved my Dentist in Bakersfield and was hesitant to change. She made the transition so easy. My husband's dentist off Lyons has had an ambulance leaving their facility on two occasions. I keep tryin to tell him, but men don't listen. =) He disagrees and might end up in an ambulance himself leaving that other dentist. Maybe then he will come see how personal, caring, and thorough the experience of getting your dental work done can be. read more
