Dr. Okayama has a light hand. I didn't feel much when he numb my gum. He was so gentle that made my fear go away. I'm really scared of seeing the dentist sine I was a kid. I don't like the noise of the machine. But doctor Okayama made me feel less scared . He kept asking me if I'm doing Ok, how do I feel, is it hurt while in the procedure. (I have sensitive teeth). I was scheduled for a deep cleaning today and was previously told it would take 1 hour and 20…read moreminutes for the treatment and I would have a $35 co-pay. The hygienist took 30 minutes and did not do a deep cleaning. She used a water tool and scraped for less than 15 minutes. I addressed this with the hygienist and she said I wasn't scheduled for a deep cleaning today and also that my teeth were "fine" so this was the end of my session. Previously at my initial cleaning, the hygienist said preferred to use the water tool over hand scraping as it hurt her hand. Today I felt a bit of callousness from the hygienist and figured she didn't like to scrape, hence she never asked me how I was doing during the cleaning or checked on my comfort level. Now I see she was annoyed that she had to scrape my teeth when she thought I did not have an appointment. I made this appointment at my last cleaning and was told that Wednesdays are best if I wanted to be treated by the hygienist. I cleared my work schedule for an hour and a half today so I could get a true cleaning at 9am. The office staff (lady) was kind, very apologetic and wanted to correct this, but there was nothing to resolve. If there was an error with this appointment, then I should have been told this when I checked in and should have been told that I was not going to receive a deep cleaning. The staff also did not make me pay the co-pay as it was not a deep cleaning. The staff overall are kind and warm, but I won't be going back to this office.

All the employees who work for him are top quality, a shout out to Miguel. Yesterday I was telling Dr Moraga I would need more lidocaine before doing the back #31 molar after completing the front crown and filling replacement. To my surprise everything was already done and just needed them to put in the temp crowns. WOW, I have been teasing him for 20yrs that "Welcome to Moraga's House of Pain". It is completely opposite of that. I am hating that sometime in the not to distant future he will retire and I'm back to being scared of going to a dentist. My permanent crowns will be ready in two weeks, awesome! My post in 2019 He became my dentist in 2006, I moved to the Southeast in 2009 and now work on the East Coast near DC but still I will fly to Dr Moraga to do my dental work. That should say it all on how great he is at taking care of your teeth. I am here again and have my appointment tomorrow. I get perfect color matches on the front crowns (he uses a great lab that even comes while I am in the chair to make them perfect) and he has done all my dental implants. He is my dentist for life, the best I have ever found in 50 years.

I started with Smile Care this pass year. Smile Care's office is clean, up to date with their equipment, and their care team is Excellent with their communications with me regarding my oral health. Dr. Hedvat is nice, and a straight shooter. I am not sure he knows he has a sense of humor, but he makes me laugh. Dolores, the hygienist - well, she is amazing. I let her know that I am very sensitive to the epi when I am there for the deep cleaning, and she conquers it, and allows me to be epi free with minimal discomfort. She's gentle, kind, and funny. Overall, I enjoy the professionalism of Smile Care. I can have Dr. Hedvat do my annual care, and within that, he has a care team prepared for all your oral care needs.

First off the entire office is like one big family. Second they are all kind and greet you with smiles on their faces. Third, they do amazing work! I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and was painless and fast. He explained everything to me before hand and gave me multiple options. Warned me before anything that may hurt or cause discomfort and was just quick and painless while also doing amazing work. The best part for me was that Dr sustento had music playing and was singing the whole time and was just pleasant to be around. This man truly loves his job. I will never go anywhere else ever again. (Dr. Tanner and Dr. Edwards work in the same office utilizing the same staff) Dr. Tanner and his staff has got to be the most professional caring people I've encountered in dentistry and I'll tell you why. My circumstances are a bit more unique given my situation. After finishing my military service in 2008, i went 5 years without access to dental care. I, like a lot of military veterans, went through a period of confusion and had a difficult time assimilating with normal civilian life given my experiences in the service. None of what I did in the service transferred to civilian life and for the life of me I couldn't find work and wasn't sure what my future had in store. I really didn't take care of myself as I should have, given the dark cloud that loomed overhead, and my dental health suffered as a result. I was unemployed, didn't have insurance, had debt due to having to use credit for living expenses. My solution for any dental or gum pain was to brush with hydrogen peroxide. Needless to say, by the time i was able to make it to Dr. Tanner's office, it was as if a cavity grenade went off in my mouth and my gums were visibly irritated. I was recommended to Dr. Tanner by a coworker of mine who had seen him with his family for quite some time. I was still a temp where I was employed but had dental insurance through the temp agency. It hardly covered anything but I was determined to at the very least get a cleaning. I wasn't expecting how much work i actually needed done, given that i wasn't really in any pain. I walked into their office and was immediately greeted by friendly warm staff. Both Helen and Dolores were amazing with me and I was given a tour of the entire office and introduced to the staff. I wasn't used to that, and it was such a shock to be shown the facility and to meet those who worked there. I was so used to military type dental where they just pump you in and out more as a number than a human being. It was quite refreshing and I was really impressed with the quality of the equipment. My hygienist Carol was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything that was going on in my mouth. She was going to have to do deep scaling to clear away build up and to recover my very irritated gums before any work was to be done on what cavities I had. Luckily none of them were bad enough to need root canals but there were a lot. It was going to be very expensive and my insurance was hardly going to cover it, but i agreed that it had to be done. Dolores was wonderful when working with me on payments and i let her in on my situation. I would never try to use my veteran status to ask for anything or get extra help. I'm far too stubborn and proud for that and i was just trying to let her understand why i couldn't pay her all at once. She spoke to Dr. Tanner about it and he in turn decided to give me a generous veteran discount. I have to admit that i felt a bit awkward about it (pride), but he thanked me personally for my service and never once did I feel like I was some sort of "charity case" and have always been treated very respectfully and with kindness within that office by everyone. After my deep scaling appointments with Carol, my first round with cavity removals went great with Dr. Tanner and I was having much improvement already with my smile. I was able to keep up with payments that Dolores had set up with me that were very reasonable considering the amount of work I was having done and after a few months was ready for another round of cavity removal. They had to work by quadrants because of the sheer amount of decay that I had in my mouth. Knowing my situation they decided to schedule me for the weekend hours that Dr. Brian Edwards was facilitating once a month. Which has been great for me since I rely on an hourly wage and would normally have to cut hours to come in for dental work. I've had 2 weekend visits thus far and both have been just as pleasant as my experiences with Dr Tanner. Dr Edwards and his assistant Kasey do top notch work and each time were able to accomplish a lot with the removal and filling of my cavities. After my first visit, I spoke with Dolores again about billing and she explained to me that Dr. Edwards decided to honor the same discount that Dr. Tanner had given me. Something of which he didn't have to do, nor was I expecting it. I thanked him for it on my second visit and awkwardly told him how much it helped me and he too was very modest about it and actually thanked ME for being so appreciative. All in all this office has been a great experience for me with truly good people through and through. They reached out to a veteran that has just been trying to bring his quality of life back to where it should be and that means the world to me. I'm just some random guy off of the street for all they know and they treated me as family. They are a very patriotic group who can honestly say they support their veterans. read more

Dr Edwards is hands down the best dentist I have been treated by in any location and for any reason. I have seen a number of different dentists for a number of different reasons over the years and have never had an experience even remotely close to as pleasant as the experiences I have had with Dr Edwards. I have seen several dentists/orthodontists for numerous reasons and had extensive work done to my teeth since I was a child and to date, Brian is far and away the most passionate, attentive and caring doctor I have visited. Cosmetics and general practice alike, Brian goes the extra mile to make sure ALL of your dental concerns are addressed and met. Moreover, he makes sure that any work you need done is handled in the most seamless, painless and comfortable fashion possible. When I went in for my fillings, I literally could not tell which tooth he was working on, which is extremely rare considering every time I had received a filling prior, it was in a great deal of pain. Dr Edwards also goes to great lengths to make sure that every aspect of your dental hygiene/well being is in the best shape possible. When I went in for a cleaning and a filling, we ended up addressing my sleep issues and how I could benefit from wearing a sleep appliance and seeing a sleep specialist (who he contacted for me). He went over all the various ways in which your dental health is connected to your overall health, and did not just focus on your teeth from a singular standpoint. As a result, I now have a mouth guard that I wear at night that has drastically improved my sleeping patterns and thus, my overall health. In addition, my cleanings have gone very smoothly, and they have even given me the option of having my bondings touched up in the future. The overall staff at the office in addition to the dentists has been very delightful and helpful as well. All-in-all, I have had the best experiences with Dr Edwards and I would not go to another dentist from here on out. read more

Beware of up-sales, prices changes and dishonest billing practices! We have been going to Three Sixty Dentistry as a family for several years, but recently, we've noticed significant price increases and persistent upselling of unnecessary services. They frequently recommend excessive X-rays for both children and adults, raising concerns about their practices. The final straw was when my husband scheduled a crown based on their recommendation. He specifically requested a pre-authorization from our insurance and asked for a clear breakdown of the total cost, including our out-of-pocket responsibility. The office provided a quote, which we relied on to move forward with the procedure. However, on the day of the appointment--six weeks later--he was handed a bill that was 40% higher than what was originally quoted. To make matters worse, they demanded full payment upfront, stating that we would have to seek reimbursement from our insurance company on our own. When we questioned this unexpected increase, Dr. Edwards' response was shocking: "Did we provide that for you in writing?" This level of dishonesty and price manipulation is completely unacceptable. NO ONE should feel taken advantage of when having medical care. What is the point of having insurance if a provider refuses to honor pre-authorized pricing? This is not how ethical medical or dental professionals should operate. Unless you are a cash-paying patient willing to accept unclear pricing and aggressive upselling, we strongly do not recommend Three Sixty Dentistry. No one should have to deal with shifting prices, unnecessary procedures, and questionable billing practices when seeking dental care. read more

Since my first appointment at Three Sixty Dentistry, I have consistently enjoyed positive experiences. The professionalism and kindness exhibited by the doctors have always left a lasting impression on me. However, I feel compelled to address a recent experience that may be relevant for potential patients. Today, I was charged a late cancellation fee for canceling my appointment at 8 AM, even though my appointment was not scheduled until 1:45 PM. As a first responder, my schedule is often subject to unexpected changes due to emergencies, such as severe weather incidents or unplanned protests. This unpredictability is a common challenge in my line of work, and I have not previously encountered a situation where a business imposed a cancellation fee for circumstances beyond my control. Apparently my last review ended up in the "unhelpful" zone for some reason, oh well. I'm still a patient of Dr. Dell's and my opinion hasn't changed much since 2012. Dr. Dell is a different breed of dentist, you can tell by just looking at his office. Dr. Dell really cares about his patients. I've been to more dental offices and met more dentists than the average person, I've been to bad dentists, mediocre and good dentists. Over the years I developed an aversion to all things dental office, the chairs, the tools, etc.. I understand that there's a lot of people that don't enjoy going to the dentist but for me it was more than that. This only got worse for me until I started going to Dr. Dell. I'm not going to lie and say that if you go to Dr. Dell you'll instantly get over your fear of dentists. If Dr. Dell understands that this is a problem for you, he'll do whatever he can to make it easier for you. Between Dr. Dell, Kathy, Diane and the rest of the team, you get an All-Star team of compassionate, kind hearted, understanding, skilled, and intelligent people in their field. They're good people. I am new to the practice and this may sound odd; I found myself enjoying my visit. It began when I walked in. I was in the mountains complete with running water. Beginning with Kathy in the front office, Dr. Edwards and his staff truly work as a team and, most important, I was a member. When I'm anxious I meditate. When I entered the examination room, I immediately looked for someplace or something to use as a focus. Dr. Edwards listened to my needs and created an environment where I could relax. He also made a note "she likes water sounds" my health record. He and Kathy, yes two Kathys, worked quietly and thoughtfully. Not wanting to interrupt my meditation, they spoke to me only to keep me informed of they were doing and to ensure that I was "okay". Before leaving, I received post treatment instructions. However, the care did not end there. At the end day, I received a phone call from Dr. Edwards. He wanted to make sure all was well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Dr. Edwards and his staff. I was referred to him by my previous Dentist who was retiring. First of all his office is clean and has a forest theme that puts you in a relaxing mood. His receptionist Brandy was friendly and upbeat and there to answer any questions I had regarding any billing or appointment issues. The dental hygienist was super nice and very thorough. Dr. Edwards really takes the time to make you feel at ease. He explained all my treatment options, then together we decided on a plan that worked for me. At no time did I feel pressured to commit to any plan or procedure that I didn't feel comfortable with. I don't think anyone honestly likes going to the dentist,no matter who the dentist is, but I can honestly say that Dr. Edwards and his staff are top notch and will do everything they can to make your Dental experience as pleasurable as possible. What can I say about Dr Dell except that he is the best! I am an actor and so my mouth and teeth are very much a part of my presentation. I have been going to dentists for a long time. From Chicago to New York to Beverly Hills! I have never found anyplace with as comprehensive a treatment philosophy as Dr Dell. From diagnosis to treatment his work is excellent! He brings in a Periodontist if need be. Just whatever it takes to get the job done right. I am so happy with his work! People complement me all the time about "my smile"! And if that wasn't enough, they are super nice folks over there! Everyone. Diane is very knowledgeable about billing and insurance matters. She takes your money with a smile! This is the best dentist office I've been to. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They try to work out and explain all the billing ahead of time so there are no surprises. Dr. Edwards and his assistants both care immensly about making thier patients comfortable and relaxed. They do an incredible job explaing what they plan to do, what they are doing, and then what they have done. It is refreshing to knowing exactly what to expect and the reasoning behind what they are doing. Dr. Edwards also uses certain tools and techniques that I have not seen other dentists use. Such as the ones he used to screen for cancer risks and to take photos of individual teeth. It seems that he stays up to date on recent advancments in his field and uses them to provide better dental care. With the friendly attitudes, and the high level of comfort and care I have recieved I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone. read more

I was enthralled with the above and beyond sanitary conditions Dr. Edwards implemented with his office and staff. I was impressed AND appreciative‼ My office visit, which had to be postponed, was thoroughly addressed by Christy and others. They were attentive to every question I had, took their time executing procedures which have been neglected due to the unusual lapse since my last visit. The atmosphere in the office pleasantly surprised me. I prefer to describe it as "smiles, jokes, positivity, love and laughter behind the masks! Going to the dentist and knowing you are in good hands is awesome. Everyone there is very attentive to your needs. This is the only dentist place that I've been to in my life where I'm not under any stress. Everything is explained clearly, during any procedure, you know what to expect, and there are no surprises. Even going in for a cleaning is a relaxing experience. I highly reccomend this place. I moved out of town, but I decided to keep coming here. I'd rather drive for 2 hours and know I'm going to be in the best hands when I sit down on that chair, than go to any other dental office that is close to by where I live now. Also, they never make you wait while you are there. The time that you set for your appointment is the time you are being sitted on the dentist chair, and they start taking care of your problem right away. read more

I am thrilled with the results of my Invisalign treatment! Dr. Edwards and the entire staff are the best! I'll be honest, I was hesitant to move forward with the treatment after finding out it would take a year of wearing the trays 24 hours a day except when eating, but I am so glad I did! I adapted to wearing the trays fairly quickly, was able to take them out when I didn't want to wear them, and had minimal discomfort. Better yet, I finished my treatment on time! That crooked tooth that I always tried to hide when I took a picture is now fixed! My confidence and self confidence is back when I smile and laugh all because of this office. I cannot say enough good things about 360 dentistry. Brian and his team go above and beyond to accommodate and care for their patients. Due to my personal situation I was rushed for time and Dr. Edwards opened his office an hour early so that I could get the care I needed. I have never been treated with such care. Dr. Edwards made it clear that he cared about what was going on in my personal life enough to open his office early and change his own plans so that I could be taken care of. The office is clean and beautiful and as someone with anxiety issues I felt calm and cared for 100% of the time which is of extreme importance to me. OMG!!! I have never met anyone as amazing as Dr. Edwards. After a real bad experience as a child I stopped going to the dentist. My husband to be introduced me to the best dentist in the world. In my initial visit he assured that all he was going to do was just look, it totally put me at ease. It took a few visits but I finally took a step towards taking care of my cleaning and all my cavities. I already have a lot oft co-workers see dr. Edwards as well as my sister and her family. I want a new look for my front teeth before the wedding and Dr. Edwards is the perfect guy. PS. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Goodrick and his staff. Everyone is very friendly and courteous and he does an amazing, thorough job. He is very talented and cares about making your teeth look their best. He and his staff are very patient at explaining the ins and outs of dental health and really put you at ease. And as other reviewers have said, his office is really soothing with the music and outdoorsy theme (I think that kind of environment would be especially beneficial to people who have anxiety about going to the dentist). Ten years ago he really changed my life when I went to him and got some much-needed work done, giving me the self-esteem to actually smile in front of people! Due to some pretty horrible dental experiences in my life, I have always been a very nervous dental patient. The type who cries in the chair during a routine cleaning. I broke a tooth last year and needed some major dental work -- my worst nightmare! Thank God for Dr Edwards. He is extremely gentle, patient, and knowledgable. He takes the time to explain everything to you before, during and after each procedure. He never seems annoyed by how nervous I am and always does an above and beyond job making sure I am always comfortable and calm. After a few visits to fix my tooth, I have to say that I am no longer nervous at the dentist. I have a beautiful new tooth and a dr that I trust. I highly recommend Dr Edwards to anyone looking for a great dentist! read more

Dr. Goodrick and is office staff are the best. They are all so friendly and always go out of their way to make your dental experience relaxing and comfortable. The office is beautiful and nature videos are playing in each room to create a clam and beautiful environment, not at all like a typical dentist office. I broke my front tooth, which was very scary, but Dr. Dell assured me they would get me a beautiful smile. I trusted Dr. Dell the whole way, and he would not settle with mediocre. If the tooth was not perfect, he would send it back to the lab. The result is two beautiful front teeth, that look better than my original teeth! They did an amazing job and I actually enjoyed going to the dentist for all my appointments to get this taken care of! read more

Simply a rock star team from start to finish. Detail oriented and thorough from scheduling, dental assisting, hygienist, and the doctor himself. Super organized, forward thinking technology and practices, just exactly how you want an office run. They take the time to explain and show images that detail the work that needs (or doesn't need) to be done. They give you the information you need to make quality decision for you or your family. Other places have exclusionary policies on accepting payment; this insurance but not that one, this program but not that one, but this office is open and inviting and is looking to help you get what you need. We have lived in Santa Clarita for 25 years. After using several different dentists over the years, we have finally found the right one. I have to say, I was nervous about going. Dr. Dell advertises (because he is so good at it) as a cosmetic dentist. He and his staff are so much more. They are the perfect place for someone who wants to maintain a healthy mouth. I expected a sales pitch on all of the teeth I needed fixed. While I was told what they would recommend done, there was no pressure to do anything. I have asked friend after friend for years if they have a good dentist in SCV. Most will say they have one, but can't say they are happy. I believe Dr. Dell is the dentist you will be happy with and refer enthusiastically. read more
