An employee had a skimmer and lifted my wife's debt card- I only know this because she hasn't used the card in two weeks and then used it today only at this location. I've notified the bank- left a message with management to review the cameras - we will be going back tomorrow to see if my wife can point out who rang up the wash. We're not mad at the business - you can hire people who damage your business, but we just want them to know and don't want anyone else to get scammed- so I guess just use cash for now ????? read more

Waited for ever in the members line only to watch cars that got there with me fly through the cash lane. Watched the kid in the booth not help people for multiple cars. Just a nightmare. Don't go here go to another one, less wait time and employees that know what they are doing read more

$15 basic membership is so worth it! I work a few blocks away and I go all the time, in and out in 3-5 minutes depending on how busy it is. They staff is so friendly and they give freebies all the time if you just ask. read more

I have been a member for maybe 4 months. This place has gone downhill amazingly fast! The main horizontal brush cleaner that cleans the front of the car, windshield, roof, and trunk of the car has been broke for nearly 3 months! I'm told it takes a while to replace because of warranty. If you owned a car wash and the main brush cleaner was broken, how long would you deal with not have this main piece of equipment working?? They just upgraded all the electronic for the gates, beam cause this controls their money. So basically they don't care about your car being clean at all. If I pay for a membership, I should not have to scrub my windshield to get it cleaned because your car wash hasn't been able to get it cleaned for months on top of months. If this is not fixed ASAP, goodbye Everclean, Hello Capital Car Wash! And after reviewing these reviews, the company obviously doesn't care about its customers at all! I used an introductory promo for their $19 car wash and they did a fine job. They have various washes that range from $5 to $19, but frankly the higher end is out of my typical car care range. It's not a touchless wash here but rather a conventional cloth strip wash. This wash did a particularly nice job washing the wheels and tire walls. They also now project advertising on your windshield during the wash so there are some new features like that, ha. They have a spacious layout for entering and exiting as well as around the vacuum stations. Thanks again for the useful promo! read more

I have an annual membership with Everclean. Almost everyone I go to has vacuums that do not suction well and an air hose that does not work.I was just at this one and station number 15 has poor vacuum suction and poor airflow out of the air hose. Doesn't anybody check these before you open the Business for the day? I could see why they get low scores. I will say that the car wash does a very good job though, but it doesn't mean anything if you do not have a full service of operational components. Please start checking the equipment in the morning and midday and fix it or put a sign up if it is not functional. I pay monthly for the convenience of your facility. It is not very convenient when there's only one vacuum station open and it doesn't work. read more

Your employees either need a better manager to manage them or your employees need to learn critical thinking. If a lane is down and there is a line which there always is here. Then allow the customers that were in line first to have first dibs on going in the new open lane. Not the customers that just squeezed through. Equipment (vacuums and air compressor) usually is a 50/50 on whether it works. The only reason why I come to this location is because it's closer to home but I think I'd rather waste my gas and go the Mount Prospect. read more

I've been trying to contact them for 2 MONTHS to cancel my membership ship that was originally $5 a month and now they're charging me over $15. When I called to cancel they said they did but I'm still getting charged on my card. I called again to cancel and get a refund the man told me to text him my information which I did but I haven't heard back and it's been over a month and half. Anytime that I call they don't pick up the phone. I NEED THUS ISSUE RESOLVED ASAP. read more

The service is always professional and outstanding. We have a monthly membership and it's worth every penny. It comes with free wipes and a car scent. The guys that pre wash my car always does a soapy smiley face for my daughter and it makes her day! There's an area to self clean rubber mats, vacuum, a tire inflator and a pre bug wash also. I take my daughter and she loves to help vacuum. It's easy to pull out the vacuum hoses and put them back in. I accidentally vacuumed up an earring and they went out of their way to help me find it. DO NOT GO HERE! Chipped my paint and tried to avoid letting me cancel membership. Overcharged and serious damage to vehicle

This is a frank review regarding this Morton Grove location and their refusal to assist in the damage done to the car during the wash. I ordered a $15 wash after a trip back from Wisconsin. During the middle of the wash and heard a big thud and upon arriving home I noticed the antenna roof cover was missing on my grey Hyundai. I did have a receipt and informed them of the damage. After a 10 minutes the staff walked the inside of the car wash, returned with the cover and told me to "JUST STICK IT BACK ON WITH DOUBLE SIDED TAPE" I went home and inspected the cover thinking it would just snap back on but found the 5 screw attachment points were cleanly busted off. I called the car wash and spoke with Jose he said that he'd look at the video. Welp 5 days later he found the video and informed me that they could not help with the damage and that I could come take a look at the video, so I did and seen at the exit the cap blowing off. There is NO WAY the blowers are that strong that they blew off the cover, but it showed it on video that it did. So that big thud I heard and the staff heard was the roof brush slamming into the antenna cover busting the attachment points. They don't cover "accessories" so they told me I'm on my own to get it fixed. Since when is a antenna cover an accessory? What joke STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU HAVE A BEATER YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT!! read more

This place was much better when it was a Platinum Car Wash and they washed your car by hand. Had a lot of dead bugs on my windshield. When I pulled up to pay for the car wash, I asked the attendant if my best bet would be the $12 basic wash or the $15 like my car wash. I mentioned all the bugs on my windshield and he recommended the $15 wash. Drove through the car wash and on the surface it looked like most of the bugs were off my windshield. But as I continued to drive down the street, I noticed that they really didn't come off at all. Not worth my time or effort to go back for $15. However, I will never go back to this car wash again and I don't recommend it to others. read more

Left with 4-5 scuff marks on my car. Machines need to be adjusted. Rear of the vehicle was not cleaned well either.

Friendly staff, good value and clean car wash. The free vacuum and cleaning space is very spacious. Compressed air gun for floor mats cleaning is also available. Highly recommended! Definitely will return for my future car wash! read more
