Do not ever use this company. They literally make more of a mess than they do clean. They made it look like they were doing a deep clean like they were hired for but just did a quick clean instead. For starters they were over an hour late even & this was after I was given an eta. I went over what they were suppose to clean & just looked confused. The floors have wet spot stains, certain areas that were "cleaned" weren't. After having them redo their cleaning. I found more areas that should've been cleaned, weren't. If you hire this company. You need to watch them clean & check everything to the nitty gritty. I'm still finding things that should've been cleaned or barely wiped down. Don't let these reviews fool you like it fooled me. After over a year of service from Everclean I wanted to reiterate how great Steve and his crew is for one time and regularly scheduled cleaning service. We have had cleanings done typically on a monthly basis but on occasion have had follow-up cleanings before and after parties and deep cleaning which included interior window cleaning, fan dusting, and refrigerator cleaning. They've always done a good job and arrived on time. A couple times hiccups have happened (cleaners are human, after all) and Steve has always been right there to discuss the issue and make it right. I have only excellent things to say about Everclean and have already recommended them to friends and family which have also liked the service and results. The best part of this business is how easy it is to get on their calendar for service and no hassles or giant surprise fees after cleaning is complete. We have hired this company at first sporadically and loved the service. Our last cleaner is a queen. We are obsessed. Truly, there are many amazing people but nobody cleans like Jennifer. Why we love her: she's great with working around kids, she's non stop, she's great with working around pets. Sometimes when cleaners come, you can't find anything when they leave. Jennifer points out if she moved something to a different place, just excellent customer service. So much so that we use her weekly now. I truly have not enough words of admiration for her. I got them to clean my place. Got charged 240 flat rate. Just a big no. Arrived 2.5 hours late. Was rescheduled twice. Two ladies was sent to me. One arrived without a mask. When I was hunting for a regular (weekly) cleaner I was met with high prices, companies forcing multiple people to come clean, and a large first time cleaning fee. I was skeptical about using Everclean because it was nearly half the cost of all the other quotes I received. They gave me a complimentary free cleaner the first time they came (so two cleaners instead of one) and my house was immaculate. The second time only one of the cleaners came, same price with the same results.
