I have a 1,044-square-foot apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was quite dirty but completely empty, so there was no need to organize, rearrange, or move any furniture or belongings--just deep cleaning. The two cleaning ladies did an excellent job restoring both bathrooms and cleaning the refrigerator. They made them look almost brand new, and I was genuinely impressed with their work in those areas. The reason I'm giving three stars is that I originally booked three hours of deep cleaning, but the job ended up taking a total of six hours. Since the service time doubled, I expected the entire apartment to be thoroughly and professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, some areas were missed, including the insides and lower exterior surfaces of the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen and living room walls and baseboards, and the front entry door. In addition, after walking around the apartment in clean socks, my socks turned black, suggesting that the floors were not mopped thoroughly. As a result, my husband and I spent another two hours cleaning the kitchen and living room ourselves. I contacted the manager and requested a refund equivalent to one hour of service. He agreed to refund 30 minutes, explaining that the bathrooms were exceptionally dirty and required much more time than expected. While I understand that the bathrooms took extra effort, I still believe that spending six hours cleaning a completely empty 1,044-square-foot apartment should have resulted in a more complete and professional deep cleaning. Overall, the team did outstanding work on the bathrooms, but the quality of the cleaning in the rest of the apartment did not meet my expectations. read more

The team arrived on time, and they were very nice and did a very good job of cleaning. It took so long to do the kitchen and bathroom, I was afraid they were not going to be able to finish the house, but miraculously they seem to have reached every corner and wiped down and cleaned everything within the time allotted. I think the value you get for your money is really good. I asked them to help me with a few other things, and they were very congenial and helped me. They didn't speak English very well, but we used our phones to communicate, and it wasn't so bad. There were some nice touches too, like how they displayed the towels like a cruise or hotel. So why 4 stars? I had to point out mirrored closet doors that were completely missed and obviously dirty, and of the 3 sets of sliding glass doors, it was strange that one set would be washed inside and out, but another set in the same room wasn't cleaned on both sides. (But when I asked them to clean it they willingly and apologetically complied.) And even though I had listed that I would want help with laundry, that wasn't touched at all, and because I didn't realize until later that they didn't understand English, I had to decide to not have the bedsheets laundered and have the beds made. By the time I realized they hadn't understood my request it was too late to keep that part in and get done in time, so I told them to just make one bed with fresh sheets and leave the other two rooms. Also, after they left, I noticed a few very obviously missed areas, and there were a couple windows that were partially missed (I asked for windows to be cleaned on the inside.) But considering how quickly they got everything done, I don't fault them too much for the bits they missed. Like I said, it was only after they left that I noticed it, and I'm sure if I had pointed it out they would have happily cleaned it to my satisfaction. All in all, I think they did a great job! And I think I will give this service another try, at a future date. read more

Running a business requires professionalism and being punctual. Although I appreciate that the ladies showed up on time, but they did not dona good job at all. Nothing on the counter tops in our bathrooms were removed to clean the stone underneath, my stone floors were left sticky and streaks were noticeable. After I sent my pictures to the owner and complained about the issue, he didn't reach out to resolve my dissatisfaction. I had been hesitant to book a deep cleaning but this weekend I finally scheduled one at MaidServe and I don't regret it! When I first booked, I only requested the minimum (2hrs). However, I knew that it would probably require more time as my apartment was pretty dusty and the kitchen and bathroom were way overdue for a deep cleaning! MaidServe sent Bryan and Rosa and they were excellent!!! Bryan let me know when the initial time was approaching and they were very flexible to extend it to finish all my apartment. As I already had seen the great job and care throughout the 2hrs, I was more than happy to extend the time. Next time, I'll try to request Bryan and Rosa again, and hopefully I don't let much time pass by before next booking so that they'll have an easier time. read more

My mom hired this company to clean her home. She requested that the cabinets be deep cleaned in the kitchen (only a 100sq kitchen). She even labeled the cabinets with blue tape to help guide where to clean. They came, sweeped the bedroom floors (which was not requested) and just left. My mom called and they said they would come back. They came back and left her house a complete mess. They only cleaned two cabinets and left again but this time leaving their trash in the kitchen and the floors a complete disaster.
