Running a business requires professionalism and being punctual. Although I appreciate that the ladies showed up on time, but they did not dona good job at all. Nothing on the counter tops in our bathrooms were removed to clean the stone underneath, my stone floors were left sticky and streaks were noticeable. After I sent my pictures to the owner and complained about the issue, he didn't reach out to resolve my dissatisfaction. The team arrived on time, and they were very nice and did a very good job of cleaning. It took so long to do the kitchen and bathroom, I was afraid they were not going to be able to finish the house, but miraculously they seem to have reached every corner and wiped down and cleaned everything within the time allotted. I think the value you get for your money is really good. I asked them to help me with a few other things, and they were very congenial and helped me. They didn't speak English very well, but we used our phones to communicate, and it wasn't so bad. There were some nice touches too, like how they displayed the towels like a cruise or hotel. So why 4 stars? I had to point out mirrored closet doors that were completely missed and obviously dirty, and of the 3 sets of sliding glass doors, it was strange that one set would be washed inside and out, but another set in the same room wasn't cleaned on both sides. (But when I asked them to clean it they willingly and apologetically complied.) And even though I had listed that I would want help with laundry, that wasn't touched at all, and because I didn't realize until later that they didn't understand English, I had to decide to not have the bedsheets laundered and have the beds made. By the time I realized they hadn't understood my request it was too late to keep that part in and get done in time, so I told them to just make one bed with fresh sheets and leave the other two rooms. Also, after they left, I noticed a few very obviously missed areas, and there were a couple windows that were partially missed (I asked for windows to be cleaned on the inside.) But considering how quickly they got everything done, I don't fault them too much for the bits they missed. Like I said, it was only after they left that I noticed it, and I'm sure if I had pointed it out they would have happily cleaned it to my satisfaction. All in all, I think they did a great job! And I think I will give this service another try, at a future date. read more

My mom hired this company to clean her home. She requested that the cabinets be deep cleaned in the kitchen (only a 100sq kitchen). She even labeled the cabinets with blue tape to help guide where to clean. They came, sweeped the bedroom floors (which was not requested) and just left. My mom called and they said they would come back. They came back and left her house a complete mess. They only cleaned two cabinets and left again but this time leaving their trash in the kitchen and the floors a complete disaster. If you want your home clean do not use this company because they will leave even dirtier. read more

I had been hesitant to book a deep cleaning but this weekend I finally scheduled one at MaidServe and I don't regret it! When I first booked, I only requested the minimum (2hrs). However, I knew that it would probably require more time as my apartment was pretty dusty and the kitchen and bathroom were way overdue for a deep cleaning! MaidServe sent Bryan and Rosa and they were excellent!!! Bryan let me know when the initial time was approaching and they were very flexible to extend it to finish all my apartment. As I already had seen the great job and care throughout the 2hrs, I was more than happy to extend the time. Next time, I'll try to request Bryan and Rosa again, and hopefully I don't let much time pass by before next booking so that they'll have an easier time. read more

I booked a one-time deep cleaning for my 1 bedroom apartment and requested the interior windows be cleaned. I paid for an extra hour in addition to the recommended time of 2 hrs for a total of $258. However, the cleaning team packed up to leave after the first 2 hrs and I saw that they only did a super basic clean even though I was at home and explained what I had requested when they arrived. They hadn't touched the window sills, window panes, or base boards, and didn't move chairs and tables to sweep and mop so there was still dirt and spots left. They addressed some of these after I pointed them out, but still ended up leaving 30 min early. I booked them because of their ratings here so I was confused and disappointed by my experience. read more

The cleaners arrived promptly in the time frame as promised and were very nice, but I was left feeling like I asked to have baseboards in the kitchen cleaned, floors mopped, vacuumed, swept, dusted, etc. - nothing out of the ordinary for a basic house cleaning. I requested a deep clean of my kitchen and bathrooms before we welcomed our child into the world, I never had a confirmation call as they stated I would so the Friday before the appt I tried calling, but had no answer. While leaving voicemail I received a text message confirming the appt but I had never spoken with someone about the cleaning needs. The day of the cleaning comes and we make sure we are home to communicate with the cleaners what we needed done, ending a brunch with close friends early to rush home. We then received a text that they would be several hours late. Finally 3 hours after the estimated cleaning time 2 individuals arrived at my house with basic cleaning supplies. I introduced myself and started to show them the areas that needed cleaning, they stopped me to inform me that they don't speak English. I tried using google translate to communicate with them however that was very ineffective. The deep clean that I paid for ended up being a tidy up. I had to go back and reclean most of the areas because they left dirty mop water all over my kitchen floorboards. I wanted to ensure the floor was clean and so I got a damp paper towel and rubbed it on the floor to see it come back dirty so they didn't even mop everything. We heard a vacuum and figured that was nice but only to see they vacuumed a dog bed, not the rugs or carpet just a dog bed. Very let down. I wasn't going to post here but I sent a message to the business directly and never heard back so I wanted to warn others before booking a service with this "cleaning" company. read more
