I went to schedule my second TB test for my nursing clinicals and the woman I spoke to said they have no record of me being there and I wasn't a patient there because they "don't take walk-ins". I said that I've definitely been there before and she started spouting off other locations I could have been at instead, even though I literally have the proof with my TB results that I was there. Not dealing with this place again as I've literally always had problems with scheduling. Seeing a provider should never be this difficult. Would rather go to Labcorp and just get it done there at this point.

The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and focused on doing good things. They want to see people heal and get better and have the best outcomes possible with their stays. Don't believe all of these negative posts, take the opportunity to visit them in person and see and feel it with your own eyes. They left patients sitting in their own pee and poop for almost an hour while they stood around the nurse station just talking. People's clothes go missing and when it's brought up nothing is done to help find and return the missing clothes when if they have the name and room number on the clothes!! Absolutely will NEVER bring a family member here again it's such a horrible place for people who need the help and need to be here. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This was one of my first appointments trying to get back on track with my health after suffering a miscarriage. She is exactly the type of doctor that I dreaded finding, that she would make me not want to seek help. But it really got to the point that after a few minutes I had to ask her for a tissue because they were right behind her head. It was strange to me that someone in healthCARE clearly didn't care. She supposedly sent out a referral that then was noted as, "waiting on patient." When I went to a new clinic they mentioned never having seen that note on charts and were unsure of what it meant. I would have preferred she simply not take me on as a patient than to be treated that way. It was not a pleasant experience. Even in her email regarding lab results she referred to me as, "she" and "your." Impersonal, unprofessional, no follow up, and uncomfortable. Don't do it.

Next, my son was flown to Harborview Hospital in Seattle where he was treated for a brain bleed. Thank you Cascade Valley & shame on Providence ER on Colby. You continue to look at the homeless population as throw aways. This was not the first time you disregarded my sons symptoms without giving him a proper exam. Do better!

Without…read moregoing into detail I showed up here in an ambulance and have spent the last four days in the care of this establishment. They are good at what they do here on the medical side. The administrative side not so much. I had to submit claim forms cz this is job related and nobody wants to take responsibility for filling the forms out so I can submit them to the State. They require a MD signature and other than the procedures they did I have not personally seen an actual MD here in my hospital room. When I ask questions I get the run around. I don't want to take away from the great work the RN's do here. They are the backbone of this place and it would fall apart without them.
