My father visited the Providence Everett ER on 2/19/26 and 2/20/26. Both visits left A LOT to be desired. During the 2/19/26 visit, no one even bothered to enter the visit into MyChart. I had no idea what was going on. Your Emergency Room goes out of its way NOT to talk to patient families. I am my father's Power of Attorney because of his severe dementia. On 2/19/26, I called three times to speak to a member of my dad's care team. I FINALLY got to speak to someone and found out Dad had already been discharged back to memory care. Why isn't your Emergency Department involving the POA in the patient's care? On 2/20/26 my father returned to the ER because his wound was bleeding way too much, he was not himself, strong personality changes, pain in ribs and profound facial swelling. I called the Emergency Department and on the third try finally spoke to someone who said they would add a note to Dad's chart to call me. No one ever called and I did see the note to call me in MyChart. As I mentioned, I am Dad's Power of Attorney and his dementia prevents him from being able to articulate what is wrong. I live in North Carolina. If I could be at his bedside, I would be. Another two hours passed and nothing. After my 7th call, I finally speak to a guy at the nursing desk who tells me my Dad's nurse "has her hands really full right now" and could he take my number. I gave him my name and number and told him that as Dad's Power of Attorney I needed to speak to his care team to explain why he was brought back and what we hoped would come of the visit. I told the guy helping the nurse that Dad had such a personality change in 12 hours and an oozing head wound that it was worth further investigation. The nurse at my Dad's memory care facility believed he had a concussion. Dad's aide believed he had a concussion. After I spoke with them about changes in Dad's behavior, as I too was thinking he could have a concussion. Not one nurse or doctor ever took the time to call me to discuss my father or why we wanted him looked at again. I checked MyChart and not a single test was run on my father on 2/20/26, the reason staff wrote that Dad was brought to the ER was incorrect. Basically, my father sat there, no testing was done, and he was returned to memory care without a single person at Providence contacting me about my father TWO DAYS IN A ROW!!! It seems illegal that the Power of Attorney is not contacted when care is administered to a person that has no idea why he is there. On a personal level, I am also my father's daughter. Is it the policy of Providence to keep family out of the loop when caring for patients? My father's memory care facility called me to tell me my dad was released and was being transported back to his room at memory care. SO, obviously the phones at Providence DO work if they can call the memory care facility but not the daughter/POA. I can't articulate how angry I am that I was excluded from my father's care. Memory care informed me that the ER removed the staples in Dad's head (he fell on 2/13/26) that the ER told him on 2/19/26 weren't ready to be removed yet. Information about the readiness for Dad's staples to be removed was in the After Visit Summary from 2/19/26. This tells me your nurses and physicians do not read chart notes. To conclude, my father was brought back on 2/20/26 for concerns he might have a concussion, but staff wrote down that the visit was about a bandage and removed staples that were not ready to come out and never spoke to me. Your facility told more to Dad's memory care facility than I ever heard. Staff never contacted me during either visit. I intend to escalate this complaint. read more

My son is homeless with a TBI & because of this, he is frequently going to hospital ER. He's been hit by cars, bats & bullets over the last 10 years. The last visit was in May. He went there with high BP & massive headache. He ended up being kicked out. He walked to Marysville where he called me from taco bell. I could barely understand him & picked him up, then took him to Arlington Cascade Valley where they wasted no time giving his brain a CT scan. Next, my son was flown to Harborview Hospital in Seattle where he was treated for a brain bleed. Thank you Cascade Valley & shame on Providence ER on Colby. You continue to look at the homeless population as throw aways. This was not the first time you disregarded my sons symptoms without giving him a proper exam. Do better! read more

12/29....Yes dear readers your humble Yelper has a serious medical issue to deal with. Without going into detail I showed up here in an ambulance and have spent the last four days in the care of this establishment. They are good at what they do here on the medical side. The administrative side not so much. I had to submit claim forms cz this is job related and nobody wants to take responsibility for filling the forms out so I can submit them to the State. They require a MD signature and other than the procedures they did I have not personally seen an actual MD here in my hospital room. When I ask questions I get the run around. I don't want to take away from the great work the RN's do here. They are the backbone of this place and it would fall apart without them. read more

The nurses and drs here are doing a great job and very much under pressure. I know the economy dictated a lot of monies for expenses. This is not my first rodeo with dietary. The do not LISTEN it's her way or the highway. She does not understand some stents have guidelines also.ive been requesting times to meet with her and she showed b up once.i told her my trays as well as others are b thrown in GARBAGE bc its not correct and she wont listen. I'm b here over 25 days and Finally got a fresh fruit which btw my family brought me. my family has b been bringing me protein drinks bc they only have one brand. Their menu is repeated over and over and today i finally got a meat at breakfast and NO im not on special diet. I told her foods i prefer and doesn't matter 4 out of 5 trays are same chicken but dunked in what they call a fancy name but its the same 1/2 chicken breast smashed into something where the name is supposed to make you feel full. always diced pears or peaches always out of can with plenty of syrup. read more

My husband was visiting from out of state when he had a life threatening illness. He received top quality care at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA. He was taken in by ambulance for a Left frontal lobe brain hemorrhage and seizures. The neurosurgeon preformed a left frontoparietal craniotomy, evacuation of the subdural hematoma (left). I cannot thank emergency personnel for their quick response, the ER doctors and staff. The Neurosurgeons, ICU doctors and nurses, the regular doctors, nurses and staff outside of ICU. There are not enough words of gratitude to all who cared for my husband in one way or another. I am blessed my husband is still here with me today. I was in and out of the hospital several times within a short period of time. Had a hard time breathing and after a million test I was diagnosed with COPD. After that fiasco, a two month period of time I got some serious and very large Kidney stones and they had to be surgically removed. These were extremely painful and I had to beg to get some relief and all they would give me was Vicodin, which is one step up from an aspirin. I was in total pain the entire stay, the only relief I got was after the surgery and the stones were gone. About 2 months went by and I got more kidney stones AGAIN. I refused to go back to providence and went to another hospital I think the name is Stevens, to be honest it was not much better. I had to wait in the hall on a stretcher for the 1st 24 hours, they did give me some adequate pain meds until I got my surgery. read more

I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett by Dr. Kaartik Soota on 2/11/26 and they broke my #30 tooth, but they hospital refused to pay for the crown that I need to fix it because I signed the consent form for the surgery, it wasn't a front tooth, and the damage wasn't noted during the surgery, which is ridiculous! Tried many times to locate lost cell phone and never received a call back from lost and found. Called their linen company who did not have it either. Maybe the emergency department is letting people go in and out of patient's rooms while they are asleep or sedated? That's a scary thought. Absolute Worst - Rude, Uncaring, and Unprofessional Staff My experience with Providence Hospital has been nothing short of terrible. The staff is rude, unresponsive, and shows a shocking lack of empathy or professionalism. I regularly took my newborn son to Providence for his wellness checkups and vaccinations. However, while visiting India, I was forced to extend my stay due to an accident. This meant I had to continue my son's vaccination schedule while abroad, specifically the 1-year vaccines. Both my wife and I wrote multiple emails to Providence simply asking for a list of the vaccines and formuals that needed to be administered at the 1-year mark. Instead of providing this basic medical information, they completely ignored my messages and gave a curt response to my wife, telling her to "bring your son to the hospital." We clearly explained in our replies that we were in India and could not visit in person--but they never responded again. Even our doctor in India was shocked at this level of unprofessionalism and laughed in disbelief at the behavior of a supposedly reputable hospital and its staff. If you're looking for compassionate, responsive, and reliable care for your child, look elsewhere. Providence has been the worst healthcare experience I've encountered. read more

Yesterday the people attending the emergency department were a complete joke. After explicitly being asked to treat people with dignity and in a humane way; literally the worst "care." It is sad that you have to resort to saying, just let me leave because you're not helpful. They said a "THREE MINUTE" wait to leave and it was a THREE HOUR wait, with a sad excuse of "sorry we were busy with other patients" once they realized how bad they screwed up. My families experience with Providence Hospital has been nothing short of terrible and unethical! The nurses are wonderful and do what they can for the shortcomings of the rest of the company (Providence has been bought out by a "for profit" company in Tennessee and they are cutting patient care). To include dietary special needs of patients. Other staff, like case managers, OT/PT are unhelpful, incompetent, rude, unresponsive, and show a shocking lack of empathy or professionalism in patient care and rights. After a spinal surgery, and fusion, my 80-year-old mother did not receive any foods that she could eat for the 3 days she was inpatient care. Their own dietician had stressed to us the importance of her getting 80 grms of protein a day for her body to heal from this surgery. Because she does not have any teeth, is a diabetic, and lactose intolerant she was to be put on a soft diet, but instead of this, she received various "general diet" of whole chicken breast and pork tenderloin, even their protein shakes and desserts were laden with high sugar grams (21 +). We reside over 1 1/2 hours away and did our best to advocate and communicate daily with nursing, dietary staff and her surgeon in an attempt to get positive changes made, while we brought her in store-bought protein shakes with no sugar, or high protein smoothies made at home to make sure she was fed something to help her heal while they had her so medicated she was barely conscious during her 3 day stay. The menu changed 3 months ago and there are no more choices of meals, only a set menu for patients - and we heard from all staff before the surgery that the food "sucks" here, but this was unacceptable to not feed an elderly patient recovering from surgery. While being highly medicated my mother could not care for herself or do anything for herself, requiring complete "full care" and although we asked all of the medical staff (case manager/PT/OT) for a rehab, skilled nursing facility care as her next level, they refused and submitted in their reports for her to go home and pushed her into home care. She was in extreme pain that could not be managed outside of the hospital (they had been giving her IV morphine, since she was unconscious and could not swallow a pill, they stated) and this additionally was not sustainable at home. So, her pain management was not appropriately managed prior to their telling us to pick her up Saturday late afternoon. I recently learned, and want everyone to know, that you can "refuse to take your loved one home" and they cannot push them out of the hospital. "Insist and appeal" for a second opinion if they are on Medicare so that your loved one does not go through the agonizing pain, discomfort and deterioration of health from this facility pushing people out so they can profit. The PT home provider came that Monday and said she should not be at home (Noting: this high level severe surgery and her being 80 makes her high risk and she needs a skilled nursing facility) so he immediately phoned her PCP who agreed and told us to call 911 and have her taken back to Providence and have her transitioned to a rehabilitation facility for skilled nursing care. But now that she is in Providence again, they want to say that "since we took her home under home health, we have to pay out of pocket for her care in a short term nursing facility" - $400/daily expense, but had they appropriately moved her there directly, her Medicare would have covered this expense for her rehabilitation. BE AWARE OF PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL, they have changed management and are pushing patients out of their facility asap, against their well-being and health. Their OT and PT were not able to properly assess her for home health, due to them not being able to do anything with her while she was unconscious, yet they pushed her out and refused to listen to her family's request for skilled nursing care...Know your rights and don't let the facility push your loved one out of the care they need and deserve. read more

Absolutely the worst hospital I've been to I think in the last decade besides Swedish I was sent here two different times for my potassium being extremely high And they couldn't even get the fact that I was type one diabetic and not type two down on my chart. I had to ask three separate times for them to finally change it to type one because they were saying I was asking for my blood to be checked too much when I was asking for it to be checked every hour being they were giving me insulin to lower my potassium levels. They wanted to give me 10 units of fast acting when my blood sugar was like 200 it 100% would've killed me And they couldn't care less. They just kept arguing with me about how much insulin I should be taking when I've had type one diabetes for 27 years and my A1c is managed 10 units would've brought me down at least five or 600 and your blood sugars at 200? And then they proceed to send in all female doctors and all female nurses that are all stressed out and do nothing but argue with you. They can cut you off in your sentence 1000 times but the second you do it once to ask about a number or some value of blood work or something their head twist off their shoulders and they walk out of your room just to leave you sitting there. I was told that the kidney doctor, as well as some other kind of doctor was gonna come and talk to me before I was going to my hospital room, but by the time I asked the nurse what was going on she said they had all gone home so why would I stay in the hospital overnight after being lied to you like that? I got one bag of saline solution and went home after about eight hours so it's completely pointless. These people don't even really know what they're talking about honestly, I've had multiple specialists Give me values of bloodwork that are extremely high and the ER doctor here last night was asking me if I thought it was anxiety based when there's proof that I damn near had a heart attack and my kidneys are in stage five kidney disease, but it's all in my head right? I wasn't shaking and going into shock when I came into the hospital or nothing like that. Don't ever go to Providence just go to Harborview. That's the only one that's gonna get you any kind of medical treatment that's worth going and receiving literally every single female nurse and or Dr was complaining arguing and running around all stressed out. You can't even ask for something like a blanket without one of them getting mad at you I don't understand how a hospital can have almost all one star reviews, and have a two star rating total and even still be open or getting funding.... every single nurse argued with me and either walked out or talk to you like you were their child. I could hear all the low end, transport people and teenagers that aren't nurses all laughing and joking around in the break room loud as hell, even when they close the door, you could still hear them screaming and laughing, even though you're sitting there waiting for fluids or a blanket and it's right outside the door I got yelled at because I'm 70% blind and they didn't give me the nurse call button. It was across the room on a table, so I had to kind of yell to get a nurses attention because I hadn't been seen in three hours and of course they made me out to be some aggressive dickhead because of that. read more

I will say this... it all depends who you have as ur nurse and doctor is going to determine your experience. i've had to stay over night a few times along with being in the er a few more times then stayed over night. The first time i stayed no one knew what or why my levels were so wack (got blood drawn due to me changing to a PA-C) this was back in 2021, all the nurses i got were nice just sat there for a very long time waiting for test after test (only got blood draws and EKG), should've had more test done like an ultrasound scan on my organs but oh well, the wait time was super long getting a room and because of covid they wouldn't let my dad wait with me in the waiting room because i was 18 at the time (honestly was scared being there alone and wanted him there but they said no). They saw how i was and how i was alone and didn't like it they had a bed available and put me in the hallway in the er to wait for a room the rest of the time (tbh i liked better then being in the lobby). That stay for the multiple days was chill just didn't like how they didn't let my little sister (who is pretty much my best friend and the connection we have is VERY strong due to our past) all because she wasn't 18 at the time, atleast we have facetime. The second and third (similar to the second just didn't wanna stay) visit i got checked in very quickly which was nice and i could have someone with me wait, went back and as soon as i got the iv in it sucked, it was very uncomfortable and felt off so i ended up leaving before i was suppose to due to the iv being uncomfortable and being in the arm i use the most (it was hard to use the bathroom to wipe). The third visit wasnt for the a typical visit/stay i normally stay for it was for DNA testing (R... kit) for that the wait was taking so long along with the nurse on call (time is key when it comes to these cases) the nurses were nice and it was chill at that time but the nurse doing the testing didn't believe me and was just in denial and i could tell with body language and all (im a bigger person) but there was evidence. that was a lot for me and still affects me. The fifth visit (second stay) i got checked in quick and tested but the nurses that put my iv in was straight up rude, i was trying to be as nice as possible but she was rude till she realized i knew what i was talking. I wanted some cracker and juice to help me feel better after getting the iv put in due to me always getting very light headed and fainty, literally almost fully fainted just asking for something even just ice and she kept telling me no. i kept telling her i know why i feel this way i don't need surgery but wouldn't listen. after all that fun poop then i got checked into a room to which i LOVED my night and day shift nurses, they were the most nicest and sweetest people ever. i had the one guy again that i had my first stay which was amazing, i got the same nurses day and night which was so helpful cause when they would change the name i could put a face to who it is. if i could keep those nurses as my typical nurses whenever i go there i would. to the nurses that read this may know or remember who i am when i say my room with my roommate (who sadly past months later) was known for being the fun room. my roommate and i ALWAYS had our curtain open (made it like a sleepover so it was more comforting) but both our nurses was pretty much each other nurses. Lab would come in and question it but realize that we were I swear the nicest patients, this one older lady doing lab was rude and kept saying we had to keep the curtain out and would glare at us when she was near our room as my roommate and i would talk and talk. during that stay i had to have two iv and the old guy that didnt my fast drip iv i wanna thank cause one i know about butterfly iv and two it didnt even hurt which made it way better. my second stay i wanna say 5/5 when i got in a room and shared it with the roomie read more

This hospital has the worst ER I've ever been to the nurses are incompetent and the charge nurse stole my son's dog out of the hospital I gave her no consent to leave the hospital or to take him to the vet . after we were brought in as car accident victims. She called cps and made false allegations. They did no X-rays on my right foot which was broken I saw my primary care Dr and he did X-ray and found my foot was broken. My left arm was fractured and again no x ray was done it was found by a wonderful Dr at Arlington Hospital ER. The nurses and doctors are rude and nasty the security guard is a tyrant rent a cop. The X-ray tech did scans on everything but the right body part. I was shoved in to an MRI machine knowing I am closterphobic and left to scream and cry in it for over 10 mins before the tech realized I was crying. They denied my children basic things as water. They denied me water. The charge nurse kept sexually harassing me by putting her breasts in my face after numerous attempts at telling her to get away from me. The dr accused my son of being a meth addict even though he had no proof my son had ever used drugs which he hasn't they allowed my minor children to be relentlessly interrogated with out a lawyer present by the state patrol, the same Dr walked in and grabbed my son without explaining why and did invasive things to my teenager without explanation. We were treated like scum under the providers toes. This hospital has gone down the tubes. Don't go to this hospital the providers are tyrants and step all over your rights. If I could put 0 stars I would this hospital doesn't deserve even a star!! read more

I'm not a fan of hospitals so I cannot give a 5* rating. During Covid19 the only entrance/exit is through the ER. During Covid19, each patient must obtain a Covid19 test 24-48 hours before their scheduled surgery. During Covid19, there are absolutely zero visitors allowed. Expect your ride to drop you off at the ER and that is it. Providence Hospital has labs, imagining and a pharmacy on-site. Providence Hospital (labs included) is in-network with Premera Blue Cross. Be sure to verify that the hospital, provider, labs and anesthesiologists are in-network before receiving services. Since I wasn't allowed to have any visitors during my surgery stay, I marked all my belongings with masking tape and my name. Be sure to bring your physical ID card and RX payment card. It's a good idea to also have a living will in place before your surgery as well. All staff members were friendly, kind and efficient. I hope that I do not have to return any time soon, but if I do need to, I know that I'm in good hands. read more

I have been here multiple times and each time I have been given the best care I could ever ask for

I was a guest for a week the end of April beginning of May. Hospitals are not vacation resorts, but if you have to be in one, this is a nice choice. I loved the food. There was something raw and fresh with every meal. I was offered tremendous variety. It wasn't all processed and greasy, but quite healthy and nourishing. Somebody from the cleaning crew gave me a beautiful get well card. This card contained their contact information in case I needed anything. The card made the room look cheerful, and I thought it a lovely gesture. The CNA's nurses and doctors were professional and caring. Everyone took time to explain plans to me. They answered all my questions. There's not much dignity in hospitals, but nobody ever left me feeling awkward, uncomfortable, embarrassed, or shamed. That week for me, might have been truly horrible, but it wasn't. My healing and recovery were much faster because I was both emotionally and physically looked after. For my next vacation, I'd rather go to New Zealand, but if I have to be in hospital again, I'll pick this one. read more

I came in with a severely broken leg tibia and fibula. I was seen right away; awesome no complaints there. However when I was writhing in pain and going in and out of shock for an 2 hours. They gave me a small amount of morphine not enough to do anything; so one a waste of medication and extra billing to my insurance. Then I waited for another hour to be transferred to my room; since I needed surgery. I still was in a lot of pain and asked for more pain meds. The ER doctor told me I'd receive them in my room. After being transferred to my room at 10pm; I found out I was LIED to by the ER doctors and that I wouldn't be getting any pain meds. So for hours I was screaming in pain to which their male charge nurse on the 8th floor with the high inflection voice got angry kept telling me to shut up and suck it up and sleep. Kinda hard to do with a severely broken leg. Only after I mentioning a lawsuit and transferring to another hospital for care did the nurses and charge nurses contact my surgeon to give me medication for pain. If Dr. Warren in orthopedics wasn't such a good surgeon and doctor this would've been a lawsuit. And I would've dumped my portable urinal on that lispy nurse. Do not go here. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was rushed here by my mother as I'd had a terrible migraine for 4 days straight and nothing was working. I had originally gone to another urgen care place but it did nothing for me. I had recently had surgery at this campus a month earlier so I was already familiar with where I needed to go. The security was super nice to me and getting checked into the ER was a breeze. I didn't wait long and before I knew it. I was in my own room. The reason why I give this hospital only 4 stars is because of how the IV was put in me it's was such a painful experience. Once in, I was able to get a cocktail of drugs to help stabilize me until the doctor had time to touch base again. I was getting uncomfortable and irritable because I was only in a chair and not a gurney. I finally talked to a nurse and said that I wanted to go home cause my headache was fine but the doctor finally came to talk and he said that I could go but what concerned him the most was the fever I'd been having in conjunction with the headache. He left the decision up to me but felt that I need to do a lumbar tap (which I was really scared to get!) in order to check for meningitis. I went ahead and agreed to it cause something told me to cross that off. The tap wasn't as bad as I thought and Dr. Daniel did an amazing job. I had to wait another hour before the results came back and unfortunately I was positive for meningitis and had to stay in the hospital, which was something I hadn't planned. After a while, I was transport upstairs to my isolation room and the view and room itself were AMAZING! I had a gorgeous view of the sound and the neighborhood nearby. The room felt cozy and honestly the nursing and cleaning staff were the best I've ever had! I was there for 3 days but during my time, I was treated with the upmost care. The food was also quite good my favorite was the breakfast and the charge nurse always had amazing coffee whenever I needed it! I hope that the hospital sees this I know the ratings are low but I had such a fantastic experience and being kind went a long way. I was literally fighting for my life and still am. Thank you Thao, Edgar, Tom, Andrea, Shiena, Andrew, Mai (sorry if I spelt that wrong!), Dr. Stewart, Dr. Daniel, Dr. Johnson, & Dr. Díaz Im so appreciative of all your hard work to help me and make me feel important during my time. Don't go to this ER. It's filthy and inhumane. The registration is a joke. I was seated at the reception by a police person and there wasn't anyone in the chair to check me in. A nurse will come by while you are seated to ask you questions and take your temperature and bp in front of everyone else with dirty equipment that is not cleaned between patients. Worse ER you can go to. Left my arm numbed and hurting after they tried to withdraw blood from an Ivy. They didn't take the Ivy out right and blood kept gushing out everywhere. They're rude and they won't give you any water or food. Terrible quality. read more

Most uncaring rudest staff. No bedside manner anywhere. unfortunately, I have taken my brother here 3 times in the last month due to affects from a PE and they have failed to provide basic comfort and care. The 2nd time we came there were dirty tissues all over the floor and unclean. I ended getting sick myself from sitting in dirty chairs for 8 1/2 hours waiting to get back to be treated. No resolution each time I bring him in. He had a double PE in Sept. He is still nauseous and not eating. He is so weak he could barely walk. We told him the nausea medication was not working so what they do, They gave him no fluids to rehydrate him and gave me the same nausea medication that we had already been giving him that is not working. I came here for a test. I can't stand anything to do with healthcare, so I am overly anxious being in a hospital. The tech that met with me was great. The receptionists and check-in was chaotic. They seemed to be new or overwhelmed with how busy the place was. The hospital had entrances closed because of the pandemic without clear signs. read more

When I first arrived in the ER from another hospital, I was well taken care of. The nurses were amazing, but when I staid overnight I went to shower in the morning and I'm 90% sure there was someone's poop stuck to the shower bench. Also a really minor complaint, but I told at least 2 nurses to remove my food allergies from the hospital system because i don't have an allergic reaction to them, but the allergies never were. The are too slow and too careless. We had to wait for 5 hours before they saw my wife. She was crying of pain, and they did not do anything about it... The male RN working the ER front counter (12:00 AM shift on 09-19-22) is so rude and careless. I went to the ER today with chest pains. I felt very cared for and everyone was very pleasant and did a great job. Nobody likes going to the ER and spending hours getting care, but if you have to go, the staff at Providence make it as smooth as possible. Thank you for your care! read more

I am writing this just because of my experience getting checked in to the hospital. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the receptionist Kylie who was extremely rude. I came into the ER while bleeding out all over my clothes and dripping onto my shoes. While speaking to the receptionist checking me in, I asked if there was any way to finish this later, and explained that at this point I was standing in a small puddle of my own blood, and it was still dripping. The receptionist responded by saying "well you're going to bleed all over the waiting room too". Luckily the nurse who took my vitals upon arrival stepped in to say I was going to go back to a room shortly and they could finish the paperwork there. The receptionist Kylie immediately left the desk and did not acknowledge me while she went to a different desk to talk to another patient. The quality of care I received by the actual nurses and doctors was excellent, and they were very kind which keeps this review at 4 stars. read more

Careful of your belongings!! I had a thrift right under my nose when I had to remove my clothes for surgery when it came time for me to check out and go home all the clothes I wore before surgery were gone and no one working there had a clue where it all went! I'm like what am I supposed to wear? No one did anything to rectify the situation !!! I am so disappointed and I will be reporting this matter!!! read more

This hospital is a joke, if you want to be ignored, treated like a burden and left in the dark on your care or treatment plan then you will love this place! If you don't mind being put into a filthy ED room with blood and needles still on the floor you're in luck. It's pretty sad when you leave a hospital sicker than you were going into it. My family has been here twice to the ER. I was terrified because I had heard horrible things but our experiences have been extremely positive. Yes you will have to wait- that's expected. Nurse Jake & Dr Amy were outstanding with our baby girl and us terrified new parents. A second time husband went in for these super odd headaches and pains- they had a plan set quickly. They ran all the tests and did a formal review- his concerns were heard and addressed! read more

I would rather spend time in prison than return to this place for treatment. The night and weekend staff was something out of a horror movie. They were incompetent, indifferent, and sometimes seemed sadistic. Pushing the call button will get you nowhere. Someone will eventual will appear and say "I'll check on it" and disappear into the night. Two hours later staff reappears and says simply I"all check on it. All night, all day. "I'll check on it". They never do. They would not even bring me water (I was allowed 1500 ml but never got it until date three) despite being severely dehydrated beyond anything I ever experienced. Not very happy with my care while in the hospital having my baby 8/3/22. It was hit or miss with the staff. Some were good. Others were extremely judgemental and childish. For one. I had some sort of fungal infection when I had my baby, and I wasn't given the antibiotics during delivery as I was supposed to have been given. They waited way to long to attend to me and I was almost ready to have the baby when I got there. Upstairs in the recovery area after I had the baby there were nurses in and out of the room. One of them made a comment about how good in smelled in the room, being sarcastic obviously. They didn't have formula on hand other than a small pack. Luckily I left the day after and didn't have to breastfeed my child for too long because there was no blood testing done on me to ensure that would be safe for me to do. Basically in a nutshell. Don't cast judgement on patients, when you don't know what is going on 100%. I would have been better off having the baby in the apartment I was living in. read more
