The worst of the worst, I spent neatly 30 days in there. Different doctor every 20 mins, Blood taken to only clot in the hallway & Have to be retaken.. my arms were green, purple and yellow with bruises from blood draws and failed IV's, Place is outdated and filthy used needles and gloves under my bed. The smell of poop and rude nurses

    1.5 weeks after surgery

My husband was visiting from out of state when he had a life threatening illness. He received top quality care at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA. He was taken in by ambulance for a Left frontal lobe brain hemorrhage and seizures. The neurosurgeon preformed a left frontoparietal craniotomy, evacuation of the subdural hematoma (left). I cannot thank emergency personnel for their quick response, the ER doctors and staff. The Neurosurgeons, ICU doctors and nurses, the regular doctors, nurses and staff outside of ICU. There are not enough words of gratitude to all who cared for my husband in one way or another. I am blessed my husband is still here with me today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, God bless you all!

I'm not a fan of hospitals so I cannot give a 5* rating. During Covid19 the only entrance/exit is through the ER. During Covid19, each patient must obtain a Covid19 test 24-48 hours before their scheduled surgery. During Covid19, there are absolutely zero visitors allowed. Expect your ride to drop you off at the ER and that is it. Providence Hospital has labs, imagining and a pharmacy on-site. Providence Hospital (labs included) is in-network with Premera Blue Cross. Be sure to verify that the hospital, provider, labs and anesthesiologists are in-network before receiving services. Since I wasn't allowed to have any visitors during my surgery stay, I marked all my belongings with masking tape and my name. Be sure to bring your physical ID card and RX payment card. It's a good idea to also have a living will in place before your surgery as well. All staff members were friendly, kind and efficient. I hope that I do not have to return any time soon, but if I do need to, I know that I'm in good hands.

After they spinted my leg and confirmed it was broken. I then waited for 2hours

I came in with a severely broken leg tibia and fibula. I was seen right away; awesome no complaints there. However when I was writhing in pain and going in and out of shock for an 2 hours. They gave me a small amount of morphine not enough to do anything; so one a waste of medication and extra billing to my insurance. Then I waited for another hour to be transferred to my room; since I needed surgery. I still was in a lot of pain and asked for more pain meds. The ER doctor told me I'd receive them in my room. After being transferred to my room at 10pm; I found out I was LIED to by the ER doctors and that I wouldn't be getting any pain meds. So for hours I was screaming in pain to which their male charge nurse on the 8th floor with the high inflection voice got angry kept telling me to shut up and suck it up and sleep. Kinda hard to do with a severely broken leg. Only after I mentioning a lawsuit and transferring to another hospital for care did the nurses and charge nurses contact my surgeon to give me medication for pain. If Dr. Warren in orthopedics wasn't such a good surgeon and doctor this would've been a lawsuit. And I would've dumped my portable urinal on that lispy nurse. Do not go here. Go anywhere but here

Restroom area on 6th floor. Makes you wonder about the actual care being given to patients.

My wife (who's also a nurse at a different Swedish facility) asked my nurse to call pharmacy and expedite verifying my pain meds but the nurse sarcastically responded "Congratulations, you're a nurse!" Refusing to call pharmacy, and said "We can all hear him screaming..trust me". There were three nurses sitting at the nurses station periodically giggling and looking at their phones when my wife made the request. However the doctor- Casey M Krebs was by far the worst part of my visit. She seemed incapable of creating a care plan and didn't show any urgency. She seemed more focused on pacifying us for the moment and quickly leaving the room than actually helping us understand our options or initiating the process of me transferring to a hospital with urology. We were still asking her questions as she was trying to close the door and leave. It was obvious she did not like it when my wife asked any questions on my behalf, and completely disregarded her concern that the CT results showed severe hydronephrosis. The doctor said "That is not the focus. Im not concerned about his hydronephrosis, Im concerned about his kidney stones." I got such poor care that I decided to leave AMA while still in severe pain and drive to Swedish Edmonds, which was the best decision I made that day. To be honest I'm not sure the staff at Mill Creek even knew the process of transferring me, let alone doing it quickly. Once I arrived at Edmonds they took my case seriously from the start, scheduling me for emergency surgery the next day to remove the obstructive stone. My pain was well managed and my whole care team was incredibly skilled and empathetic. I am still completely disheartened with my experience at Mill Creek and would advise ANYONE considering it to go anywhere else.

Your quality of care is like a negative one. How can your physician fail to recognize cellulitis? They told my father that the ailment they failed to determine would "resolve in two weeks". Within 24 hours my father was admitted to Providence for four days, put on IV antibiotics and sent home with an additional twelve days of antibiotics. It's hard to believe he was actually seen by a real physician at Cascade. I guess it was a mad rush to treat and street. Dad's February 1st visit involved registration calling me when they figured out dementia patients can't answer questions. She sent me down to the ER. The person who answered the phone told me my father was in ultrasound and I would receive a call from the doctor when the results came back. After three hours of hearing nothing, I finally called the emergency room again only to find out my father had been discharged without one word to me. As I mentioned previously, my father has dementia. He couldn't tell someone where he'd been let alone what was done or a result. When I spoke to memory care the following day, they told me he was returned without any paperwork and they had no idea what was done while he was at the hospital. So, as my review states, you run an awful hospital with terrible physicians and there are now notes in his paperwork at memory care to send him to any other hospital except Cascade in the event of an emergency. You clowns can't even get billing right. Last year rather than run his bill through insurance correctly (apparently you forgot about the Medicare supplement), you sent the bill to collections. And yes, I spoke to the billing department when I received the initial bill. They were just too lazy to correct his insurance and run the bill again and sent it instead to collections for non-payment rather than mail a bill for the adjusted total.

Eiisley fell on her arm and can't move it, Everett clinic and Skagit walk where we normally go were already closed, 7:15pm I see Indigo is still open. First time ever going there and was thankful a walk-in was still open so Eiisley didn't have to sit in ER for hours in pain. We walked in...no one in waiting room, one car outside great! I filled the receptionist in on what happened where she cut me off and said you'll need to take her to the ER we just took in another emergency, I verified they were open till 8 (because I didn't think you could turn away patients until closing time) and let her know we're ok with waiting and understanding they're taking care of another patient just really didn't want to go to the emergency room if we didn't have to- at that point she became overly aggressive, cut me off again and screamed at me "I'm not dealing with a attitude tonight, get out now" I was shocked, all I could do was turn around to leave and thought no this isn't right so I said wait what's your name? Now this is where it gets really weird... she yelled out "your worst nightmare!!" I was so caught off guard, most bizarre thing I've ever experienced at a healthcare facility. I walked over to her to see her badge and she pulled it from her chest and said MICHELLE NOW LEAVE, GET OUT and we left...
