I had to wait for a consult until Nov 10th, 2022, which was another 5-minute appt. to confirm "yes" biopsy as next step. I then had to wait until Dec 15th for the actual biopsy. Totally get that medical facilities are busy. However, I was told I would get results within 5-7 days, yet it is now Jan 10th, 2023, and I have yet to receive a call. I've called multiple times and have had to leave a message each time. Still no call back. Very frustrating especially given the anxiety about cancer or some other cause that should be treated. So, if you are concerned about a situation I don't recommend going to this clinic.

In long After having a stroke last year, my lovely bride loses her voice occasionally. We came in for an eval and followed the signs to accessible parking. No elevator. Dr Litvack is on the third floor. Up the ramps we push, and over the catwalks and through the maze. Okay. We're not TOO late, and they honor the appointment. After a few minutes, the friendliest person in Snohomish County calls us back. Kayleigh must be high in the running for friendliest statewide, too. She goes through all the check-in stuff and she and my wife are chatting like old friends. Dr Litvack comes in, warm and attentive. Great listener, thoughtful in her explanations. She finishes the eval, changes an rx, makes a referral to speech therapy. Everything feels very expert and assuring. We have a follow-up, and I'm not looking forward to that ramp, but it's great to have her on the care team.

Angela certainly had a right to be concerned about her daughters hearing loss. #2 Hearing test was most likely not done by Dr Ashbach. Hearing tests are difficult for adults much more so for young children So accuracy could be questioned. #3 We must be assertive when seeking medical care. We need to inform drs if our insurance will likely approve or not improve a CT Scan. Dr.'s are dammed if they do and dammed if they don't. You asked for a hearing test Knowing Dr. Ashbach he would have done anything to ease your mine and be able to successfully diagnose your daughters hearing problems. Once I arrived and was getting checked in I noticed that the lady at the front desk was terribly sick. I was shocked that such a sick person would come to work to check in patients, especially at a medical clinic. However, this wasn't my main concern with this clinic. The doctor I was seeing was Dr. Rodgers. When she entered into the room, she simply stated "My name is Dr. Rodgers, what can I do for your today?" No smile and no handshake; she was very dry and serious. Every time I asked her a question, she would respond as if she was irritated and annoyed of me. It was such an unfortunate experience that at times, I considered getting up and leaving because I felt so uncomfortable. Even my husband, who was with me and who is also a doctor, was astonished by her terrible bed-side manners and poor attitude. Instead of discussing my concerns or explaining why I was having those specific symptoms (despite my attempts of asking and her annoyed, short responses), she simply prescribed some medications and sprays. It was as if she was trying to meet a quota and needed to rush me out of there. Despite what the representative stated when scheduling my appointment, Premera has now indicated that they will only cover a portion of this $500 visit and that I will be responsible for the remaining $300 or so. If I had known that the visit would be so costly and for such a terrible and useless experience/appointment I would not have scheduled it. I would not recommend visiting this clinic.

For the most part, all the doctors that we've seen have been amazing, the exceptions being a few times that my children's visits were not recorded correctly and still have yet to be fixed even though I still have the documentation from those visits. Before they became Stay Well Family Medicine and moved to Colby, they were on Broadway and their support staff were always warm and friendly, responsive to patient questions and concerns, and proactive at problem-solving any issues brought to their attention. Now, however, since they've become Stay Well Family Medicine, their support staff leaves an immense amount of quality customer service to be desired. Case in point: I logged into our patient portal through Charm yesterday to double check my children's appointment times for their well-child checks, and noticed that my daughter's name was spelled incorrectly, and it was not reflecting that she's been seen since 2019. So I called, which happened to be after hours, and left a voicemail with my concerns, asking about the issue that I noticed. I received a call back today from their front desk lady, I don't recall her name. But by the sound of her voice, she's the regular receptionist for them. She let me know that on her side she can see that my daughter has an appointment and wasn't sure why I can't see it on my side and proceeded to tell me that I need to call Charm to ask them why. I respectfully voiced my concern about asking the patient to call on an issue that has to do with their tech since I've worked at a health clinic before it is never the patient's responsibility to call tech-support to ask about a tech issue, that it is the clinic's responsibility to do (please bare in mind, I was truly kind, not just a perspective thing: calm voice, kind words, didn't raise my tone. Since I've been on the other side, I get communication with a disgruntled patient/parent can be challenging, so I was as gentle as I could be with my concerns). I acknowledged to her that I understand it's not her fault but I would request that they look into it please and let me know what's going on - if there was some kind of an issue with the records not being uploaded into my daughters chart. I voiced concern about not seeing her records and that s been an issue in the past too. I didn't even get the chance to ask her about the spelling of the name before the receptionist cut me off saying it wasn't their job to do it and passed me off to a doctor because she got so frustrated with the conversation with me. I then spoke to Dr. blow who looked into it - turns out it was the spelling of my daughter's name. Dr Blow sent me a new link to get the problem fixed, which was thankfully an easy resolution. I thanked her and said I appreciate that she helped me problem solve through it. and also attempted to acknowledge again that I understood it wasn't her receptionist's fault this happened, however I don't feel that it was my responsibility to have to call Charm to fix it. Dr Blow then proceeded to snap at me that "not everybody has the same tech talents as other people and so it doesn't fall to them to problem solve tech-support, that's the patient's responsibility" and then she wouldn't even let me talk after that and said "well, we'll see you next Tuesday. Thanks so much for calling. Have a great day, bye." I was dumbfounded. Unfortunately even though we love the doctor that we normally see, Dr. Sambrano, and have been seeing her for several years now, based on this experience, which has been horrible, it seems like we're going to end up having to find a different naturopathic clinic to go to. If they can fix their customer service Issues this would be a great clinic to be seen at. Sadly, with the current way they're treating patients, I can't recommend it any longer to family and friends.

She is what I consider a real Doctor because if you are super sick she does make house calls. She also is my GrandMothers Doctor and well if you want a Doctor who doesn't rush you and is there to assist you in anyway I recommend Dr. Randall 100%! She is very understanding and helpful! Her clinic is run a bit differently then what you are used too (in a good way) as she has this cool set up where you pay a flat (monthly) fee and can see her as many times as you need. She has other options but that is how most of her patients do it. Seems odd, but for those of us without insurance, it is a much cheaper way of getting (amazing) healthcare when compared to other options.
