I have a medium case of dental phobia and they are considerate to me. Additionally, my gag reflex is very sensitive and that has not caused any anxiety or tension during my visits. My husband also has been going to see them and his teeth needed extensive cleaning and treatments for gum problems. They have catered his treatment to his needs, holding our finances in careful consideration. I can not recommend this clinic more highly.

After every cleaning I have always scheduled a follow up appointment, put it in my phone, and that is that. Recently I'd been getting several texts asking me if I wanted to move up my appointment (not unusual). This time I responded to those texts saying I couldn't make it in at the newly offered times and needed to keep my original appointment. Today I showed up for my appointment and the front office lady told me that I had no appointment and I never did. When I showed her my multiple texts that asked me to move my already-booked appointment, she said that clients only get those texts when they don't have an appointment and that they couldn't accommodate a walk-in today. When I asked her why the text would ask me to move an appointment if it didn't exist, all she did was repeat that those texts are only sent when a person doesn't have an appointment. Again, I've been coming to this spot for over four years and have gotten multiple of these texts in the past when I had appointments booked. I told her politely that I always book a follow-up at my previous appointments and had my calendar reminders on my phone and work schedules. She responded that no, I was wrong, and I never had an appointment. No "it could have been a scheduling glitch," no "oh my apologies maybe we just messed up on our end," nothing. I was wrong, period. I have no desire to continue my health care at a place that can't keep their records straight and has such poor customer service. Will happily go elsewhere.

The front desk staff asked the orthodontist for approval to modify the note, which was denied by him. Since I could not use my benefits to my full extent, I canceled all future appointments. What may seem like a minor or simple request to them actually had a significant impact on me as a patient.

You don't send forms to be completed before the visit and then accost the patient for completing them. And you don't lie within 10 minutes of meeting someone and expect them to stay. I showed up on time. I filled out all the forms and talked with the tech/doctor. Margie comes over and says, "You're early." "Uh, I'm here on time." "Well, we didn't expect you to have the forms filled out. So right now, you need to stay here and relax." She pulled my tech away, who then sheepishly came back. "Did Margie say I was early?" "Well, you're not early, but..." "Is there a patient ahead of me?" "Um. Yes." "So you overbooked?" "Well, your paperwork wasn't supposed to be done, and..." She said it would be 20 minutes, but the patient ahead of me hadn't even been seated. I left. If your practice is comfortable lying within 10 minutes of meeting me while shifting the blame for overbooking, there is no way you're touching me. The office always schedules the new patient to check in upfront 1/2 hour with front office staff . Your check in time was 11 am at 11:30 one of the assistants should bring you back in the clinical area to start Your exam, x rays, photo's. checking teeth and gum assessment. Yes ,you were in on time for your check in at 11 am and you were very efficient with your paperwork done. We brought you back before 11:30 which is why I mention that we would be a little longer before we could Start the exam process. I'm sorry if this wasn't conveyed to you on the initial phone conversation about check in Time and when we actually bring you back. We would never over book a patients appointment . We really want to be able to give you and all our patients equality time and earn the patients trust. If you felt that you were "accosted" regarding filling out your paperwork I would like to know what happen so I can address the employee. We always want to treat people with respect . As too the medical trauma that you were mentioning it is of great importants that we take into consideration with the patients medical history before we ever proceed with any treatment on a patient. Lastly I would like to address the "lying within 10 minutes of minutes of meeting me" comment. I believe there was a miscommunication. WE are here to help patients to improve there equality of health which we take very serious. We are and have always been very transparent with all patients and will continue to be so. I am very sorry that your appointment was not the best experience and that you were not able to stay for your appointment today. I thought this was surprising and strange because my last two dentists I trust have never expressed any concern or even a mention of monitoring this for future consideration. The clinic swiftly scheduled a consultation. I went in to my previous, long time dentist because I didn't trust this advice and he said this was an aggressive and unnecessary recommendation. What a waste of time! Thank goodness I was wise enough to seek better guidance, not waste thousands on a painful and unnecessary procedure. It took 2 hours for a basic cleaning appointment that typically takes 1 hour. When I requested my X-rays be sent to the other office, this was not done so I had to call 3 times to get them to send. They did not send the panoramic x ray so my previous dentist VERY kindly gave me a free one. I think he felt bad for me for being mistreated here and saw that I had requested but not received the xrays requested. Terrible experience! Do not recommend, re-think your ethics and treatment of people.

I thought to myself a new patient can take my appt I was about to schedule for a tooth that was in pain from an established patient. That just seems wrong to me that an established patient looses out on an appt for someone who is new to the office. It's ridiculous a patient has to wait over a month to get a tooth repaired, especially when they are experiencing pain. After many negative experiences and now my recent experience I can no longer take this anymore. I've recently had 2 calls to reschedule appts as they couldn't keep them for whatever reason. Rearranging my work schedule to accommodate appts only to have to reschedule again. After multiple scheduling and billing issues and a list of many other issues, far too many to list here , I'm done! I was a loyal patient over the years but the loyalty doesn't reciprocate. You're just another name in their system. I have given them many opportunities to improve but I have come to the point to where I'm done and can no longer put up with the lack of care or dedication for their patients.
