It provided me a great foundation and I was able to jump into their Still yoga classes without difficulty. I've been suffering from carpal tunnel for the past three years. My physical therapist said that I needed more upper body strength workouts and barre classes at Tuck is a WHOLE-body workout! Seriously, I feel like I get my money worth. It took five classes to see changes in my body. I don't suffer from back pains or carpal tunnel as much anymore. Don't get me wrong. It's hard work to get in shape but I enjoy going here because I love how passionate everyone is at teaching their classes. I have had some health issues recently and the owner, Erica has been so helpful and supportive. She said, "come to class and do what you can. She is such an amazing teacher with deep knowledge of the ancient practice and modern knowledge using balls to open tight muscles and get into fascia. Practicing with her is always heart opening and satisfying. I love all the teachers at shala.
