My husband & I took this trolley tour. We come to Naples several times a year & wanted to learn more about the history of the city. It is a two hour tour and the driver tells all about different sites & interesting facts. We truly enjoyed it and learned a lot. I bought our tickets on line so it was very convenient. The plastic was down on the windows which made it a little hard to see out but it was a little windy at first. Some were rolled up later. They offer several times for the tours each day. The last half of the tour we were the only ones on the trolley. It was a private tour. The only thing that I disliked was that the pick up was supposed to be at 11: 04 & it was about 15 minutes late. read more

My husband and I enjoyed the convenience of leaving from Naples and the entire excursion...lots of fun...our driver was so friendly and knowledgeable but I think he drove the bus too fast...that's why the 4 stars...but I would highly recommend the trip! read more

My family and I could not have asked for a better experience while visiting the Everglades. We originally scheduled the half day tour but we were upgraded the the full day (no added cost) due to there not being enough people to take the half day tour. Our tour guide, Mitch, was extremely knowledgeable and fun! He knew all about the history of Naples, the flora and fauna surrounding the area, and other various facts about the wildlife. He even drove back to one of the shops so one of the people in our group could get fresh stone crab to take home. The fan boat through the mangroves was incredible! We did not see any alligators but we did see a dolphin and one of the other fan boat drivers was giving water to the local raccoons that live in the mangroves! Lunch was provided and it was very tasty. We also took another boat tour through the saltwater area of the Everglades and had a dolphin chase us in our boat. For anyone looking to check out the Everglades, these guys are incredible! read more

The tour was a bit rinky-dink. Didn't go out far at all on airboat. Could still see the road from our farthest point. Stopped on side of road to try to spot a manatee. None in sight. Took us to a place with a bunch of tires, oppressed looking alligators in pits (none really moved). But the WORST part of it was that our son got sick the night before (urgent care and all) and they wouldn't refund his 150 dollar ticket. Bad policy. Serious money grab. Inhumane company. I would avoid at all costs!! Also should mention that the people in the office were equally unsympathetic to our plight. read more

Our guide Robby was super cool and had a great eye for wildlife so we were able to see several crocs and gators in the air boat. The air boat itself is a cool experience too. Nothing crazy high octane but it went fast enough and with enough quick turns to feel like you are moving. Our kids loved being able to hold the gators and the gator show was okay. Bathrooms were fairly nice m. The grounds and cages where the animals are kept is pretty rough and there was a gate that was broken that had never been repaired where a child could easily pass through. The boat ride was fun - wish it was longer than 40 minutes. The ride in the bus was long and sitting in the back it was hard to hear the driver 100% of the time. Wish on both the bus and the airboat the captains had used some type of audio/speakers so everyone seated could hear. Seems like audio equipment would be a much appreciated upgrade. I took the trolley tour and stayed on for the 2.5 hour ride. It was a blast and I learned a lot about the history of Naples and SW Florida. I recommend this tour for anyone that is new to Naples. Do it first!! read more

Our Everglades half day tour was great. Tom was our driver and guide on our ride. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The air boat ride was definitely the highlight of the tour. Our driver was fun and interesting. I enjoyed seeing the layout of the land from that perspective. The alligator show and mini zoo park were good, but probably more attractive to children. The ride around Everglade city was our least favorite part, I would have liked that time back honestly. Overall, our goal was to see the Everglades, and the tour does just that. read more

WE booked a trolley tour and bought our tickets online. At the center they have plenty of parking-restrooms and if you have time walk 1 block to Tin city for small shops local and a couple of decent restaurants. I recommend you ride the 90 minutes all the way around first if you have time then as you go the second time around hop off and on as you like. They come back around about every hour. You can eat, walk, shop or beach at these pit stops. Excellent way to learn a little about Collier County facts. Superior driver, safe, and highly recommend you go. Not sure kids would like it but they are welcome. read more

Tour guide was awful- talked about worthless things for the 2 hour drive. I.E. assisted living, how to enter Olive Garden. People fell asleep and he kept talking. My mom wanted to pay him to stop talking. Not worth the money tour not as described. It was mostly air drifting in the water not seeing alligators. Go elsewhere. read more

The tour was nice, and the history lesson on the bus ride to the airboat excursion was appreciated! The airboat ride is only about 35-40 minutes, with that being said, we all wish it had been longer! I looked at other tours that were 2-2.5 hours but we would have missed the history lesson on the ride over! So if you just want an exciting airboat ride through the Everglades, go with another company! If you are looking for a cumulative tour about the history of the region, Native American history, a stop at the nation's smallest post office and a great airboat trip, book this! The presentation about alligators was interesting and holding the alligators was a highlight for the kids! This was a safe, educational experience for kids and adults! We finished the day with a tour of Everglades City and lunch and at a " mom and pop" seafood restaurant, their gator bites, conch, crab cakes and shrimp were amazing! Overall a great, inclusive tour, not just an airboat ride! read more

My husband and I took our kids on this tour. It was so much fun! Our guide was knowledgeable and shared facts about the local history to occupy our time on the drive out to the everglades. The airboat ride was a thrill. The sanctuary you visit is beautiful considering all of the animals there were rescued from abuse or a horrible injury. Our only regret was not booking the full day tour. I would highly recommend to locals and visitors! read more

Soooo much fun! You won't be sorry. Ride an airboat through the mangroves, see amazing wildlife and enjoy wonderful, helpful, informative and humorous tour guides. We took the full day package including a boat to the 10,000 islands and saw so many dolphins playing, incredible birds beautiful islands......great pictures! We took our full day tour today and our guide was Phil. There were 6 in our tour. Phil is full of knowledge of the area and history and he took care to answer all questions. The airboat ride was outstanding and had my 14 year old smiling the entire time. Lunch was great at a local stop. The boat tour in the everglades could have been better, however it could have been due to the time of year we went as there wasnt much wildlife. read more

Bus ride terrible down and back. Driver would not turn on AC.y child got sick. Everyone on bus upset. Not recommended. Go to Everglades city on your own. You can buy tickets there yourself. read more

We went on a family vacation with my father in law who is 84. My fil took his family to sanibel island when my husband was a child so we decidedly to go there for this winter break vacation. The only thing he wanted to do was an everglades tour. So I looked it up on yelp/Travelocity and chose to this. It was $430 for the 5 of us. We get into a van with 4 others. The "tour" is 4 hours. This is 3 hours in the van and one hour on the airboat ride- which the company has a contract with... Not exclusive. So our guide was told that we couldn't get on the airboat ride until 3. Our tour started at 1. So our guide was one of those perfect guide people lol- just talked and talked and talked BUT we were in the back of the van and couldn't hear half of what he was saying. I did get the "I talk a lot going and not going back because of traffic" that didn't happen. The biggest thing- the van was stuffy and hot! The guide put the air on "medium" and if was blowing warm air... As we got out of the van to look at alligators I asked Dave to please put the air up to high! Getting out of the van was a relief and so much cooler than that van! His reaction was not apologetic or sincere about realizing our discomfort. It was like "you are asking me for something?" Even when he eventually turned the air on "high" it was still blowing warm air. We were literally sweating to death in the back of this van! Stuck in this van! My father in law has passed out 3x from heat exhaustion in the past and I was just waiting ... For next to nothing - go to other websites (not tourist but like backpacking/outdoors, etc) with recommended spots in the everglades. The "tour" we had can be done by anyone for 1/8 the price! read more

Went on an airboat excursion with this company. Climbed aboard in Naples on a stuffy van that has seen better days. All the AC unit did was pump out warm air. Rode for an hour to get to Everglades City for the ride, pulling over by the side of the road once to see manatees swimming in a canal. Since we couldn't get out of the van, we really couldn't see them very well Finally reached Everglades City and, to our relief, got off the warm, stuffy van. Then went on a 45-50 minute airboat ride with a driver who acted as though he wished he were somewhere else. Compared to other airboat rides we've taken, this one was lame. All we saw were mangrove trees and a bird or two. Stopped once so the driver could feed some raccoons. Very little info was given about the area we were in. Climbed back aboard the uncomfortable van and drove to a park to see alligators. Again, sat in that warm van for 30 minutes or so looking at these things. They just lie there or swim so by the end of 10 minutes or so, you've had enough gator viewing. See more gator action and bird viewing on a golf course than we did on this trip Then it was a 90 minute ride back to Naples because we had to detour to Marco to drop off passengers. Couldn't wait for this trip to end. Paid $90/person to go on an airboat ride with this company. Our advice--don't waste your money. read more

Very touristy and kind of hokey... You never leave the mangroves and see the real Everglades. We did it for the convenience factor, but in the future, we'd seek out a more professional outfit. read more

The tour was nice, but the weather hid some of the alligators and made you shiver. If the weather was near normal, I'd give this tour a 4 out of 5. Great tour guide, educational, and everything they advertise. read more
