Showed up without the drywall guy Alex though (who said he didn't have the appt. on his schedule) so I called the office and was told Alex would come out the next day. He did show, after I called the office AGAIN, and was over 30 min. late. That was on Nov 13. Since then, the KCHRP rep I'm working with and I have been GHOSTED and we never received any estimates for the work that would be done. All of that time spent for NOTHING.

They took advantage of an elder disabled veteran. Do not use these guys. Find a certified plumber. I still have over $5000.00 worth of holes in my walls/ceiling from Repipe Specialists. They are not worth the $12,000 I was swindle out of.

With the last rain we had a month ago when the wind was blowing hard, we developed a leak. I called Tim at Peninsula Roofing and told him of the problem and he sent a guy out to check it out. The inspector said that he thought it was due to a problem with the original installation done 12 years ago that just now showed up due to the windy condition. A week later they came out and repaired the roof by installing new flashing and some new shingles. With NO CHARGE to us. Imagine after 12 years there was no charge. This plumbing company came to work on a broken pipe in nextdoor neighbor's yard. After a few days…read moreof water being off and on with repairs, my water pressure dropped to almost nothing. So low my washing machine won't run. I called mainline plumbing to come out and see what could be the issue, explained that they did work in the yard and house next to mine says before. When someone came to my house they had no record or idea that their company did any work next door. So they went under my place and said they would have to rip through all the insulation to see if they could even find a problem. I asked about the valve they replaced on my neighbor's after fixing a broken pipe, bc maybe they could look at that part of the pipes. Once Again, no idea about what that could be. They needed a map of underneath my house and was going to see if the office had any or he'd need to tear through my plumbing. He left. He never came back. To my house. Walked off. No phone call either. My water worked perfectly for years, until Mainline was repairing next door and turning off and on water. I thought they would know what work was done so it could be looked at, or maybe what they had replaced need to be replaced in my pipes too. The level of disregard for their work and inconsiderate way of treatment is shocking.
