In early 2026, our home experienced a flood while we were away on vacation. Repipe Specialists had a great sales presentation (Christopher), competitive pricing, easy financing, and started our job three days later. We have a three-story house and - as often happens with construction - some unexpected challenges came up. At the end of the day, it was obvious more work would need to be done and some additional follow-up needed. After a walk-through with their regional rep (Ibrar), they came up with a strategy and solution...and returned to get everything fixed (without any additional charges). The lead plumber - Shane - was amazing and personally followed up to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I do recommend you have their company/personnel (Ekram) handle the sheet-rock repairs for a more seamless process. While our personal experience wasn't the typical "in-and-out" in 1-2 days, at the end of the project our house has been repiped, our walls repaired, and our confidence leaving our home has been restored. Since expectations are everything, remember this is a major construction project and unexpected challenges might come up (if they don't, consider yourself blessed). Update...we've had to hire our own plumbers, cleaners, mitigation company, etc to solve the many problems RePipe Specialists created. So many additional expenses. When I reached out to the salesman, Christopher Borden, the week of the "work," he never returned my calls or texts. So much for service after the sale. I was only able to return to living/sleeping in my home over Memorial Day weekend because of asthma. 3.5 months, mostly at my mom's - Thanks, Mom :) Still unnerved by the way the subcontractor plumbers lied, bullied and intimidated me. We would NEVER have hired that sub if I'd met with their owner directly. Both Christopher and the appointment-setter told me everyone they sent to our home would be their EMPLOYEES. The contractor they have doing the rough dry wall patching is very good at his profession and attention to detail. Scam, Avoid. Repipe Specialists is nothing but a referral service to other plumbers for a fee, they quote jobs; they answer and archive complaints. The plumbers they chose for us are over 50 miles away. It's almost 2 months now. Our yard is torn-up and they say they are calling for quotes from local landscapers. Rossco Plumbing, their sub-contractor, has been to our house four times in the last 2 months. They did the initial "job" in a half day. Leaving the walls open, and not telling us if, or when, the walls would be closed. We washed our clothes, and sewer waste backed-up into both of our bathrooms. because they had drilled through our sewer line when they drilled the supply water line to our house - not even checking where our sewer line ran, but rather assumed we knew by asking us that morning. read more

Not a plumber, a plumbing quote company that refers you to another plumbing company (for a fee?) And the next company knows nothing about closing your walls afterwards or correcting damage like drilling-through your sewer line (it's true). I had to call and ask again and again besides emailing. It took almost 2 months to restore my property after the repiping. Don' t believe the supervisor's replies, beleive actual 1 star reviews from cutomers here, then call a plumber directly instead. Rossco Plumbing did their best from 2 1/2 hours away to correct the damage left origially, at no extra charge to us; but we had to work too; shoveling broken concrete and sewer soil back, and closing our cut-up deck as best we could. read more

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Their sales rep is great at the start. But once you sign with them, they charge you for work they didn't do with no hopes of a credit. Sales rep is not reachable after signing. Their customer service is on their terms not yours. Trying to charge me again for their mistakes. I suggest cutting out the middle man. Better off going straight to the plumbing company vs through these guys that mark up everything. Red cedar was who did the actual plumbing for these guys and they themselves were great. Update: After they said my job didn't exist. I added my job number below. I also tried calling the representative below several times that commented and he constantly ignores my phone calls. Instead of returning my messages he writes their own incorrect events without even so much as a courtesy call to get his information accurate. Instead refers me to the operations manager that wanted to charge me twice for something they screwed up on on who then hung up on me when I called them out saying that they were at a Drs appointment in pain. As stated already, once they have you, the customer service sucks. I told them every time they could not start work till 10am they still arrived earlier and got upset at me because it didn't work for them. The repiping crew and operations manager while on the phone during install told me I had to talk to my sales rep for a credit. He refuses to answer texts or calls. So don't plan on any credits They charged me the full amount on the day of install instead of what the contract states that the final payment amount would be collected after drywall is completed which was weeks later. So a surprise charge turns up. Their patcher was sent on a day not scheduled theres a reason theres a chosen schedule. Several times suggests three or more they came on a day they weren't suppose too and then on the day they were suppose to they came early before 10 and then being my fault this time I had allowed my guests to stay later. So I told them don't worry I'll take care of it. Then they threatened to charge me a second time for drywall repairs. ------------------------------------------------ So lets see if this get their attention as the rep who sold me the job isn't interested in talking to me about it. They sold me the job and I explicitly expressed if theres copper and new fittings are they going to leave those and will I get a credit. Yes they said they would leave it and the price would be adjusted. They would still have to open the wall. No problem. The job is replacing all the old plumbing and patching all the work. They replaced all the old and new plumbing leaving a majority of the fixtures in place because they were new. But did no patch work saying they would have to come back another time. Thats definitely not what I remember being told as it was a small job and that they could probably get it all done in a day. But sure ok, I schedule the drywall to be repaired being an airbnb I scheduled a day in a couple weeks because they have nothing available that works. So they charge me the full amount before everything is complete instead of the agreed amount. The rep will not return my messages or calls who is the only person that can correct the contract and issue a credit. The operations manager decided to send the dry wall guy on a different day that was agreed too which of course did not work. Then proceed to be confused about the original appointment which I had to book and confirm again. They called to confirm the morning of and had the time wrong again and then blamed me for making them wait. Then when they did show up my guests had previously asked for a late checkout which was totally my fault so I told the dry wall guy to just forget about it and I will take care of it myself. The operations manager starts blasting me with texts telling me shes charging me again for the dry wall guy coming out a second time. At this stage I had had it and called them telling them theres no way in hell I'm paying another 300$ for dry wall work when I have already paid and it was their fault they sent him a different day. Although it was my fault today but I have already paid for today. She hung up on me. Thats their business, all glitter and glam at the start. Then once you've sign them on no one wants to help and instead just blame you for all the issues and try to get as much money out of you as they can paying for stuff they didn't replace. This company is a joke. Reached out for a quote and communication was excellent at first. They sent a rep to the house that seemed to not look at much before assessing what was wrong and got us a quote pretty quickly. The line from the street to the house was not included in the quote and when I asked about this, I was told we shouldn't have to worry about that. The seemed odd. The rep continued to pester us about going forward for the next couple of weeks and we did eventually end up going with them. They made all kinds of promises about what their teams do and what products they use and don't use and all sorts of guarantees about quality of their work. When the team showed up to perform the service, they were from a completely different plumbing company and are hired on as a third-party contractor so any guarantees of equipment used or services provided or out the window. Immediately we were told that they would have to check the line from the street to the house would likely have to be replaced as well. This turned out to be the case and we ended up spending almost 50% more than the original bid. I tried reaching out to the rep during this process and didn't hear back. Information regarding their financing was also an accurate which led to a number of headaches with the financing company afterwards. Would definitely not use this company again. read more

We just completed a repipe project with Repipe Specialists and despite having nice, new PEX pipes, the experience was quite mixed and we were left feeling that they put profit over customer satisfaction. If you want the details, please read on, but the main takeaway is that if things go wrong, you will not be compensated fairly and multiple people will basically tell you "tough cookies". We selected Repipe's bid for a one day repipe and water heater replacement. This included a walkthrough of exactly what would take place, including moving the water heater location by a few feet. After receiving confirmation that everything was good to go with the salesperson, we scheduled our project a few weeks out. Now comes the day of the project and during the initial walkthrough with the subcontracted crew, the lead asks "who is coming to extend the electrical to reach to the new location?" No electrical change was ever brought up during the initial bid and walkthrough, or even a mention that it should be looked at. Luckily, we were able to get a electrician friend out quickly to look at fixing the issue (adding junction box, extending electrical), only to have him inform us that we not only needed to extend the electrical, but we really needed a new breaker and circuit run to support the new water heater's higher amperage. Otherwise, we would trip our current breaker and not have hot water. Had we known this at the outset, I could have worked with this friend to do this work for $1,200-$1,500 (his quote, but he couldn't do the work for 12 days due to his schedule restraints). Our options at this point were a) reinstall old water heater with "rusty water" (according to the install team), b) no hot water for unknown number of days while we bid out multiple electricians, or c) pay $3,900(!) to have an emergency electrical company fix the issue. We entered the agreement expecting a functioning water heater at the end of the day, so we went with option 3 thinking Repipe would make it right. To their credit, Repipe offered a $350 discount to cover the emergency consult from the electrician, but that still left us out an additional $2,000 as a result of the oversight regarding any electrical needs for the water heater.* Upon finishing up the repipe work, the project lead informed me that I was not going to get any type of additional discount. That project lead came back later for additional work and informed me again that it wasn't going to happen, but I insisted that after considering the situation, a reasonable customer service person would offer some sort of additional concession. Unfortunately, one final phone call came in from the original salesperson, who apologized but told me there was nothing more he could get approved and senior leadership refused any sort of added discount. So here I am, informing those looking at doing a repipe to shop around and find someone who you trust will make it right if things go wrong. If everything goes right, you'll be satisfied with Repipe Specialists. But if something goes wrong, and things often do with big projects, you won't be happy. And thus, a 4-5 star experience with a complimentary, positive, and brief review goes down to 2 stars with this frustrated diatribe. *Bear in mind that my WHOLE day was shot as a result of this project. I had to reschedule work meetings, had to change plans, and had to call multiple electricians in a scramble while being offered very little help from Repipe other than "well, it looks like you won't have hot water for a little while" OR "we could do the electrical ourselves but we can't be held responsible because we aren't licensed electricians." You would think they could offer some sort of electrician options. read more

My wife and I had Repipe Specialist and Pex Plumbing repipe our house recently with new pex pipe. We have suffered through decades with our old galvanized water lines. Low pressure, waiting for hot water, clogged aerators and bad tasting water. Everyone at Pex Plumbing was excellent at their jobs. The initial sales meeting with Elizabeth who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Robin in the office was always helpful and always kept in touch with us during the process. The large installation crew were awesome and worked as a great team. The work was completed in one day and the piping works great. We had low flow on faucets far from the water heater and our old galvanized pipes were in bad shape. It's amazing what the Repipe Specialists accomplished in one day! They repiped the whole house and patched the drywall in which they had to cut holes in to get to the different water outlets in the house. Now we have high flow on all faucets. They also replaced the 10 year old+ water heater. They cleaned out the old galvanized pipes from the house and underneath the crawl space.I would highly recommend. read more

Stay away from this company! I had my whole house repiped and this company doesn't do the actual work. They sell you on a very expensive service (including a $1,200 unnecessary asbestos test) then sub out to another plumbing company. The sub who did my service broke all of the toilet seats in my house and left a horrible mess of wood chunks and dust, drywall bits and pieces, and plumbing debris and all over my house. They didn't bother covering up surfaces or cleaning up after their work. For 5 months now I've been trying to get reimbursed for the damage caused and the cleaning service I had to hire and they are completely non-responsive. They used carpet covers to protect carpet from excessive dust due to cutting sheet rock. Repipe Specialists also referred me to patcher through their subcontractor to patch up drywall after the repiping was done. About 7-8 hour patchwork for about 16 drywall pieces in my home. Repipe Specialists are a well oiled machine. They communicated throughout the process, beginning with the Customers Service Outreach Team. I'm in a 160 unit complex that had no choice but to repipe all apartments here, even while the units are occupied. While that's hard on the tenants, the professionalism of the various Repipe Specialist teams made it much easier on me and my neighbors. The teams got in and out quickly and didn't cut corners. The workers are all well trained with a good understanding of what's expected of them. They're very respectful of our homes and worked quickly and quietly. The supervisor and PM are the first to arrive and the last to leave the property every day, not hovering, but appear to be prepared and avaiable for what ever issue might arise. Had a leaky drain pipe in the kitchen, called Repipe Specialists. Their salesman, Chris, checked the house and suggested we Repipe, as the pipes in the house were old (which is true). Estimate came to just under $10k, included a new hot water tank. To keep this short, they left the job unfinished, I have no drain in the kitchen, my hot water tank constantly trips it's fuse, (meaning no hot water and cold showers), I have holes in my walls, and they aren't very responsive to our issues. I already paid in full too. That was a mistake on my part as that seems like is the reason they don't care at this point. I've called numerous times, and have yet to get things fixed. They said they sent someone out and we didn't answer the phone (we had no missed calls/voicemail for that day). I'll consider changing this review if/when they finally rectify these issues, and depending on how well it's done. At this point, I have no faith in them to do what's right. read more

Really disappointed with my appointment and appraisal. I have a wealth of experience in all disciplines of construction and just wanted to pass this work off allowing me to work on other improvements. With all this work being fully accessible, this was a one day job for an experienced plumber with minimal parts. A $5,000 estimate is insulting. I'm guessing this was so high due to just not wanting the job and it appeared that way given the body language and attitude by the estimator. I would have respected getting told it's just not a project you're interested in and you're unable to help. Not only did a plumber come on a Saturday, he succeeded in an emergency repair of the shower, The entire house was repiped, hot and cold lines, 2 weeks before the scheduled date. They're the first and only company I called to have my pipes replaced. I had no idea how much it was going to cost, so when Doug (who was super nice, btw) came out and gave me a quote that was about half of what I had expected, AND typically gets it done in 3 hours not days I said lets do it. Took a little over a month to have the actual work done - by another plumbing co, which was fine but a little unusual in my opinion lol. I guess I just assumed that I was dealing with a local company. In any case, everyone from start to finish was very pleasant and professional. I've had no problems in the 6 months since the work was done. My only issue is the number of emails I've received since the work was done asking me to review them on yelp, google etc. I can understand a few times but weekly x 6 months is too much. My 87 year old mother had galvanized piping in the house, and of course the pipes pretty much closed. I called one Plumbing company and they came out. Said it would be 2 days and that there were certain things they couldn't/wouldn't di. BUT they referred us to you. Your crew came out and re-piped the whole house in a day. And they were able to tackle the issue the other company couldn't. The guys were knowledgeable, and quick and my husband came over to be sure they were treating her well. I used Re-Pipe Specialists to have my old pipes replaced with PEX. As others have said, this company does NOT do any of the work. My experience was quite awful. The contracted company doing the work also hired subcontractors to work on various parts of the job. This was all done two years ago at the beginning of covid. It took over one year to get everything resolved. The main issue is that they took shortcuts, knowing that the work would not pass inspection. Oh, did I mention that they never planned to have the work inspected? If you want to ever sell your home, the new pipes are an asset, but you need to show it was done right. I called the inspectors myself, and of course, it did NOT pass. The list of infractions was quite big. Finally, after many months, they fixed them. Problems included the trench to the street was not dug to code and had to be re-dug deeper, there was no required water overflow system, and the water heater was not installed right. Had to rush to do it when the crew arrived. Should of had it done and done better before they arrived. Sales was easy- very low pressure - helpful answered all of our questions. Have us cell number if we had any issues. Very professional and experienced. Work scheduled and crew arrived on time. We had about 8 workers and they didn't stop going all day. Job completed in one day. We had some paint and clean up left to do, all of which was explained by our salesperson and again by the crew lead upon arrival. We also had them install a new hot water heater, hauled the old one away. Water pressure is 50% better - outside faucet that hadn't ever worked fixed. Completely satisfied with work. All in All for the amount of work the process was amazingly easy. 1/2 the price of other solutions we looked at doing. read more

Scam. 3 guys, 3 hrs. $7,000 (Seven. Thousand. Dollars.). Do not use this company. I paid similar amounts ($7,000ish) for my exterior house paint job and roofing projects. The painting took 2 workers the better part of one week, working long days. The roofing project, which had a much larger capital cost (i.e., roofing shingles) took 3-4 guys 3 days. Repipe's sales guy told me the project would take 2 days. The three workers who did my repipe project were friendly and obviously competent. My guess is Repipe Specialists paid them, total, $500. Total material cost was maybe $500 (PEX flexible piping). Repipe pocketed the rest, or used it for still more radio and TV advertising. Repipe Specialists is a broker. You will have an estimator come to your home and promise the best price in the industry, and then your job will be contracted out to a local small business for an even smaller amount. In our case, the estimator was slightly arrogant, but after reviewing our needs and confirming with him that all expectations of fresh and waste water would be met, we signed and moved forward. The company that was contacted to do the work was fantastic and we've continued to work with them since because the Repipe estimator pulled what I would consider a "bait and switch." Once the initial appointment was done and we realized waste water lines were not addressed, the estimator said we'd never discussed it and Repipe doesn't do drain work. Well, if you don't do drain work, when I'm talking about drain issues during an estimate - tell me that you don't do drain work. Don't just write a few drain comments on the contract and then claim later that you have no idea what I'm talking about. Repipe disappeared into the night following the transfer of contract, and I had to work through the additional needs with the new company, paying more out of my pocket than originally planned. For a bit more money, I could have gone with the next bid I had, the job would have been completed in one visit and without the headache. read more
