The level of customer service was unmatched. He gave us an extremely fair estimate to replace the window well and regrade the area around it to stop the leak into the window. That was on a Thursday, and he did the work on Tuesday. He was like a ninja, we never even saw him! One of the best customer service experiences that we've had lately. 10 out of 10 quality service and we will definitely use them for anything future within the world of landscaping. Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. Front Garden work Issue with Bucks County Landscaping - Alex…read moreComplaint - The agreed to work was not completed and after complaining Alex wanted more money just to finish the work he had been paid for. Details This complaint is intended as a Warning about this Website and an individual. In mid April, I contacted with this individual to renew my front garden. We negotiated a price of 8K and the work started in May. In initial discussions, I included a map of the garden, a list of the work and a walkthrough of the work with Alex. (attacements) He told me to go about my daily errands, they would handle the work details. They worked 4 days, but Alex only stayed the final day. On completion, I paid, but the next day it rained and on a close inspection I found insufficient river rock in designated areas and the lack of the exterior border of the garden. I was surprised since the picture given and the walkthrough of the work was perfectly clear. I called back Alex (Alex Yuckovski) and went thru the details and he did not object to finish the work, but required more money! He required 2K more for the work. He complained that the river rock was very expensive at $175 /scoop/ton. After this poor work, I decided to check the details on this project. I called the rock supplier Alex told me he used and found that the cost was $79/scoop/ton! He was charging more than double and did not get the proper amount of stone! When I had paid him he asked for the check made out to him. He told me he used his personal CC to get the stone. After I thought about this, I decided to call the company and complain about the work done here. I tried the email listed on the website and it failed to deliver!. Attached are photos of the thin spots in the riverrock. They should be a uniform cover os 3-5" riverrock.
