He provided us with tons of homes to look at, and was great at providing comps to know where that house stood compared to others. When we did look at houses, he was great on pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of each house. We put in a couple of bids on houses that we didn't win, but am happy we didn't, because they sold for way too much. Ron made sure our offers were reasonable and made sense for us. Once we did get our offer accepted, Ron was great on working with us during the normal painful back and forth process to get the deal closed. Closing was ontime and without any hitches, all due to Ron making sure that there was great communication between us and the sellers and their escrow agents.
