I arrived and there was a female rent a cop security person who had the worst customer service and bad attitude. I was a first time alternative medicine so I'm still learning about CBD. I asked a question and she replied don't ask me ask the bud tenders. She slammed my drivers license on the desk when giving it back to me for checking in purposes. She was aggressive and rude and told me go sit and she would let me know when to go inside. She was very hostile for no reason. Evergreen, customers come to your business to find relaxing and easy alternatives to medicine. She is a HORRIBLE representation of your business. read more

I came in last Friday for the first time. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I found them online because I was looking for a certain 710 labs strain and they seemed to have a big selection. when I arrived and started talking to the guy at the counter he suggested I actually try something "better". I was reluctant but because I hadn't tried that one either I decided i would go with his recommendation and give it a try. When I got home and opened the jar i was super bummed to see that the product was extremely dry! Like sat in a hot car for 3 weeks with the top off dry. I called the shop right away to let them know what had happened and all they said was "sorry, I hope this doesn't stop you from coming back" I mean I just drove 30 min from Brea in the poring rain on a Friday night and was sold a $55 8th (pre tax) that was brittle AF. I wasn't expecting any kind of extra discount or free product but I was expected them to offer an exchange for something fresh. Now I'm wondering if they already knew that stuff was dry and that's why they recommended it to me over what i originally came in for. Needless to say with so many options in this area I wont be coming back after this experience! read more

I was excited to go to this new place. I actually went for the first time on 4:20. The person who helped me offered me a buy one cartridge get one free so I ended up choosing that deal. I opened the first box everything was fine. 4 days later I opened my second cartridge IT WAS EMPTY! meaning no cartridge inside. I gave them a call to explain what happened Lauren told me She would speak to a manager and call me back so she did. She said I can go back the following morning and pick up a new cartridge. When I got there they treated me like I was lying the manager told me there was NOTHING she could do for me. I left crying from frustration. This is not fair to customers I told the manager that she needs to watch out for her employees because someone that day screwed me. This is not fair I have both boxes and a receipt and they just sold me nothing. I never thought that I would have to open my boxes and check before leaving a legit place. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I am so disappointed on how this was handled they have cameras all over they can easily look at them and see what happened but manager did not care. read more

I love this dry Cleaners and not just because of the great job they do. The owner is so awesome, and always helps bringing out the heavier items. Everyone here is kind, and The atmosphere feels like you're visiting with friends instead of just running errands. Oh yeah- and my clothes are ALWAYS pristine. They do a great job! read more

Probably my favorite dispensary in OC. They have some great prices, top shelf product and do lots of promo events! I will always remember one of managers blessing me with an 8th of lumpys! They also do have Apple Pay not sure what the guy below me is talking about. The staff is always funny and helpful. Store is also very dope and has an easy layout. Haven't gone to Evergreen in a while, so i decided to stop in June 21st around 6p. Was greeted by the security guard and handed my passport. They asked if I have my ID, which expired previously. I have told him that I was using my passport due to my renewed ID being sent. No problems here. Upon arrival to sales floor, I was greeted by a budtender. There I told him I would like certain products and he instructed me to the area. Now here is why my review is 2 stars. The budtender seemed really chill at first. But when I told him about the products I needed, he kind of rushed through all of the products. And when i asked a question of said product, he kind of speed rushed his answer, and not answering my question at all. Then when it came to pay, I also had to show my passport again (was told by security that I would need to show my passport again). Gave my passport to the budtender and he starts pressing me, stating that my passport is also expired (which it is not). He starts off saying, "You aren't even allowed to be purchasing today," (while the transaction with my card went through on their POS). He also stated that it was 5 years expired. I don't know if he was getting high off his own, but the budtender had mixed the date of issue, and date of expiration. Now it's a simple mistake, but to press me on something because you can't read? Did not need to happen. The products he recommended are great, but his customer service does need improvement. Other than that, not returning. read more

This place is great if you ever need to re-up in a pinch early in the morning, definitely comes in handy on the way to work. But the price is, definitely not the best in the three block area alone that holds minimum of five other dispensaries. Anyway, for almost $60 I picked up a dime cartridge and killed it in one day. I just want to compare and say that on Sunday or Monday I just bought for cartridges for $80 at a neighboring clinic / dispensary. Granted, this was during a buy one get one deal but still, amazing deal. I don't know, I always regret coming here because of the prices but I have to give it props because this place was popping at 7:00 in the morning. Pricey but definitely worth it. Evergreen is an extremely aesthetic, well put together dispensary with a lot to offer. On the way to the beach, I stop by to pick up some products. I'll go with the products first and then I'll talk about staff and customer service. I can honestly say Evergreen has a massive selection of whatever you're looking for. I really respect all of the options and high quality product available. Especially the product I purchased, I was satisfied. I'm going to be honest, it was a little pricey but I was satisfied.. So be prepared to bring some cash because your bill can rack up. I mean, it is a high-quality dispensary so this should be expected. However the staff.....I can honestly tell are 110 % completely over their job. The security guard was loud on the phone, openly talking to creditors about how many more payments he owes on whatever business he's taking care of, while on company time checking in other people. I found that to be very unprofessional. The budtenders are 100% about their business no small talk, no smile, no welcome in. So don't expect exceptional service. Everything about the customer service was monotone. Honest advice yes, they have a lot to choose from, yes it's pricey, but just get what you need because they will probably have it and leave. read more

So I was there few minutes ago and I took my out of country ID and they rejected me. So I did my research online & this is what I found: ''For those traveling from another country outside the U.S., your valid passport will work as an acceptable form of identification. Additionally, be sure to keep your identification at the ready throughout the process as some dispensaries will ask you to show it once more at the point of sale.'' They lose clients.
