The recycling bin was touching the street and placed directly next to two other cans that were serviced without issue by Waste Management. The driver got off the truck and serviced my address, proving accessibility was not the problem. I am located on a busy street and have no control over who parks or where people park. Expecting residents to manage street parking to accommodate Tri-Ced's convenience is unreasonable. When I called to resolve this, I was met with dismissive and poor customer service and was again told the bins were "inaccessible," despite clear evidence to the contrary. This is a failure in service, accountability, and customer support. Tri-Ced needs to own this mistake and correct it, not deflect responsibility with excuses.

But it's a great/easy way to still get cash back for all your aluminum and plastics and glassware. T I P S + Make sure you come with everything sorted. + Don't come first thing in the morning. There will be the longest line ever. + Come Wednesdays or Fridays and specifically afternoon. + Make sure you grab all the bags you came with as it's now part of the process. They can't throw your bags any more. Today I came around noon-ish, it wasn't too long of a line. But after I left it was completely empty. So if I came around 12:45/1pm it would've been in and out so fast. I had 4 big bags of aluminum cans at 15lbs, 1lb of plastics and 1lb of glass. Everything was about $27. Not bad. Words cant explain how frustrated I was. I ended up taking a loss at the end of the day and affected me mentally due to financial struggles.

I have had multiple instances where I have called in an order for waste pickup, and I am scheduled for several days later. When the day they are supposed to arrive comes and passes, no truck arrives. I call and ask what the problem is, and they tell me they have no record of an order for my company. Finally after about the fourth time I told them to take a hike, and canceled my pickup with them, and got another company to take care of it. Even after I told them to get lost, they still haunted me. I canceled our pickup appointment, but they came anyways, and 2 days before the actual day was scheduled. So now I have them picking up the waste, and the new company shows up the same day, and there is nothing for them to pickup, after I made special arrangements for them to coem out and take care of it! Not a good way to start a business relationship with a company! I seriously cannot convey how terrible this company is, there are no words that have been invented yet that allow me to express how much I have hated doing business with Evergreen. The only reason we started using them is because they had a contract with a company we bought oil from, and we got our pickup for free as a result. Even the benefit of having free pickup wasn't worth it, it has been a terrible experience from start to finish. If you need waste oil or other items picked up, I suggest you look elsewhere. I cannot think of a single reason why anyone should do business with Evergreen, nor can I think of a single redeeming quality about this poorly run company, with perhaps some of the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Stay away unless you enjoy pain and suffering being inflicted upon you at regular intervals!
