So happy with my purchase!! Thank you Jacob Neal from Evergreen Subaru!!

I am beyond grateful and so happy I went with Evergreen for my first car purchase. After my bad experience with a different dealership, they definitely helped me out of a disheartening situation. My family and I met with Jacob Neal, who is an absolute fantastic salesman and I'm so grateful for him! Not only did he take into consideration my personal budget and needs, but gave me incredibly service. He gave me an incredible deal on leasing a brand new 2024 Subaru Forester to buy and I am in LOVE with it. Beyond happy with my decision to go with Evergreen, would 100% recommend them!!

My wife recently had her car wrecked while parked in a parking lot. Unexpectedly we found ourselves looking to get her a new car. I will be the first to admit we were both very apprehensive when it comes to speaking to car dealerships. Our concerns however proved to be unfounded, as our experience at Evergreen Subaru was delightful. We did not like the first car we looked at but our salesman JD, "a delightful young Englishman" Answered our questions in a respectful no nonsense manner and helped us find a great Subaru Outback that met our needs. The dealership was more then understanding about our apprehensions and went out of their way to be sure we where happy and satisfied with our purchase. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a good car speak to JD down at Evergreen Subaru.

Waited outside on a beautiful day while Evergreen fixed my ride.

I was traveling from outside the area and had some tire trouble and Joel and Doug took great care of me. I didn't have an appointment but they got me right in and replaced my tire and fixed the bizarre tire indicator lights. They were kind and personable. They even gave me some great local restaurant options. Top notch people and operation. They've even got a huge new modern facility in the works!

Please read full review…read more I bought a 2005 Volvo S40 T5 from them in February 2013 and I've nothing but problems since. Because I paid what the car was worth and not what they wanted for the car I did not receive a warranty. Ok, if I'm buying a good car I shouldn't need a 30 day warranty anyway so I should be safe. The car made it 75 days when the head gasket went. The car was in the shop for two months after the head gasket repair because of a timing code. I then had to take it to a Volvo dealer because the first shop couldn't figure out what was wrong. The out come is a junk engine that needs to be replaced. That aside you really can't predict mechanical failure so let me move on to the "Brand new tires". They were hung up on the new tires that they had put on, and pushed quite a bit during the sale. After a short time it would appear that an alignment was never done, so my new tires started cupping. After blowing off some steam in this review and being quite frustrated with my situation, my wife decided to call the dealer just to inform them of what was going on. The owner Derek was quick to respond to her and talk through the issue, but quite frankly Lake City doesn't owe us anything. Because I did not receive a warranty as part of the bargaining process and I would have been beyond the warranty time line anyway. What happened next is the surprise and how every person should run a business. Derek contacted me and said that he would have the tires replaced because it's obvious that something was not right. AND because he wants to take care of his customers the best he can, he's going to give me some money towards the engine replacement. I really appreciate Lake City Exports' customer loyalty and the help that they have given me, above and beyond what they should have. If you ever purchase a vehicle from them and have an issue large or small contact them right away and I'm sure they'll help if they can. Thank you Lake City for your customer care.

Bought my truck with just over 80,000, (just voiding their extended warranty that goes until…read more80,000), for around $26,000 listed price. (Under 100 miles over 80,000) Timing chain went on truck within 2 months. IWE system started being noisey within a month and half. Still isn't right after the dealer has looked at it 3 times. And when I called and asked if they could just hook me up with a mechanic that could get in sooner than the dealer, (I literally stated I don't expect them to do a thing for me as I'm outside their warranty), I got "what do you expect us to do for you". Did end up calling his mechanic who basically told me their first apt availability was a month out. I would say "Buy with confidence" anywhere else and I truly hope this helps someone in the future when looking at their motto.

If you bring it up to them be prepared to be worked against, even though aftercare is their "pride". Not to mention the insane hassle they put me through just to verify my veteran service. ( I have a dd214, showed my veteran ID card, and even offered any other types of documents that could collaborate my claim). Long story short if you're a vet and are buying new steer clear of this

So I had to go down the road to an actual autobody place that has equipment that works to have my tent measured and it was fine so I had to pay to get a certificate, which was $45 and bring it back into the dealership Into their quick lane and wait again for my car to get its inspection sticker which I was supposed to have an appointment for an hour and a half ago. The car was brand new in 2022, and it came the way it was, which the manager questioned. For two years we have had everything done for our vehicle at this location, but they will never see my vehicle or my money. In fact, they inspected it last year with flying colors. The manager brought me the law on a print out, as if I was supposed to know this ahead of time and bring the certificate with me. He said "it's your vehicle. I'm a new Manager and we do things by the book" I guess last year anything was ok. In addition, when I got there for my appointment, the guy in the Hawaiian shirt said hi but the other two people present said nothing. No one else was there. One lady finally asked if I had an appointment and who I was. When I confirmed it, I gave her my keys and sat down in the waiting room. Fast forward to when this same lady tells me to just come back after I get my "certification" that they'll give me a sticker. When I arrived, I waited for a second clerk to get off the phone and said "here's the certificate. I'd like my sticker. I just spent $45 because apparently you don't have working equipment to measure tint", the First Lady told me I'd have to wait until tomorrow due to my attitude. Seriously, are you kidding me?

It was excessive oil right off the bat. I took it in and was told it's normal for these trucks. I told them they were wrong but they just blew it off. 80k miles later transmission goes out. Still using oil. Explained that to them again and they couldn't find anything wrong. Had extended warranty to cover truck to 120k, 123k front and rear main seals go out. Kept the truck serviced on time every oil change. Truck never made it to the next scheduled change without adding 2 quarts from day 1. Made an appointment for the seals to get fixed. They quoted me and sent me the link. No parts listed. I'm a decent mechanic. I knew exactly what they had to do. They charged me excessive hours at 164.00 an hour. They charged me for a seal housing I didn't need. Their top tech said he had problems with the seal rolling when reusing the rear seal housing. My only answer for this is he didn't know what he was doing. You align the housing with a special tool and get it exact. Then replace the seal. Most can do this without issues. But not Lee GmC. It's common knowledge GMC has a LoT more issues with their trucks and cars than most other brands. Any dealership will treat you like their best friend to get you're business. I googled " why does GMC vehicles have so many issues?". Here's the response. "GMC vehicles are often reported to have issues like transmission problems, excessive oil consumption, poor visibility due to headlight design, and issues with heating and air conditioning systems, with some of the most common complaints centering around transmission failures, particularly in models like the Acadia and Sierra, which can occur around the 100,000-mile mark; these issues are often attributed to the overall design and quality control of General Motors vehicles, which GMC falls under, leading to concerns about reliability compared to other brands." I'm sure I'll get the sympathetic BS generic response to this review from Mr Lee. Buyer beware! If you own a GMC I hope you have better Luck than I've had. If I were you, I'd trade it in before the warranty runs out. I spent 3 weeks without a ride because these clowns couldn't provide me a loaner. They are reserved for warranty people apparently. If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. I'm going to copy and paste this review on every social media site I can find. I'll renew it weekly so it stays on top. Good luck America!
