It's something to be said about a doctor who really sees and hears their patient--especially when that patient is a kid who's starting to find their voice. The facility was very clean and organized, and once we were in the room, the doctor came in shortly after. Nothing about the appointment felt rushed, which is something I really appreciate in a medical setting. There was also a bit of a full-circle feeling for me being there. I've actually been coming to this facility since I was a teenager myself, so bringing my own child here now feels pretty special. We had to resort to contacting another doctor to renew the thyroid medication as we were now completely out. It seems to be a lapse in commutation from the portal messages to the doctor and visa versa. We are greatly disappointed and pray this type of service does not happen to anyone else.

Until then, I decided to be my own advocate in order to keep this wonderful doctor.
