So much respect for doctors and practices that try their best to stay on time and respect your time as well. All of the staff are friendly, they do a great job explaining what to expect, and it's no frills billing that you pay during your appointment time. Aside from my routine eye exams, Dr. Fripps has excellent chair side manner and holds space for you to address any questions or concerns you may have with your eyes. Then not only does she make recommendations, but also tries to give 2-3 recommendations in varying price points and locations (online vs retail) for whatever budget you may be hoping to stay within. This is one of those places you almost wish you visit more than once a year or so, but it's a welcoming practice and she remembers little details about you even though visits are infrequent. I was able to get everything done on the same day during that appointment. Eye exam and picking out my frames. Now in my opinion they don't really have a wide selection of frames. I believe there were some Kate Spade, Gucci, and Banana Republic frames. I'm sure there's more but while I was looking those are the brands I noticed. I was told my glasses would be ready in a week. My appointment was on a Monday and they called me that Friday afternoon saying my glasses were ready for pickup. Also, they want you to pay half of your frame bill at the day of service and once you come back to pick up your glasses you pay the other half. I can't remember the females name that help me pick out my frames but she was friendly informative and very helpful. I definitely will be back in a year. If not sooner to get me another pair of frames so I can switch up. Great experience.

I returned to have both pair of glasses rechecked and adjusted many times to no avail. Finally I asked to be refunded, but instead they " pleaded" to let them remake one set of lenses, which they did. This week I noticed a crack in the right lense near the hinge area. I visited today to inquire about thei manufacturer's warranty. I was told if could happen if I wore them outside in the sunlight. That's completely unacceptable! I have been wearing corrective lenses for 50+ years and I've never heard that one before. I was told they wouldn't do anything for me.
