Sent a message thru Yelp and Sharif responded quickly and answered my questions. Burt and I spoke to Sharif and he promised he'd take care of me and give me a deal. Made an appointment for Saturday but we decided Sunday worked better. I rolled in at 9am Sunday and was warmly greeted by Sharif. He patiently answered more questions & brought out rolls of the different tints to my car. He held them up to my window and told me to view it from the outside looking in and vice versa. I asked for his expert advice and we settled on a package that I was happy with. Sharif and another employee worked on it while I watched the process and asked more questions. He allowed me to go in the back room to check on the progress. Great place to get your car tint done. Office is minimal along with the waiting room so it was uncluttered and a relaxing place to wait. AC was blasting which was very much appreciated during these hot summer days! Unisex restroom was clean, uncluttered and smelled nice which is not typical from my experience of car-related businesses. Sharif made the wait a tolerable experience. He offered water during my wait and had endless patience with my questions. He also kept me updated on the progress and I was out the door after 4 hours just like he said! I tinted my entire car and added a sun strip on the windshield. He gave me a great price compared to other places. He explained the warranty and how to clean my windows without damaging the tint. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.
