Sent a message thru Yelp and Sharif responded quickly and answered my questions. Burt and I spoke to Sharif and he promised he'd take care of me and give me a deal. Made an appointment for Saturday but we decided Sunday worked better. I rolled in at 9am Sunday and was warmly greeted by Sharif. He patiently answered more questions & brought out rolls of the different tints to my car. He held them up to my window and told me to view it from the outside looking in and vice versa. I asked for his expert advice and we settled on a package that I was happy with. Sharif and another employee worked on it while I watched the process and asked more questions. He allowed me to go in the back room to check on the progress. Great place to get your car tint done. Office is minimal along with the waiting room so it was uncluttered and a relaxing place to wait. AC was blasting which was very much appreciated during these hot summer days! Unisex restroom was clean, uncluttered and smelled nice which is not typical from my experience of car-related businesses. Sharif made the wait a tolerable experience. He offered water during my wait and had endless patience with my questions. He also kept me updated on the progress and I was out the door after 4 hours just like he said! I tinted my entire car and added a sun strip on the windshield. He gave me a great price compared to other places. He explained the warranty and how to clean my windows without damaging the tint. I reached out to Aaron for a quote regarding what I wanted to have done and he provided me with a price for his services. I reached out to two other companies and Oasis Window Tinting had the best price hands down. I reached out to Aaron again to book an appointment , and He did tell me that he was scheduling appointments 3 weeks out since he is completely booked, which worked out perfectly for me! I had an appointment scheduled for June 5th, 2025 between 1pm-2pm. The day before, Aaron reached out to confirm if my original appointment was still good or if i needed to reschedule for a different date and time. Day of the appointment, he even sent me a courtesy text message letting me know he was on his way and how far out he was from the house. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. One of his colleague showed us examples of work completed by his team. I was skeptical at first because I'm a loyal customer of a well-known auto shop. However, since this business was just starting out and they assured us they would address any issues if we weren't satisfied, we decided to give them a try. We had ceramic PPF installed and tinted windows throughout the vehicle, except for the roof. I'm happy to say that we were absolutely thrilled with the results. They wrapped the film around the edges of the vehicle panels to provide an extra layer of protection and create a seamless look. While I can see some of the PPF edges in certain areas, you really have to look closely to notice them. Another great benefit of the way they installed the PPF is that we can now safely power wash the vehicle -- something we were hesitant to do with our other two vehicles because they weren't wrapped the same way. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the outcome from Vivid Auto Details. Their pricing was excellent, and the turnaround time was reasonable as well. Erik and team went beyond my expectations when it came to the work. They also took pictures of the process and progress which I was glad to see because I saw what kind of skills and details went to doing the installation. I had full front PPF, rocker panel PPF, A-Pillar PPF, all around tint and ceramic coating done on my wife's brand new Tesla and my wife was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I had her previous Tesla PPF somewhere else that she wasn't too happy about it but here she was happy (which makes me happy because she would give me a hard time later about it lol.) Overall the process took about three days and we are happy with the results. They took the trim pieces off to wrap the PPF which is how a place should do it, so 10 out of 10 for that. His pricing is also very competitive compared to other places in town. I'll be taking my other cars here now to get worked on.
