I bought an epic center bass knob cable from here, guy said it was guaranteed fit, paid $30 for it, connected it to my knob and as soon as I did it started smoking and the cable almost caught on fire, ordered new one on Amazon and works perfectly fine now, not sure what low quality cable they sold me. read more

Within a minute of walking in the store they were troubleshooting the issue and recommended that the front speakers be replaced. They immediately took the car and the work was finished within an hour. They charged a fair price for the new speakers and labor. I would definitely go there again. read more

I went there to get my windows tinted and was quoted a price. I was happy with the price and told them I would come back in a week to get the car done. Five days later when I went back, I was told a price $75 higher than I was originally quoted. When I tried to discuss this with them, they totally denied that was the price they had given me. No morals. Go somewhere else where you as a customer are valued and the business keeps their word. I would say "yeah, I should have gotten a written quote" but come on, it's window tint, not a $1000+ car repair. read more

Went here to get a quote for a stereo and speakers for my boat. Eugene (owner) was busy. said need to leave a deposit to hold Monday for install. said if you decide not to do it just let him know. I came back and said I changed my mind and wanted to wait . He said ok , just need a restocking fee on a couple items. I said ok. ok i just want to say first i'm not complaining about the work they did a really good job on the tinting part . but me and my wife both said we wanted it dark really dark in the back and the front not as dark but alittle dark ! and they say they guarantee thier work ! but thats not so . when we got home we looked at our car and it wasnt the dark shade we asked for . it isnt the darkness we wanted . so i took it back the very next day and told them that it wadnt dark enouph . and if they can make it the shade we wanted . the guy said my wife told him that that was the shade she asked for my wife says no she didnt!! and i know i asked for the darkest they had for the back . and the front is to light. well they wont fix it and told me the would charge 300$ to redo !! i think thats bullshit cause i told them i wanted it almost blacked out in back and its not even close. so they are trying to get another 300$ from us to do another tint !awhen they should just gix it and put the right tint we wanted in the first place ! like i said no problem with the work they did a great job tinting it. but shade was wrong ! read more

I've purchased 3 and 5 window tint packages before from other businesses previously before you started your business. 3 windows has been for the back doors and back glass, and 5 windows would include the 2 front windows if you have a sedan. I know that this one size fits all rule is not always cost effective for you as a business owner, but I felt your explanation of the 5 window deal was weak at best. I spent $150 for a deal, and you wanted another $60 to do the front windows that the deal already included! I called you a day before to make an appointment for my Groupon and you never explained the 5 window policy while I was on the phone. I felt stuck after you explained your interpretation of the deal. I could not return the Groupon and my daughter was excited to get a car. Am I supposed to be an asshole and make a scene for $60? Or grin and bear it and share my experience here? You're going by the letter of the deal, not the spirit of it. I'd be embarrassed if I rolled in with a Ford Excursion and bitched about you not wanting to tint 5 windows on that. It's a 2003 Honda Civic! You would only tint the quarter windows if I bought the 3 window package?? You're not being honest with yourself or your customers. If you were, you would have updated the deal on Groupon by now. Don't like the term "bullshit"? What about pissing on my head and calling it rain? Not complaining about the quality of the work, just felt like it was a bait and switch. Could have stayed closer to home and spend $300 for a window tint. I paid $150 for the Groupon special, and you didn't want to honor it. Appreciate your time, but I won't be back. read more

A complete joke from day one Eugene arguing with employees in front of customers numerous times in a 2 hour time frame. Tinted my atv and quality was horrible just like the service. I was going to give them another shot even though I haven't brought back my atv. Showed him photos of a tractor I wanted tinted gave me a quote of $750 set a date to bring it in. He asked I send him measurements of windows and photos and I did and never returned txt or call he received. Two days before my appointment I called him to verify he received them he said sorry I was off that day and said see you in a couple days. Showed up day of the appointment took tractor off trailer pulled it in watched him and another employee just lost and going back and forth and then he comes back to me and said I can't do your tractor for $750 it's going to be $1400 boss . Just a horrible way to conduct business all the way around. Mind you this is a quick rundown of an experience. Don't recommend this place at all and I won't even bring my atv back to have them fix it I'd rather pay a different local business that conducts at i higher level of professionalism. read more
