They were pretty rough looking but not a big deal once you have your fabric tablecloths over them. For the seating we rented 36 white, wooden chairs with padding, last year. They looked great. This year, we rented the white vinyl folding chairs and they were nice (just a little dirty) but the padded ones were a better choice, imo. The delivery and communication were smooth and no problems. When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday. Pickup here in this pretty tight lot was very quick and efficient!…read more There's enough space here for a few cars and their semi truck that backs up to the loading dock to pick up and drop off shipments of linens. I got there and rang the bell and they waved me to the loading dock to pick up my boxes. I had three very heavy boxes of linens (each box had between 50 and 75 chair covers). I trusted everything was correct in them because it'd be too hard to open up the bags and count each cover. I was given a little hand cart, loaded them up, and was on my way. Little did I know as well, that we were given a separate bag in one of the boxes of extra chair covers, so that was pretty cool. The return date for them was the next day. In the box, we had instructions of how the covers needed to be packed up and returned. Our wedding was on a Saturday, we tore down on Sunday, and had to return them on Monday. I know people get upset about needing to return things the next business day, but that's how it is because these companies need their stuff back to clean and reuse. We arrived back to this location late in the day on Monday, dropped off the three boxes, and were on our way. I'm sure they counted later on, but we didn't have any missing and were given no additional charges. Loved the experience renting linens from here from the very beginning to the very end! The business was incredibly responsive and very flexible to my sisters many date changes. My poor nephew had a fever the whole week before his birthday, but luckily he broke it and we were able to reschedule for the following day. I think we must've given four schedule changes ay yi yi. But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. You could fit 2 adults and kids in each car and the train came with three cars. Again, I highly recommend calling for a quote and booking them for your next kids party or event!
