When the facility needed something from me, they could contact me like it was the end of the world. However, when I needed someone at the school, getting a response was always very difficult. That is not acceptable when you are talking about someone's child. I tried to be reasonable. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I tried to believe that my concerns would be addressed and that they meant what they said. I should have trusted my instincts.
