Asked a lady who came to the front desk, Latisha (I think her name was, heavy set African American woman with glasses) why it was so hot. She got a huge attitude while standing in an air conditioned area. They made 0 accommodations for the lack of temperature control. There were no Fans, no offerings of water nothing! Just heat and attitude. Response: You had an attitude like you were the one sweating in the lobby. Yes I called you something along the lines of being difficult (no cussing, no body shaming, no commitments on that ratty synthetic wig you had on, nothing). If you are the owner of this business you should really think about how you talk to people. Yes my business was taken elsewhere. I hope this review also sends people where their business will be appreciated. Just because others won't stand up and say something doesn't mean that it's ok the way you treat and speak to people. Good day.

But QHTS is always fast and efficient! Latasha is great to work with and gets me in and out. I doubt I will ever use another lab because this is now my go to. Definitely check them out! Easy to book online or give them a call. Thank you, Latasha, for your help and the wonderful practice you've created! See you next time!

I called ahead of time to see if they recommended I make an appointment to avoid a long wait and the girl said no that their location doesn't get very busy so I didn't. That was mistake number 1 because the place was packed during the week in the mid morning. Secondly the lab itself was dirty and third they weren't very helpful when it came to explaining how the urine test needs to be collected and it was missing an item so with as many Sonora Quest that there is across the Valley skip this location.

I had questions on a couple of things I was unsure about and she just told me to guess...she did not offer to help in any way whatsoever. I also overheard her, and she was saying how "long I was taking" and was so frustrated and walked out and no longer wanted to helped me. The other girl took over and helped me with what I needed. Even though I had a bad experience with the front office staff, I would like to give a 5 star rating to Iris who did the newborn screening for my baby, she was very professional, friendly, and loving! She is an exceptional employee. You guys should look into hiring quality employees like her. The employees I saw at the front desk looked miserable to be working there.

I brought my daughter here after two days of uncontrollable vomiting and excruciating abdominal…read morepain, fearing something serious like pancreatitis or a bowel obstruction. While basic care was provided (IV, labs, CT scan), the overall experience was deeply disturbing. My daughter was shaking uncontrollably from IV fluids, and when I asked for another warm blanket, a nurse, with short brown hair, told me quite pointedly that this would be the last one because she was "using too many." We used 3. No empathy. No dignity. The lack of compassion was repugnant, however, I thanked her for her kindness. To make matters worse, our nurse, Shawn, told me that the nurse that had just chastised me for the warm blanket was a joke, it clearly wasn't a joke nor funny on any level. Additionally, Shawn likened Dignity Health to a Circle K, stating: "We're like a convenience store...you can get a lot here, but you wouldn't want to do your Christmas shopping here." We were aghast at this comment. Her white blood cell count was nearly 15,000, yet we were dismissed and sent home with no real explanation from the physician, Dr. Leonard Lee, beyond "it's from vomiting." According to Dignity Health's own mission, statement they aim to provide "compassion...with listening, empathy, and love" and to "respect the dignity of all." That was not our experience. We left feeling dismissed, and genuinely concerned about the level of care.Dr. Leonard Lee did give her 2 prescriptions for stomach pain and anti-nausea meds. I took her paperwork immediately to our PCP and she saw my daughter the next day. Our primary care physician was equally alarmed as we were and had never heard of vomiting causing such an elevated white count. She immediately ordered further testing. Stay away from this facility if you're sick and may need a warm blanket. Apparently they are great if you only need crutches.

There were very few patients here. Before he even came into my room, I could hear the physician talking to the nurses about me. Literally talking about me and not in the nicest way. Not to mention he was using profanity. I sat there waiting for somebody to come into the room and Assess my situation and hopefully help me to breathe. When the doctor came in, he barely even listened to my lungs. He placed his stethoscope at the top of each long, never asking me to deep breathe or anything else. He said he heard no wheezing. He did order a chest x-ray. He came back into the room and told me he was gonna give me a steroid. I had to ask for a breathing treatment!!!!! There were other details to this visit that I'm not going to share. I just could not believe the unprofessionalism not only from the doctor, but even the nurse who acted put out by me even being there. I was not a difficult patient. I was just somebody who was sick and couldn't breathe and was looking for help. The next day I still was unable to breathe very well, so I went to another emergency room at an actual hospital. They ran blood test, x-rays, CT scans, gave me IV Decadron, and everyone from the doctor, the nurse, and the respiratory therapist could barely hear any breath sounds. When I explained what had happened the day before at dignity, they were all in shock. I spent seven hours in this ER and they were so thorough. I will never go back to dignity and I will never allow my family or friends to go there. Incredibly disappointed in the entire process there. And shame on this physician for literally sitting at a desk and making fun of and talking about a patient that is right across from him. I just needed help.
