I have been to this location twice and received great service. I saw the NP Debra Herrington and she was pleasant and addressed all my concerns. Had labs drawn by Ashley and she was polite and professional. They also sentenced referral over for me to a specialist the same day. One star is too high of a rating. Back in March, my husband called their answering service/call center and was able to make an appointment for the very next afternoon as a new patient. He was very excited to be seen so quickly, and arranged to have the next day off work. When he showed up to the appointment at the Red Mountain office the next day, they told him that his appointment had been made for the day before; and he had missed it. He showed them the email the call center sent with the date and time of his appointment (he got there early enough to fill out the paperwork). They would not admit the mistake was theirs, nor were they willing to make it right and work him in. He needed medication, had taken a day off without pay, was early and they still refused to see him. Quality, compassionate care is only a slogan. read more

Be aware of their billing and Dr's! Was told I was in stage 3 kidney failure for 4 months only after changing Dr's it wasn't true! They decided to do Medicare 360 check up on first visit . I told them I just had it done at previous Dr's , and Medicare only pays for that 1 time per year! They said we'll go ahead and see what happens? You know what happened, Medicare refused to pay for it and they put the expense on myself and my husband! Getting sued for 1800.! Creditors calling constantly! They gave me all kinds of wrong diagnosis! A heart problem that was non existence! These people are more dangerous to your health than helpful. Wait time was minimal (5-10 minutes) and it was very helpful having a lab onsite for blood draws. They worked well with my insurance. Great office and professional staff. Wow this place is worrisome. More effort done working and worrying on their ratings... than your care! Jim is clearly a bully and could have easily chosen to spend half the time, he did on getting review taken down, on mitigation of an issue he was clearly informed of and even offered to help if I encountered any problems the coming month. (I'm not manipulating anything just want people to make their own decisions) I however cannot be the only one that when the going got tough, you made it tougher on the patient. Much like your doctor asking you the patient "what you feel you should do medically"... Or when the doctor tells you "they don't know what to do medically, legally, ethically or even morally with a medical situation"; then when asked if your doctor has access to someone that could address your concerns. Dr Millet stated "I don't feel we are there yet." Just stay away, get a good PCP. If you have a cold sure they probably are fine but for any type of continuing care, your loved one, ect... find someone better suited. read more

There are varied types of nuclear CT scans and Banner (my health care group) asked for a request that was more specific. I have been trying for 2 days to get NP Sharon Caterial to provide them with the information needed so that I could get the exam. To this moment she has provided nothing. Review Update This place has really gone down hill. I saw the Dr on a Monday and just now got my prescription on a friday due to THEIR ERROR . The medical assistant just wouldn't do her job and send my medication to my pharmacy despite multiple follow up calls. She then said well I have 3 days to respond to any messages. My experience with COVID-19 and the disgrace known as Hatfield Medical Group. On day 1 of my symptoms I contacted them for same medical assistance and to get a COVID test. On day 5 I was scheduled for my COVID test. As I was very sick, they did nothing for me. I recovered after a very rough 12 days; however, it seems that the Hatfield Medical Group lost my test results. I have had to go elsewhere for my test to see of that is what I had. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a so-called medical provider. Hatfield Medical Group sucks and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I have been taking my sons to Dr Lewis for a year now, and I finally decided to just take a chance with him when I needed to get a new PCP. I've only had female doctors for a long time. I liked him for me as well as my sons. He isn't a touchy-feely personality but very calming and friendly. He absolutely takes the time necessary to listen to every concern and address it completely. I loved his nurse, too. I never have a long wait which is great. He must manage his time well which is saying a lot since he makes you feel like you have all his attention and all his time. Dr. Gordon and Dr. Khan took great care of me! They both seemed like they genuinely cared about me and getting my issue resolved...some doctors just aren't empathetic but these two were. Hatfield Medical Group also has an in office phlebotomist (who is super sweet) to draw blood for testing, which is nice so you don't have to go to a separate lab location!!! I was also able to get an appointment same day, 2 days in a row....it's hard to find doctors offices that have that availability these days... I also like how the online patient portal keeps track of your vitals, doctor's instructions and allows you to send messages to your doctor. You can even look at prior doctor visit information to see what you were there for and what tests they did. It's super helpful! read more

Dr Lewis has kept my husband along with his cardiologist as healthy S possible with out there working together he most definitely would not be her. Unfortunately i fo not trust the PA. I was not impressed. The NP told me my ears had wax build up and use a swab, which causes impaction. I had to ask to have them flushed. I also didn't feel as though she cared about my concern about my ear hurting. I truly felt that there was no interest in my initial appointment. read more
