    I had a very disappointing experience at this office…read more Before my appointment, I called to ask if I could be billed later for the visit, and I was told that it would be fine. Based on that information, I took time off work and kept my appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I could not be billed later and that the information I had been given over the phone was incorrect. I explained that someone should be held accountable for giving patients inaccurate information, especially when patients take time off work based on what they're told. When I said that whoever gave me the incorrect information should be corrected so this wouldn't happen to other patients, the front desk employee suddenly handed me the phone and said, "Here, you talk to them." I declined because it wasn't my responsibility as the patient to confront or correct another employee. I was simply asking the office to address the mistake internally. Instead of acknowledging the error, I was then told, "You can always reschedule," which was not a solution after I had already made arrangements to be there. After my payment was made, the office manager came into the testing room while I was with the technician. I tried to de-escalate the situation by saying, "I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to get upset or mad. I was just told this over the phone." She replied, "I don't want to get mad either." I perceived that comment as threatening, which is why I responded, "Is that a challenge?" As the patient, I found the interaction intimidating and inappropriate. I reminded her that I was the patient and asked her to leave so I could finish my appointment. I do want to point out that the technician who performed my VNG test was professional and courteous. My concerns are not with the technician but with the way the front office handled the situation. Based on my experience, the front office demonstrated a lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. While I was there, it also appeared that other patients were experiencing issues with how the front office was handling things. Mistakes happen, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the error and working toward a resolution, I left feeling dismissed, intimidated, and disappointed with the overall experience.

    Surprised this company is doing well. It should be gone out of business! They handled my billing…read moreterribly wrong, their office submitted the claims with incorrect member ID, thus got rejected by the insurance company. I contacted Labcorp numerous times without resolve. It was very frustrating. Months later, they still insist not to resubmit the claims with the correct member ID. Do they really care about getting paid? Guess not.

Apparently this is not a isolated event, as other patrons were told the same. The next time I came I had the lab requests in paper form. But apparently the lesson at the desk felt that I only needed certain tests drawn not all that were on the lab forms. So when I returned to the pcp there was missing results that just simply weren't entered to be done on the specimens provided. Third time, I signed in using their check in iPad only to not be called up until I went to the desk and then be told to go back to the check in kiosk again and wait some more. Forth time I came prepared, had paperwork, ear buds, and plenty of time to waste waiting as each time I've tried to get an appointment online it's a 2 week wait. I would strongly recommend using Sonora quest if your hmo pays for it, as I thought they were bad but lab Corp certainly had lowered the bar..

The first return was because the tech did not draw enough blood to do the test. This time we had to return because they did not perform one of the ordered tests. Tech did not seem to know what or how to use the computer to do and took a long time just to find the blood order. There was no person at reception and we had to wait for somebody to appear from the back to gain entry. Disappointed since the facility was suggested by my doctor's office. Overall unprofessional and disappointing. In addition, we received a bill from a collection agency for a bill before we made our first visit. We had not used this facility before. Don't use this place.

I asked to schedule an appointment, but the two staff behind the counter were absorbed in their phones. One finally tossed me a card with a QR code and said, "Scan this to book." I did, and arrived for my 7:30 slot, signed in at 7:25, only to be ignored until after 8:00. The same woman who gave me the card then called to request my insurance information. I pointed out my appt time, and she said I wasn't on their schedule, and hinted that multiple people were having trouble with the booking system. Frustrating, untrustworthy, unprofessional, and avoidable... bypass this location if you can zero stars!
