Sure, the facilities were new, spacious, and clean; they gave good medical advice and performed smooth surgeries. A friend recommended Urban; we went there and waited ten minutes (!) to be seen. The vet gave us two options; surgery (immediate fix) or letting the ear heal over 14 days with twice daily cleaning and ointment (plus oral antibiotics). We chose the latter and she did beautifully (tho cone of shame wasn't fun). We appreciated his honesty about each option and he didn't push us toward the more expensive surgery (which we would have considered had we felt it was better for her health). Thanks Urban.
