Kieth and Tressa helped me both were nice, professional and not pushy at all! They gave the info I needed and asked for as well as prices. The delivery was FREE and same day!! The delivery guys were nice, professional and even wore cloth booties to keep my carpeting clean! Over all great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone! I should add - I did not go in looking for top of the line. I went in looking for a twin bed for my daughter, due to the fact she hated her crib and was starting to try and climb out of it! We got her a lower/cheaper model of the Twin. So you don't even have to drop tons of cash, for great service! Other neighboring stores were so rude when I told them I wanted a twin bed and didn't need top of the line, that and they wouldn't deliver and looked at me like I was insane for even asking for delivery. Totally will buy all future mattresses here at Sleep country!

He searched around, found two on clearance, and managed to work out a great deal for us. It was still a bit out of our price range, so we decided to take some time to think about it. Shortly after we left, Jesse texted me to let me know he was able to get approval for an even bigger discount, basically slashing the price in half. Although we missed out because someone else purchased them shortly after (what are the odds, we're still heartbroken), I can't say enough good things about how helpful and dedicated he was throughout the process. Our boat requires a custom size and thinner mattress to accommodate the overhang. Nick (the owner) took great care of us, it's as comfortable as our King size. I have issues with my hip and these mattresses allow me to sleep through the night. We bought a very expensive queen mattress at Macy's that is not near as comfortable as our King Slumber Ease. (for the price as the queen). Their prices are comparable to any high end mattress company but custom made to suit the individual.

We were bed shopping and every stop prior to Slumber Ease was basically a box store that only sold mattresses... I heard the same statement at every location... 'try a few ideas and tell me what feels good'. Nick at Slumber Ease walked me through a 'test flight' asking pointed questions about how it feels and where on my body. The process took about an hour and we zeroed into the perfect 2 mattresses, Yes two! We bought a King with two mattresses, my wife liked a completely different firmness than I did, so Nick custom built us a King Size Bed with two mattresses so Jen can have her super soft side and I have my side that is more firm. I didn't know this walking in the door, but by the end of the visit Nick explained to me that his beds are 100% American material and completely manufactured just 1 block away from the showroom. Every bed they build is double sided, so every 3 months you flip and rotate, they even put a tag on the mattresses telling you what side and rotation you should be on based on the month you are on... so cool. Price is amazing... considering everyone we looked at was only single sided and just one king mattress not 2 different mattresses with 2 different firmness in the footprint of a single king. This is easily a 10 to 20 year mattress.
