***WARNING*** WARNING***WARNING*** Unless you want to waste your hard-earned money, do not go to this store. In November 2022, I purchased a Pondex sectional model # 513 couch that was supposed to be an eight-piece. Like many people, money was tight, so we financed using one of the companies they offered. When we first went to the store to make the purchase. The employee and the owner were so lovely and friendly and great at selling the company and the furniture. Once we made the purchase. Everything changed. 2 of the pieces to our couch were not in stock, so they had to order them. Well, long story short, those pieces never came. Seven months after We purchased the couch, my son sat down. He did not plop or jump. He sat down, and the side frame snapped. Not to mention, the fabric was already separating or unraveling, which might be a better way to describe it. On 7/12/2023, I went into the store to see if we could get a refund for the two pieces that we never received and to let them know that The couch was breaking; the owner proceeded to tell me that he's sold so many of the same sectionals and ours was the only one with issues. Ali, the owner, made it seem like he was going to make it right and said he would have Phil come to our house on 7/17/23 to check out our couch to see what could be done. Monday, 7/17, comes and goes. Phil didn't show up or call. I gave it a week and nothing, not even a phone call! I had to send a grumpy message to get a response. Anyways, Phil comes to our house and proceeds to tell me that the couch is broken. They have sold Four of the same sectionals, and all of them have had problems, so they no longer sell Pondex For this very same reason. He told me that the manufacturer wasn't going to help me. Phil said he would send an email to the manufacturer Regarding the situation. He would CC me in the email. Well, that never happened. He also told me that as of 01/01/23, the manufacturer changed Their warranty and made it retroactive. So I sent him a message requesting documentation showing the manufacturer warranty Changed. What he sent me was the information I found online. I called him because what he sent me had no information about the change no date, nothing about it being retroactive. Phil told me he spoke to the manufacturer, and they said I was basically sh** out of luck. I said well, that doesn't work for me!! A couch is supposed to last 5-15 years, not seven months. I specifically asked if there was a manufacturer warranty for the first year, and they said yes. Phil said they have an extended warranty; however, they didn't recommend it! I purchased a three-piece couch set from Big Lot that was way cheaper, and it lasted years. I had three young, crazy boys. So, seven months with a busted frame and ripped fabric is entirely unacceptable. I told Phil I wanted a couch that was not broken, and clearly, they were aware that what they sold us was garbage. I don't think that is unreasonable Phil said that wasn't going to happen, so I requested a call from Ali, the owner, and never heard back from anyone! I gave them a chance to do the right thing! After everything, we have paid 3k for a busted couch!! Now, I will file a complaint with the FTC and BBB. Hopefully this doesn't happen to another family! I have posted pictures, but it's hard to show the broken frame since the fabric covers it. read more

My dad was moving into the assisted living center down the road, and I was in a hurry to get a power lift recliner before he moved in. Time was of the essence since he was getting out of the hospital to move in there, and Phil, the salesperson, took care of it ASAP! Horrible store! Had the worse experience. Ordered A power reclining love seat & couch. Was told coming from Oregon. Would be around 3 wks. Ok Well here we are 3 ish weeks later, husband called Store to set up a pick up time. Was told that furniture Was not in and was not sure when it would come as It was coming over from China??!! What....???!! Was Never told that. Who is willing to wait for open ended pick up date?? Was told it could be a couple More months. If we had that info in the 1st place we would never had ordered in the 1st place had we had the facts! So husband goes in to cancel & get Refund. Was then told by mgr. refunds only given Under discretion of the owner and could take months. So suffice it to say had to involve bank. Finally.. Finally received refund 2 months later! Ugh! After trying to cancel order, husband went on Internet and found the same couch set in another Furniture store in Olympia, this new furniture store also works with same manufactures as Costless. If the person we were working with would have called around and:or gotten on the internet like my hubby did , he could have had them delivered next day to Marysville store hence no waiting so my hubby actually did the job for him! Very aggravating! DON'T Bother yourself by shopping there , you will most likely be disappointed. And they don't deserve any Our hard earned money or patronage! Just don't do it!! We got the couch set at Phyls furniture in Olympia they were awesome totally opposite of our Marysville experience and the have a store in Seattle too! read more

OMG, I am so upset with Costless Blinds. A women by the name of Pam Coffrey her number is 206-522-4886 sold me blinds for my rental home. She is an independent contractor for Costless blinds. I ordered blinds from her and I have never been satisfied with my blinds. She was unwilling to work with me even thou I got up-set with her. She has been in the business for 30 years. She recommended for my rental home blinds with cords. When she install the blinds she measured wrong and also the blinds were bottom heavy so I could not pull the up. Also I wanted my money back from Pam Coffrey. She was not will to work with me and so I could get the money back for the window that were bottom heavy and I couldn't pull the blind up and the blinds were install over lapping the other blinds. Also I could open up my front door because the blinds were installed improperly. If only I went to home depot or Lowels, I would have gotten my money returned. I feel cheated and scammed by Pam Coffrey. Her number is 206-522-4886. Don't get scammed by this women. She is dishonest and refuses to make this right. I am so hurt. read more

Bought a sectional couch with end tables and coffee table. I specifically asked if the delivery included assembly. I was told yes. Delivery to my address only a couple of miles away was $75.00. The shocker was when the couch was left in my living room in boxes and the tables where the display models that had significant damage. Assembling the sectional couch was a disaster as the box did not contain the instruction sheet and none of the holes for the back rest lined up. I am seriously pissed about this! I am stuck with a couch that will not assemble correctly. The tables corners are crushed. When we called the store they said that the salesperson had made a mistake in telling us assembly was included. They just said "sorry" and offered nothing in return. As for the tables, they said they had ordered new ones that would arrive in six to eight weeks. Well, its true, you get what you pay for. It's Costless Warehouse after all, for a reason. We will never shop here again and we do not recommend this furniture store. read more

OMG!!!! We ordered a 8 piece bedroom set and was told it would be 140.00 delivery charge since they contract out the delivery, ok fine but holy crap 1st off they were an hour late from the time they said they would be here then they were in such a rush to throw the set together that both side rails to the bed frame were broken rendering the bed unsafe and will collapse, they knew it was broken but failed to say anything, and shoved the papers in our face to sign and and I'm serious they ran out the door and were gone before I could stop them to say take it back then to add insult to injury they left all the packing material and boxes in the garage and told me it was my problem to haul away. read more

This is a two part review one on the initial visit, and one from 2 weeks later- First off, they have absolutely terrible service. When I went in to look for a desk, there was nobody around to help. I finally walked to the back where two men were moving some stuff around and waited. They noticed me pretty quick, but went about their business. Finally I asked if they were going to help me, and Kevin who turned out to be the manager came over to help. We did find a desk in a catalog that I ordered and all seemed fine. I was told the desk would take roughly 2-4 weeks to deliver, and that I would get a call when it was in. THE $%!7 HITS THE FAN - Two weeks to the day after I ordered and paid for the desk, I get a call from Kevin saying that when they tried to order the desk, they were told it was no longer offered by the manufacturer. He claimed to have asked if they had anything similar, and was told no. I asked him why it took so long for him to call me back, and he then changed the story to "they initially took the order, but let me know later that they don't make it" and went on about that being how the furniture business is. I smelled BS, but needed the desk for my wife's birthday gift. I asked if they could find anything similar on short notice and he said no, but tried to rope me into buying a steel desk (which he wanted a down-payment for as the manufacturer supposedly had my money). I just said no and asked about a refund. He told me that they would mail me out a refund check and that it would be approximately 2-3 weeks for that to get to me. I will never go back to this place and suggest that anyone reading this do the same. I understand mishaps and mistakes, but there is a difference between that and outright terrible customer service. They have some unique looking items, but it is not worth the pain of trying to deal with them. read more

I bought a furniture set from Alex Iscandar and put it on layaway for my new house. I was told the furniture would be taken to the Marysville store to be picked up. A month later I call Marysville and they say they haven't received it. I go to the lynnwood store and the furniture is still in Kent. It was to be delivered to Marysville 2 days later. It's on lynnwood (not Marysville) 3 days later. I drive down to lynnwood and pick up the unopened furniture. When I get home and open it, it's the wrong furniture. 3 days later they pick up the furniture and deliver the correct furniture two hours late 9 pm. We partially open in to make sure it's the right furniture before going to work ( night shift). I open fully the next morning and find 3 rips in the new furniture. I call Marysville store, they throw me back to Lynnwood who throws me back Marysville where Alec Iskandar says they aren't liable and they will take to the manufacturer. I call a week later and he says the manufacturer determined it was done during opening using a sharpened tool. We opened it with our hands (no tools). They say they won't reimburse me, I tell them I will write on every site I can think of, contact the better business bureau and sue them. They said it's my right (no remorse on their part). Alec Iskandar is a snake and the rest of the staff are complicit in his actions s if not equally shady, STAY AWAY! read more

One of the sales reps showed all the chaise lounges - very helpful for the furniture illiterate like myself. My new living room is so comfie!
