Excruciating back pain, hypertension, not able to sleep, freaked out, etc. Long story short. Something to do with a semi and a freakish car accident. When I called to let the office know about my situation, they were able to squeeze me in same day. They put me under some therapy machine, which was able to calm my nerves and I actually fell asleep, which was nice after days of unrest and emotional trauma. Then, sai-ling came in, she assessed the damage and began adjusting my bones back into position. After the first session, I actually was able to get a full nights worth of sleep, instead of waking up every hour. They did a lot for me emotionally and physically. Anyways, the chiro office is owned by a family, and all the people are awesome. They are attentive to your needs. If you are in need of a chiro that is legit and does wonders, look no further. Dr. Josh Michael is like a living Buddha. He exudes peace and calm, and has been very supportive and helpful with my hip Injury which has improved a lot in just a couple sessions. He is highly intuitive, able to detect issues I had with old injuries that I didn't even inform him of. I was referred to Dr. Tim by my cousin and I am so grateful. I have been suffering from sciatic pain for over a year. I had been to a few sessions of physical therapy and chiropractor sessions with only about 1 hour of relief. After just having one session with Dr. Tim, which was probably over a year ago now, has given me relief since then. He told me the reasons behind the pain and I couldn't even believe it. This office is how all alternative health care offices should feel like - peaceful with a higher vibration and all around good, positive energy. First, some observations of some office basics. It's clean. Reception is warm and welcoming, no matter who's manning the desk. The treatment rooms are neat and tidy. During treatments, calming music plays in the background. Everyone who works there has good energy. None of them has "crazy" energy. If you're sensitive to energies like me, then you know what I'm talking about. Most of my treatments have been with Dr Josh Michael. With each session, I've been amazed at how intuitive he is. I had a few instances in which his intuition was almost unsettling, but not in a bad way! He's wonderful! I've often been told I have a calming energy, but I've rarely met anyone who spiritually puts me at ease. Plus his adjustments have helped me so much, from lower back pain to my hips feeling off to neck aches. Anyone who is open to chiropractic treatments, I highly recommend Dr Josh. They don't take insurance but can provide a super bill, so you can submit to your insurance. For me, paying out of pocket for treatments and such good customer service has been worth keeping me healthy. Quick note about parking. There are usually spots available in the lot. These people saved my life. I was in excruciating pain after having gone through a surgery that was supposed to help my balance and mitigate pain, but it only made it much, much worse. Western doctors wanted to put me on anti-depressants. My problem was the massive physical pain I was in and the Western doctors didn't know what to do for it other than to cut and fuse my bones together, yet this solution came with no guarantee of relieving the problem. I was 28 and I felt that was too young to be crippled. Then I found Michael Chiropractic. I swear I must have been guided there by a higher power because I wasn't sure if I could continue living with the amount of pain I was in. I've never come across a Chiro that puts in the time to feel around problem areas like Dr. Lynn. When she knows a bone is off she'll analyze the soft tissue around it and apply any necessary pressure, massages or other techniques to get the tissue right. Dr. Kryssa Cable is WONDERFUL!!! I am a hairstylist, so guess what is always out of whack? My neck and shoulders. I also suffer from lower back pain to top it all off. I'm writing this for two reasons: first to say a big thanks for the excellent care I've been getting for over a year, and second I hope this helps some reader become aware of what is available in alternative health care. Over many years I had the degenerative disease called MS (Multiple Sclerosis). And while I did not want the side effects of conventional drug treatments, I was not aware of treatments with good results. So I 'soldiered on' for several years, until the disease progressed to where I started falling and could not regularly hold a job. So I got more sious and used the internet search engines. I read a very interesting review on Yelp of Dr Sai-Ling Michael. So I went to see her. She is an amazing practioner of energy medicine, she detected what was wrong with me, and from not being able to walk I got to hour-and a half walks! I regained my balance. Yes, I have also been taking nutritional supplements and improved my diet, but with her treatments I was able to absorb the supplements better. She also introduced me to her son Josh, also a chiropractor, but who specializes on muscular and bone manipulation. He is simply wonderful. Very gentle, yet extremely effective. And very perceptive. He knew that I was a 'hands-on' type who wanted to do whatever exercices could make me strongern stabler. And his observations and suggestions were spot-on.
