This was our first and last visit to EverVet. We arrived before our 9am appointment and stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes without even being greeted. One employee looked directly at us and walked away, then continued having a conversation with another coworker while we waited. When I mentioned it would've been nice to at least hear "good morning," her response was, "We are working right now." Extremely rude and unprofessional. After finally being checked in, we were placed in a freezing cold exam room that smelled bad and had dog hair all over the floor. We then waited another 35 minutes with no updates from anyone. We eventually walked out because the entire experience made us feel completely dismissed and disrespected, not like valued clients paying for professional care. I understand vet offices can be stressful because I've worked in one myself, but there is absolutely no excuse for this level of disrespect, neglect, and poor customer service. The prices are already outrageously high, yet the treatment we received was unacceptable from start to finish. We will never return, and I would strongly caution others against wasting their time or money here. read more

Overall positive experience! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. When we arrived, they roomed my dog and I right away which was much appreciated. The exam rooms were clean. Prior to our visit, the staff called our previous vet to obtain records which was helpful. Evervet was also very up front about all costs (costs are in line with what previous vets have charged). ​ Dr Gordon used to be one of the best vets there were till about 6 months ago he really stopped caring about my pet and caring about really anything I feel like my dog had a inconclusive tumor on her leg it got bigger I brought her back put on a heavy dose of steroids problem is that that heavy dose of steroids needed to be taken with Pepcid because it really messes with their stomach but Nate the vet tech who couldn't take the time to even look at my dog or discuss anything with me but hand me a bottle of pills absolutely no communication my dog took this medication for two weeks and then just stopped eating now they gave her a shot that's supposed to make her feel better she's still not eating so for 3 weeks now my dog has been a neglected by this vet and when I took her back they charged me $500 for their neglect for their gross inability to give you correct clear instructions when giving you medication that can very much hurt your dog now unfortunately I think my only choice with her is there is no come back there is to be putting her to sleep from there negligence do not take your dog there you will regret it read more

I took my cat to Evervet on 4-12-2025 A male vetanaian claimed he needed bilateral thoracentisis ( pulling fluid from around the lung.) I was a physician before I retired and performed thousand of image guided thoracentesis and with good technique your complication rate is less than 1%. He collapsed BOTH lungs and than was unable to treat the complications adequately. There is a rule at a hospital if you can not treat the complications from your procedure you can not do the procedure. Charlie my cat is dead because of poor technique and the vet being unable to treat his own complication . Our fur baby was in an accident and they got her in STAT. She was cared for like a person in an emergency room with oxygen, labs and imaging. Unfortunately she didn't make it but we were as satisfied with their service as much as possible given the circumstances. Unsure of competitive pricing and wasn't prepared for the emergency price tag but that's how it goes when you don't have pet insurance I guess. My name is Rudi and I was experiencing pain, hiding in the closet and then began to shake uncontrollably. He saw me immediately, drew labs and diagnosed I had pain in my spine again. Spine previously diagnosed by him approximately 1.5 years ago. Dr. Vivek requested my foster parents wait 30 minutes for the lab results. Dr. Vivek noticed several labs were low especially RBC and placed me on a supplement along with an anti-inflammatory med. I need to go back for a CBC on 3/31 and to see how my vertebrates are feeling. Their willingness to take me ASAP made me feel better in fact I was wagging my tail! This is an updated review. My comments regarding corporately owned clinics are still valid. We have since had to euthanize our elderly kitty. Dr Vivek was extremely compassionate. We received a lovely condolence card. We recently adopted another cat with some medical issues. Dr Vivek found the vet records very helpful and was able to pare down the amount of medication she had been taking. She's feeling much better. I like his conservative approach. Well the prices were Fair and I was able to get test results from blood work back in 20 minutes I feel the doctor did not meet the nurturing care that I expected. He only referred to my dog as patient never buy her name, he failed to mention the connection between her known diagnosis of thyroid problem and the test result of anemia, it appears that muscles are standard practice for every dog, and lastly when they did the blood draw instead of returning my dog to me to wait the 20 minutes for the test results they put her in a kennel in which she cried so loudly that everybody could hear her. When I went to go question it he seemed surprised that I would want to have her but figured I would want to go get some shopping done instead. He said he would make a special note of my request but didn't understand why that shouldn't be standard care. He kept saying how they were watching her closely, which I believe but if she could be calm with me instead of crying in a kennel there shouldn't be a question. read more

worst place ever my dog had a cut across the top of his paw. The vet stitched it up.. I told the vet he cut his paw on a piece of rusty yard art. went to him three times a week for two weeks. The infection never went away. Only seen the vet one time in two weeks. Finally asked what the heck is going on why is this infection still existing to an assistant she asked me are you still giving him all the medication he was prescribed I said yes he gets his three medication every 12 hours on the dot she said are you sure he's getting the green capsules that's the antibiotic, I said, I never received them I went and got my paperwork and proved it to her. She said you're right I showed her the itemized bill. She got a scared look on her face and said the antibiotic was ordered, but never given to you. Brought my cat here for a full mouth extraction that was needed for health reasons, had a consult that went well, but then the surgery was completed by a different vet. All the estimates I signed were for a full mouth extraction and they told me that was the surgery that was completed. A few weeks later when my cat was feeling better, I noticed that she still had several teeth, and they were not able to explain to me why they didn't remove all of her teeth. I also paid for a full mouth extraction still but they didn't remove all the teeth. I would not recommend bringing your pet here. read more

I would give no stars but sadly have to pick one. Please do not bring your pet here. I first took my dog to see Vivek Kalirawana as a 2nd opinion when my dog developed a mass. He examined her, felt the mass was suspicious for cancer and recommended a needle biopsy. This type of biopsy is less invasive and can give you an idea if there is cancer, but there is a different type of biopsy that is more accurate (puncture biopsy). He felt the needle biopsy would be fine. So results came back - not cancer. So I set up surgery with him to have the mass removed at the beginning of December 2021. When we came to pick her up, he explained it was dead tissue- a lot of it. I think he asked whether I wanted to send any of the tissue off to a lab, but since 1-the needle biopsy said no cancer and 2-he told me it was dead tissue, I did not see the point. We went home and she healed. Flash forward to a few weeks ago when we noticed the mass has come back - same location. While I'm no vet, I immediately thought it must be cancer because what grows back that quickly? We were very surprised, sad and shocked. So I take her back in and I think he thought he was going to do surgery on her again. Nope. I said we need to figure out what this is. So this time, a puncture biopsy was done. This is where they put your dog under anesthesia and actually remove pieces of the mass to be tested. Results came back - cancer. Devastating. My dog just had surgery 8 mo ago. She is 10 years old btw. In perfect health otherwise. So, we pick her up after the biopsy and they send us home with meds for pain and a sedative to help keep her calm. No antibiotics. *This becomes very important.* So, she is home and after 3 or 4 days her mass starts to bleed. Not a lot, but enough to concern us. We go back to the vet to see what they can do. Really nothing as apparently this is messed up tissue that basically will not heal and we have to deal with it until she has surgery. At this point, my mom noticed that the mass was infected. Apparently the vet we saw that day did not. How can that be??? So WE asked for an antibiotic for her. I then set up 2 appointments with specialists to find out what her treatment options would be. Guess what both said they are very concerned about? The mass being infected!!!!! Both said that after the surgery, there is a good chance she may develop a major infection that could literally make the wound open up. OMG. Devastating. Whose fault is this? EverVet! Why did they not send us home with an antibiotic right after the biopsy??? Keep in mind, if she does develop an infection- it may cost her her life. This is NEGLIGENCE!!!! She is in surgery as I write this, and I pray she makes it through and is able to heal without an infection occurring. I also wish Dr Kalirawana would have said that he recommended that we send the tissue from the initial surgery in for testing. If that would have happened, I would have learned 8 mo ago that my dog had cancer and she would have started treatment then. Instead she is having to go through yet another surgery, with risks and potentially a life threatening complication (infection). Time is of the essence with cancer and we've lost 8 mo. I'm sure the cancer has grown and spread during this time which is heartbreaking. I would not take a worm to this vet. They are incompetent and negligent. read more

Just had our "New Patient" first visit. No charge for "Meet-and-Greet". Dr. Khatter was knowledgeable and caring regarding our aging corgi. They had already transferred records from our previous vet and had reviewed them. The lepto shot was more than I had paid in the past (in CA), but since the visit was free, it was a wash. I definitely would trust them with my pets. read more
