It was a great first visit. All of our questions/concerns were addressed. We didn't feel any pressure. It was very nice that Dr. Aubrey got down on the floor with Zoey during the visit because Zoey seemed very relaxed with Dr. Aubrey. This was amazing and never have I seen this before: Zoey was given some baby food on the licking tray so she never even felt the shot being administered. It was very nice that Zoey is distracted while her shots are being administered because it is so sad to bring in an animal to the vet and have them shaking or shirking because they are scared. It is very nice that Zoey's shots will be staggered so we can tell if she reacts to any of them and that titer tests will be done so we know if she has immunity. We felt very comfortable with the staff and Dr. Aubrey - and the plan going forward for Zoey for the next year. read more

I take our dogs, Lexi and JoJo to Integrative Veterinary Services because they are the most Holistic animal care facility in the area. The veterinary doctors are very helpful, knowledgeable and care. Plus they have fun with the dogs. The examination room is not like most. There is no table that the dogs will have to be examined on, the room environment doesn't stress the dogs. It's excellent, with open space, jar of healthy treats and essential oil diffuser and a window. The dogs roam around in the room until they are seen. Then the doctor plays with them on the floor while she examines them. I've been to locations where the dogs are stressed to go in. Mine never are here. There's no fear or shaking. read more

Worst experience ever! We wanted to try a holistic vet, but instead we got hustled. We paid $150 to make the appointment (that was their policy) and waited a weeks to get in. He needed his shot and his ear was bothering him and needed to looked at. As soon as my husband brings our dog in, they started giving him baby food, they take him in back WITHOUT my husband , comes back after 10 mins claiming he was snarly ( found out from manager that they muzzled him without our knowledge) and then proceeded to tell him that he would need to be given DRUGS (antidepressant and pain killers-double dose of each) before they would look at him and then charged my husband another $80. This is HOLISTIC care????? I understand keeping your staff safe, but then don't take new dog into a strange room with new people, WITHOUT the owner. PERIOD.... To me, this is common sense. They didn't look at his ear, they didn't give him his shot or draw blood for the titer. They did nothing right by my dog. He is 8 years old and has never been aggressive to anyone, nor have I've ever been asked to drug my him before being seen..... They claim to be NO FEAR, but the feeling was the OPPOSITE. Over $200 later and received absolutely NOTHING but drugs and wasted time. To top it off, they managed to provided over a $2000 plan for a dental cleaning. Are you kidding? They wouldn't even look in his ear!!!! We made another appointment with our current vet, completely different experience in the best possible way. In and out in 15 mins, gave his shot and looked/swabbed his ear. Find out his had a severe ear infection that went untreated because Integrative refused to see because "he wasn't a good fit". And my dog suffered because of their lack of care. Called to speak with LISA, the manager, who refused to give a refund, stating the the first appointment was to determine whether or not he was a good fit for the clinic.... Not to treat or care for. Thanks for the heads up. We will never come back nor would we recommend this to anyone. The ultimate HUSTLE clinic! ** Disclaimer: if you have a large breed dog, they treat them as if they are aggressive. DO NOT bring your dog here! ** I don't care for a response. Integrative Veterinary Service strongly recommended a dental cleaning for my 14 year old sweet girl Lindy. I was advised the tarter could cause organ damage if her teeth were not cleaned by a dental procedure. Lindy was in very good health but beginning to slow down which is normal. So I made the worst decision I've made in my life by believing that IVS knew what was best for Lindy. She had a terrible reaction to the procedure and anesthia and never recovered. I had to watch her suffer for more two weeks and then she had to be put down. Her reactions to the procedure started the day after the dental cleaning. What a sickening thing to watch and I am disgusted that this clinic would recommend this to an older dog. They know that putting a old dog under is very risky and dangerous but this was never discussed. They brag about all the older dogs that they do this to. I hope they don't continue this practice. She had some quality time in left in her life but they took the love of my life away from me. She was my best friend and a very sweet and kind dog. She did not deserve to die this way. Wouldn't the best advice for an older dog be to allow them to age gracefully and not put them through a surgical procedure. We are devastated by what happened to Lindy. read more

We have a medically complicated senior dog. IVS has been wonderful from the very first appointment. Dr. Alli, Dr. Amanda and Dr. Aubrey have all treated our pet and each one of them has been attentive to both the pet and me as the caregiver. On our latest appointment with Dr. Aubrey, we were seen quickly, kept informed of what was happening and the condition and treatment were thoroughly explained. She took plenty of time to answer my questions and we left feeling much better than when we arrived. I was confident about complications to look for and actions to take if we needed help over the weekend. I appreciated the follow up call a few days later to check on our pooch.
